Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-23, the embodiment of the invention provides an integrated toilet with compact arrangement of a folding sanitary appliance, which comprises a toilet body 1, and a squatting pan 2, a wash basin 3, a shower assembly 4 and the like in the toilet body. Specifically, bathroom body 1 includes base 9, the polylith curb plate (forming the wall) and the roof etc. at curb plate top on base 9, and base 9, curb plate and roof enclose bathroom body 1, and the front side of sanitary spare body 1 sets up door 16 (flat-open or slip) or door curtain etc.. The toilet body 1 may be provided in various shapes such as a rectangular shape, a fan shape, or other shapes as needed. The bottom of the toilet body 1 may or may not be provided with a floor drain 15 as required, and the top of the toilet body 1 may or may not be provided with a ventilator 14, a lamp 13 and/or a heating structure (such as a wind heater). Squatting pan 2 locates the bottom of bathroom body 1 (specifically can locate on base 9), and shower subassembly 4 sets up as required including mixing water valve 5 (the high requirement is convenient for the people to operate) and shower head 6 (the position, including handheld and/or top spout the structure, in this embodiment the top spout the structure (if have) be located squatting pan 2 directly over), etc. The structure is basically the same as that of the prior toilet, and the difference is that:
the integrated bathroom of the compact arrangement of the folding sanitary wares in the embodiment further comprises a toilet frame 7 (similar to a conventional structure, specifically a rectangular plate, and a through hole is formed in the rectangular plate) right above the squatting pan 2, and the integrated bathroom has two functions: firstly, the squatting pan is changed into a sitting pan; secondly, the user can sit on the shower tray to take a shower. The squatting pan 2 is movably or foldably provided with a cover plate 10 (similar to the conventional structure, the squatting pan 2 is conveniently taken out and removed or folded and folded for storage when in use in a toilet, and the squatting pan 2 is covered or unfolded when in shower and washing, and the surface of the squatting pan is provided with anti-skid grains which can completely cover the hole of the squatting pan 2). The toilet frame 7 is provided on the toilet body 1 by rotating or/and sliding (three ways are provided in this embodiment, but not limited to this patent) so that it can be folded vertically on the toilet body 1. After the toilet frame 7 is folded, the lower end (front end or rear end) of the toilet frame is connected to the bottom of the toilet body 1 so as to facilitate the arrangement of the toilet tank 27, the flush valve 18 and/or the wash basin 3, and the upper end of the toilet frame is positioned below the toilet tank 27 or the flush valve 18 of the squatting pan 2. For convenience of description, the side close to the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 is defined as the rear side in the present embodiment.
In the first scheme of the invention, referring to fig. 1-3, a sanitary appliance integration plate 8 is arranged on the wall surface or the corner of the toilet body 1 along the vertical direction, the toilet seat frame 7, the toilet flushing tank 27 or the flushing valve 18, the wash basin 3 and the water mixing valve 5 are sequentially arranged on the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 from bottom to top, and both the toilet seat frame 7 and the wash basin 3 can be vertically folded on the sanitary appliance integration plate 8. Of course, the toilet frame 7, the toilet tank 27 or the flush valve 18, the wash basin 3 and the mixing valve 5 may be only partially arranged on the sanitary integrated plate 8 (such as the toilet frame 7 and the toilet tank 27 or the flush valve 18), and other structures are arranged on the wall surface. The width of the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 can be about 40cm, the sanitary appliance integration plate can be made of firm and durable materials such as ceramics, stone materials, metals or high polymer materials, and the sanitary appliance integration plate is preferably easy to clean and install. The toilet body 1 of this structure may be rectangular or fan-shaped in detail.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4-5, the toilet seat frame 7, the toilet tank 27 or the flush valve 18, the wash bowl 3 and the mixing valve 5 are sequentially disposed on a wall surface (or a sanitary ware integrated plate 8) at the inner side of the toilet body 1 from bottom to top. The toilet body 1 of this structure may be rectangular or fan-shaped in detail.
In the third embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6-7, the toilet frame 7 (and the toilet tank 27) are disposed on a first wall surface of the toilet body 1, the wash bowl 3 and the mixing valve 5 are disposed on a second wall surface adjacent to the first wall surface, and the toilet tank 27 or the flushing valve 18 is disposed right above the folded and unfolded toilet frame 7. The toilet body 1 of this structure may be rectangular or fan-shaped in detail.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 according to the embodiment of the present invention is disposed at a corner of the rear side of the toilet body 1, and a door 16 is disposed at the front side of the toilet body 1. The drain pipe and the water supply pipe are arranged in a triangular area enclosed by the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 and the corner of the toilet body 1 (the toilet flushing water tank 27 can be arranged at the rear side of the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 and positioned in the triangular area, or can be arranged at the front side (lower height) of the sanitary appliance integration plate 8), and the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 is provided with one or more grooves 17 (one or more grooves are arranged side by side up and down) above the water mixing valve 5 to form a niche. The groove 17 is embodied as a triangle or other shape, preferably a triangle in this embodiment, which is the same shape as the triangular area. Wherein, squatting pan 2, wash basin 3 and toilet seat frame 7 all set up along the fore-and-aft and all are perpendicular with cleaners and polishes integrated board 8, and it is located the dead ahead of squatting pan 2 when the extension board 12 is vertical.
Further, the bottom of the toilet body 1 (such as on the base 9) is provided with a floor drain 15 for draining water and a mounting hole for mounting the squatting pan 2, the mounting hole is provided with a circle of bulges (the mounting hole is surrounded by an annular structure, and the squatting pan 2 is placed on the bulges) or the part of the base 9 for mounting the squatting pan 2 is arranged to be upwards protruded to prevent water from seeping down from the mounting hole, so that the water can only be drained away from the floor drain 15.
Further, in the present embodiment, the toilet tank 27 is not provided or the toilet tank 27 is provided at the rear side of the sanitary ware integrated plate 8, and the flush valve 18 for controlling flushing is provided below the wash basin 3 and above the folded and unfolded toilet seat frame 7 for easy operation.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the faucet 11 of the embodiment of the present invention is disposed in the front-back direction, is disposed at the front side of the water mixing valve 5, is located right above the rear portion of the wash basin 3, is bent from back to front, and can rotate 360 ° (usually, it can rotate 90 ° left or right, so as to facilitate the upward folding of the wash basin 3).
Preferably, each structure in this patent can be integrated on bathroom body 1, can realize the installation at the mill, reduces the installation procedure, is convenient for dispose fast.
Referring to fig. 8 to 9, in an optional structure of the wash basin 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the wash basin 3 is rotatably (e.g., by a left-right rotating shaft) disposed on a first basin support 19 (which may be disposed along a left-right direction), the first basin support 19 is fixed on a wall surface or a sanitary appliance integration plate 8, a water collection groove 20 (specifically, a rectangular groove disposed along a left-right direction) is disposed at the bottom of the first basin support 19, and the water collection groove 20 is disposed below the wash basin 3 and disposed along a left-right direction. The water in the wash basin 3 (from the top of the rear side of the wash basin 3) can be poured into the water collection sump 20 when it is turned upwards. When the washing basin 3 is turned down to the horizontal position, its bottom rests against the upper side of the water collection trough 20. The sump 20 (e.g., the rear side) is in communication with a drain. Referring to fig. 12 to 14, in yet another alternative structure of the wash basin 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the wash basin 3 is a folding basin (the bottom plate and the top rim of the folding basin may be rigid structures) which can be folded up and down and has a soft material or a corrugated structure, the top of the folding basin is fixed on a roll-over stand 28 (a frame structure matched with the top rim of the folding basin is arranged on the roll-over stand), and the drain valve 24 is arranged on the rear side (middle part) of the bottom of the folding basin in the vertical direction. The drain valve 24 is located at the lowest position of the basin bottom of the wash basin 3. The roll-over stand 28 is rotatably arranged (by a left-right rotating shaft or a hinge structure) on the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8, and a U-shaped supporting plate 29 which is opened forwards is arranged at the lower side of the roll-over stand and is positioned at the rear of the wash basin 3. The U-shaped supporting plate 29 is vertically arranged and surrounds the rear part of the basin body of the wash basin 3 (namely, two arms of the U-shaped supporting plate are arranged in the front-back direction and are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the wash basin 3), a drainage hole seat (specifically, a block structure is arranged in the front-back direction on the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 below the wash basin 3, a funnel-shaped drainage hole 23 matched with the drainage valve 24 is arranged at the upper side of the drainage hole seat, and the drainage hole 23 is communicated with a drainage pipe. The underside of the U-shaped support plate 29 is provided with a clearance hole 30 (larger than the cross-section of the drain hole seat, specifically a rectangular opening, for the U-shaped support plate 29 to avoid the drain hole seat when the wash basin 3 is turned over downwards). A third fixing structure is arranged between the wash basin 3 and the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8. When the wash basin 3 is turned over to the horizontal position, the rear side of the U-shaped supporting plate 29 is abutted against the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8, the drainage hole seat is positioned in the avoiding hole 30, and the lower end of the drainage valve 24 is inserted in the drainage hole 23. After the wash basin 3 is folded upwards, the lower end of the drain valve 24 leaves the drain hole 23, the basin body of the compressed and folded wash basin 3 is folded to further reduce the space occupation, and the wash basin 3 is fixed on the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 through a third fixing structure. Of course, the folding basin can also adopt the mode of catch basin 20 to carry out the drainage, and other structures are adjusted correspondingly, and this embodiment will not be described in detail.
The wash basin 3 in this embodiment may be made of a light material, such as stainless steel, a polymer material (e.g., acrylic), and the like.
Referring to fig. 15-17, in an optional structure of the toilet frame 7 according to the embodiment of the present invention, two sliding joints 31 are arranged side by side on the left and right of the rear side of the toilet frame 7, and two vertical sliding rails 32 (arranged vertically and arranged bilaterally symmetrically) are arranged on the sanitary integration plate 8 or the wall surface in the vertical direction and are matched with the sliding joints 31. When the toilet frame 7 is horizontal, the support plate 12 is vertically supported at the bottom of the toilet body 1 and is positioned in front of the squatting pan 2, and the lower side of the rear part of the toilet frame 7 is propped against the U-shaped support frame 25 (the height of which is matched with the length of the support plate 12). When the toilet seat frame 7 is folded, the supporting plate 12 is folded at the lower side of the toilet seat frame 7, the toilet seat frame 7 is turned upwards to be vertical and slides downwards to be inserted into the rectangular frame to the rear end of the rectangular frame to the bottom of the toilet body 1 (the bottom of the sanitary appliance integrated plate 8 or the bottom of the wall surface, the back is the same), and the toilet seat frame 7 (or the supporting plate 12 folded at the front side thereof) is folded and abuts against the inner side of the U-shaped supporting frame 25 to enable the toilet seat frame 7 to be vertical (the use of a reducing fixing structure).
Referring to fig. 18-20, in another alternative structure of the toilet frame 7 according to the embodiment of the present invention, two bi-folding joint rods 26 (the height is matched with the length of the support plate 12) are arranged side by side at the left and right of the rear side of the toilet frame 7. The double-folding joint rod 26 is arranged along the front-back direction, the front part of the double-folding joint rod is bent downwards (the double-folding joint rod 26 can be arranged at the lower part of the back side of the toilet seat frame 7) to be folded conveniently (the hole for the double-folding joint rod 26 to be embedded in can be arranged)), the front end and the back end of the double-folding joint rod are respectively hinged with the toilet seat frame 7 and the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 (the front end and the back end of the double-folding joint rod are both provided with joints), the (joints) at the back end of the double-folding joint rod can only rotate upwards (realized by corresponding limiting structures and well known by technicians in the field), and the (joints) at. When the toilet frame 7 is horizontal, the support plate 12 is vertically supported at the bottom of the toilet body 1 and is positioned in front of the squatting pan 2; when the toilet seat frame 7 is folded, the folding joint 26 rotates upwards, and the toilet seat frame 7 rotates downwards to be vertical and the front end of the toilet seat frame is connected to the bottom of the toilet body 1. A fourth fixing structure (if the front end of the toilet seat frame 7 is propped against the bottom surface of the toilet body 1) is arranged between the toilet seat frame 7 and the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8, and after the toilet seat frame 7 is folded, the toilet seat frame 7 is fixed on the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 through the fourth fixing structure.
Referring to fig. 21-23, in an alternative structure of the toilet frame 7 according to the embodiment of the present invention, two sliding rods 33 are arranged side by side on the left and right of the rear side of the toilet frame 7, the sliding rods 33 are arranged in the front and rear direction, and the rear ends thereof are provided with sliding heads (specifically, ball heads capable of sliding and rotating), two three-way sliding rails 34 (specifically, sliding groove structures, two three-way sliding rails 34 arranged side by side on the left and right) are arranged on the sanitary integration board 8 or the wall surface and are matched with the sliding heads, and the sliding heads are slidably arranged in the three-way sliding rails 34. The upper part of the three-way sliding rail 34 is bent leftwards or rightwards to form an upper bent part (the height is matched with the length of the support plate 12), the middle part of the three-way sliding rail is vertically arranged, and the lower part of the three-way sliding rail is bent forwards to form a lower bent part; the lower bent portion is provided on the bottom surface of the toilet body 1. When the sliding head is positioned at the upper bending part, the toilet seat frame 7 is horizontal, and the support plate 12 is vertically supported at the bottom of the toilet body 1 and positioned in front of the squatting pan 2. When the sliding head is positioned at the lower bending part, the support plate 12 is folded at the lower side of the toilet seat frame 7, and the toilet seat frame 7 is turned to be vertical and the rear end thereof reaches the bottom of the toilet body 1. A fifth fixing structure (may not be provided, if the toilet seat frame 7 is inclined forward from top to bottom) is arranged between the toilet seat frame 7 and the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8, and after the toilet seat frame 7 is folded, the toilet seat frame 7 is fixed on the wall surface or the sanitary appliance integration plate 8 through the fifth fixing structure.
Preferably, the toilet frame 7 is a box-shaped structure (larger than the support plate 12) that is open downward, and the support plate 12 can be received therein. Specifically, the toilet frame 7 is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy (as a skeleton) and polymer composite (as a seat plate and a support plate) with a certain hardness.
The toilet in this embodiment can be installed in a building, and can also be installed in other facilities such as a motor home, a camping house, a structure, a mobile public toilet, and the like.
The suitable size and height of each structure in this embodiment may specifically be: the length and the width of the toilet body are respectively more than 80cm, the width of the sanitary appliance integration plate is 35-40 cm, the installation height of the toilet seat frame is 35-40 cm, the installation height of the water tank (top) or the flushing valve is 75-85 cm, the installation height of the wash basin (top) is 80-90 cm, and the installation height of the water mixing valve is 100-120 cm. In the present embodiment, "first", "second", "third", "fourth", and "fifth" only have a distinguishing function, and have no other special meaning.

The integrated toilet with the compactly arranged folding sanitary ware comprises a toilet body (1), and a squatting pan (2), a wash basin (3) and a shower assembly (4) which are arranged in the toilet body, wherein the squatting pan (2) is arranged at the bottom of the toilet body (1), and the shower assembly (4) comprises a water mixing valve (5) and a shower head (6); it is characterized in that the integrated toilet also comprises a toilet seat frame (7) right above the squatting pan (2), a urinal cover plate (10) is movably or foldingly arranged on the squatting pan (2), the water mixing valve (5) is positioned right above the wash basin (3) and is provided with a tap (11) in a rotating way as a tap matched with the wash basin (3), the wash basin (3) can be turned upwards to be vertically folded on the toilet body (1), the toilet seat frame (7) is positioned below the wash basin (3) and the front end of the lower side of the toilet seat frame is rotatably provided with a support plate (12), the support plate (12) can be folded at the lower side of the pedestal pan frame (7) and is used for supporting the pedestal pan frame (7) to be horizontal when being vertical, the toilet seat frame (7) is arranged on the toilet body (1) in a rotating or/and sliding mode so as to be vertically folded on the toilet body (1); after the toilet frame (7) is folded, the lower end of the toilet frame is connected to the bottom of the toilet body (1), and the upper end of the toilet frame is positioned below a toilet flushing tank (27) or a flushing valve (18) of the squatting pan (2).

The integrated toilet with the compactly arranged folding sanitary wares according to claim 1, wherein a sanitary ware integration plate (8) is arranged on the wall surface or at the corner of the toilet body (1) along the vertical direction, the toilet seat frame (7), the toilet flushing tank (27) or the flushing valve (18), the wash basin (3) and the water mixing valve (5) are sequentially arranged on the sanitary ware integration plate (8) from bottom to top, and the toilet seat frame (7) and the wash basin (3) can be vertically folded on the sanitary ware integration plate (8).

The integrated toilet with the compact folding sanitary appliance arrangement as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the toilet seat frame (7), the flushing cistern (27) or the flushing valve (18), the wash basin (3) and the mixing valve (5) are arranged on a wall surface at the inner side of the toilet body (1) from bottom to top in sequence.

The integrated toilet with the compact arrangement of the folding sanitary ware according to claim 1, characterized in that the toilet frame (7) is arranged on a first wall surface of the toilet body (1), the wash basin (3) and the mixing valve (5) are arranged on a second wall surface adjacent to the first wall surface, and the toilet tank (27) or the flushing valve (18) is positioned right above the folding and non-folding toilet frame (7).

The integrated toilet of compact arrangement of folding sanitary ware according to claim 2, characterized in that the sanitary ware integration plate (8) is arranged at the corner of the rear side of the toilet body (1), and the front side of the toilet body (1) is provided with a door (16); the water outlet pipe and the water supply pipe are arranged in a triangular area enclosed by the sanitary appliance integration plate (8) and the corner of the toilet body (1), and a groove (17) is arranged on the sanitary appliance integration plate (8) and above the water mixing valve (5) to form a niche; the squatting pan (2), the wash basin (3) and the toilet seat frame (7) are arranged in the front-back direction and are perpendicular to the sanitary appliance integration plate (8), and the support plate (12) is located right in front of the squatting pan (2) when vertical.

An integrated toilet compactly arranged with folded sanitary equipment according to claim 1, wherein the faucet (11) is arranged in the front-back direction, is arranged at the front side of the water mixing valve (5), is positioned right above the rear part of the wash basin (3), is bent downwards from back to front, and can rotate 360 degrees.

The integrated toilet with the compactly arranged folding sanitary appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that the wash basin (3) is rotatably arranged on a first basin support (19), the first basin support (19) is fixed on a wall surface or a sanitary appliance integration plate (8), a water collecting tank (20) is arranged at the bottom of the first basin support (19), and the water collecting tank (20) is positioned below the wash basin (3) and arranged along the left-right direction; when the wash basin (3) is turned upwards, the water in the wash basin can be poured into the water collecting tank (20); when the wash basin (3) is turned downwards to be horizontal, the bottom of the wash basin is propped against the upper side of the water collecting tank (20); the water collecting tank (20) is communicated with a drain pipe; be equipped with first fixed knot structure between wash basin (3) and wall or cleaners and polishes integrated board (8), after wash basin (3) is folded, wash basin (3) are fixed on wall or cleaners and polishes integrated board (8) through first fixed knot structure, tap (11) are rotatory left or right.
