Abstract
A template frame comprises a first frame part, a second frame part and a pressing plate part, wherein the first frame part is movably connected with the second frame part to form the template frame. The first frame portion comprises a first longitudinal plate and an inner sleeve, the inner sleeve is arranged on one side of the first longitudinal plate, the second frame portion comprises a second longitudinal plate and an outer sleeve, the outer sleeve is arranged on one side of the second longitudinal plate, and the inner sleeve is telescopically accommodated in the outer sleeve. The pressing plate part comprises a fixing part and a pressing part, one end of the pressing part is connected to one end of the fixing part, the other end of the pressing part extends towards the inner sleeve or the outer sleeve, and the fixing part is connected to the first vertical plate or the second vertical plate. Technical Field

In general, constructors tend to use standard aluminum formworks and traditional wood formworks with low cost and good universality to form the non-standard structures due to cost consideration. However, the wood formwork needs to be connected with a standard aluminum formwork by means of a formwork frame in the use process, and the shape and the size of the wood formwork need to be consistent with the formwork frame, so that the wood formwork needs to be subjected to the procedures of measurement, saw cutting, assembling, fastening and the like in order to adapt to the formwork frame, the operation is complex, and the requirement on constructors is high.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a template frame 100, where the template frame 100 is used for supporting a panel 202 (see fig. 3), the template frame 100 includes a first frame portion 10 and a second frame portion 20, and the first frame portion 10 is movably connected to the second frame portion 20 to form the template frame 100. The template frame 100 is substantially a hollow square, and in other embodiments of the present application, the template frame 100 may be any other geometric shape such as a parallelogram, a circle, etc. The material of the template frame 100 is an aluminum alloy, and in other embodiments of the present application, the material of the template frame 100 may also be other materials besides the aluminum alloy, for example, steel, plastic, composite materials, and the like.
The first frame 10 includes a first vertical plate 11 and inner tubes 12, and the inner tubes 12 are disposed on one side of the first vertical plate 11, and specifically, the three inner tubes 12 are disposed vertically on one side of the first vertical plate 11. In this embodiment, the template frame 100 further includes a supporting component 30, the supporting component 30 includes a first supporting member 31 and a second supporting member 32 matched with the first supporting member 31, specifically, the first supporting member 31 is a pin, a screw rod, etc., and the second supporting member 32 is a pin piece, a nut, etc.
The inner sleeve 12 is provided with a plurality of first kidney-shaped holes 121 in a penetrating manner, the first kidney-shaped holes 121 extend along the axial direction of the inner sleeve 12, the outer sleeve 22 is provided with a plurality of second kidney-shaped holes 221 in a penetrating manner, the second kidney-shaped holes 221 extend along the axial direction of the outer sleeve 22, when part of the inner sleeve 12 is accommodated in the outer sleeve 22, the first kidney-shaped holes 121 correspond to the second kidney-shaped holes 221, the first abutting piece 31 penetrates through the corresponding first kidney-shaped holes 121 and the second kidney-shaped holes 221, one end of the first abutting piece 31 abuts against one side of the outer sleeve 22, the second abutting piece 32 is connected to the other end of the first abutting piece 31 and abuts against the other side of the outer sleeve 22, and therefore the inner sleeve 12 and the outer sleeve 22 are fixedly connected.
In the present embodiment, the first vertical plate 11 and the second vertical plate 21 are disposed opposite to each other, the first vertical plate 11 has a longitudinal direction and a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the first vertical plate 11 extends along the width direction to form the first stopper 112. The second longitudinal plate 21 also has a length direction and a width direction perpendicular to the length direction, the second longitudinal plate 21 extends along the width direction to form a second limiting portion 212, the first limiting portion 112 protrudes from the inner sleeve 12, the second limiting portion 212 protrudes from the outer sleeve 22, and the first limiting portion 122 and the second limiting portion 212 are used for limiting the panel element 202 and preventing the panel element 202 from sliding along the axial direction.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the first vertical plate 11 is provided with a first groove 111, the first groove 111 is away from the second vertical plate 21, the second vertical plate 21 is provided with a second groove 211, the second groove 211 is away from the first vertical plate 11, and the fixing portion 41 is accommodated in the first groove 111 or the second groove 211. Specifically, the first groove 111 penetrates through two opposite side surfaces of the first vertical plate 11, and the second groove 211 penetrates through two opposite side surfaces of the second vertical plate 21, so that the fixing portion 41 can be tightly attached to the first vertical plate 11 or the second vertical plate 21, and meanwhile, the fixing portion 41 is prevented from twisting, and the pressing stability of the pressing portion 42 on the panel 202 is improved.
In this embodiment, the first vertical plate 11 and the second vertical plate 21 are provided with a mounting hole 50 in a penetrating manner, the mounting hole 50 is used for connecting the formwork frame 100 and the formwork member 201, and a portion of the mounting hole 50 is exposed at the bottom of the first groove 111 or the second groove 211, so that the formwork frame 100 and the formwork member 201 are connected conveniently, and the fixing portion 41 is connected to the first vertical plate 11 or the second vertical plate 21.
In this embodiment, the cross sections of the inner sleeve 12 and the outer sleeve 22 are square, and the square cross sections are favorable for preventing the first frame portion 10 from twisting between the second frame portions 20, and are favorable for assembling the abutting assembly 30 in the construction process, for example, it can be ensured that the abutting area of the first abutting member 31 or the second abutting member 32 is sufficient, and the first abutting member 31 or the second abutting member 32 is prevented from slipping in the assembly process. In other embodiments of the present application, the shapes of the inner sleeve 12 and the outer sleeve 22 may also be circular, elliptical, and the like.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a formwork assembly 200, where the formwork assembly 200 includes a formwork member 201, a panel member 202 and the formwork frame 100, the panel member 202 is disposed on the formwork frame 100, and the formwork member 201 is connected to the first vertical plate 11 or the second vertical plate 21.
In this embodiment, the formwork frame 100 further includes a pressing member 40, the pressing member 40 includes a fixing portion 41 and a pressing portion 42, the pressing portion 42 is vertically connected to one end of the fixing portion 41, the fixing portion 41 is connected to the outer side of the first vertical plate 11 or the second vertical plate 21, and the pressing portion 42 extends toward the inner sleeve 12 or the outer sleeve 22. Specifically, the fixing portion 41 is provided with a fixing hole (not shown) through which the fixing portion 41 is connected to the first vertical plate 11 or the second vertical plate 21, and the pressing portion 42 is used for pressing the panel element 202, so as to further limit the panel element 202 and prevent the panel element 202 from arching or falling off.

7. The template frame according to claim 1, wherein the inner and outer sleeves are square in cross-section.

A formwork combination comprising formwork sections, panel sections and a formwork frame as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, said panel sections being disposed between said first longitudinal panel or said second longitudinal panel, said formwork sections being connected to said first longitudinal panel or said second longitudinal panel.
9. A formwork combination as claimed in claim 8, wherein the formwork member includes a main portion and a mounting portion, the mounting portion being provided at an edge of one side of the main portion, the fixing portion being provided between the first longitudinal panel and/or the mounting portion, or the fixing portion being provided between the second longitudinal panel and/or the mounting portion, the main portion being flush with the panel member.
