Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a clothes dryer, including a housing 1 having an inner cavity, in which clothes can be placed, an air duct 3 provided at a side portion and a bottom portion of the housing 1, the air duct 3 having an air inlet 31 and an air outlet 32, and a fan 4 provided in the air duct 3 to form a circulating air flow. When the fan 4 is turned on, the airflow flows in the air duct 3, enters the inner cavity through the air outlet 32, takes away the wet air on the clothes, and returns to the air duct 3 through the air inlet 31.
A condenser 5 is arranged at the air inlet 31 in the air duct 3. The air flow passes through the condenser 5 and the wet air becomes dry air which again enters the cavity for circulation, which is not described in detail herein. A heating pipe 6 is further arranged in the air duct 3 to heat the condensed air flow, so that the drying efficiency is improved. Of course, a steam generator is also arranged in the air duct 3 to evaporate water to generate water mist, and the water mist contacts with the clothes under the action of the air flow to prevent the clothes from wrinkling. The working principle of the dryer will not be described in detail herein.
The clothes dryer also comprises a plurality of drawers 2, the drawers 2 are stacked in the inner cavity, and the drawers 2 are provided with accommodating cavities for accommodating clothes; by providing a plurality of drawers 2, the laundry to be dried can be placed in classification. When the air current in the air duct 3 enters the inner cavity through the air outlet 32, the clothes in the drawer 2 can be dried. In the present embodiment, two or more drawers 2 may be provided. A plurality of drawers 2 are stacked in the inner cavity in the up-down direction.
After the clothes in one drawer 2 are dried, the drawer 2 can be pulled open to take out the clothes, the waste of energy caused by long-time drying of the clothes is avoided, the clothes in the other drawers 2 can be continuously dried, and a better drying effect is achieved according to different drying time of the clothes.
The inner wall of the shell 1 is provided with a guide rail, the drawer 2 is connected with the guide rail in a sliding way, and the drawer 2 can be pulled out of the inner cavity to take and place clothes and can also be pushed into the inner cavity. Of course, it is also possible to provide a partition in the inner chamber, a plurality of partitions being provided at intervals in the inner chamber to divide the inner chamber into a plurality of compartments, each compartment being provided with at least one drawer 2. Here, the shape of the partition is not limited, and the drawer 2 can be supported without affecting the flow of the air.
The drawer 2 includes a drawer body and a handle 22, the drawer body is used for carrying clothes, the handle 22 is convenient for pushing and pulling the drawer body, the handle 22 may be embedded or protruded, and details are not described herein.
In order to make the air flow enter the drawer 2 and improve the drying effect, the drawer 2 is provided with an air inlet 21 communicated with the accommodating cavity. Specifically, the air inlet hole 21 is opened on the drawer body. The drawer body comprises a bottom plate and wall plates, the handle 22 is arranged on the front wall plate, and the air inlet holes 21 can be formed on the rear wall plate and the bottom plate due to the fact that the air duct 3 is arranged on the rear side of the drawer 2. Of course, the opening positions, the number and the shapes of the air inlet holes 21 can be set according to actual needs.
In this embodiment, the drawer body is a metal member, so that the heat conduction effect is improved, and the moisture in the clothes placed on the metal surface is easier to evaporate.
At least one air outlet 32 is arranged on the air duct 3 corresponding to each drawer 2, so that the air outlet 32 can be opposite to the air outlet of each drawer 2, and the drying effect is improved. In the present embodiment, one air outlet 32 is provided for each drawer 2, and the flow direction of the air flow is shown by the arrow in fig. 1.
The ventilation area of the plurality of air outlets 32 gradually increases from top to bottom, so that the temperature in the inner cavity is uniformly distributed. The temperature of the air flow entering the upper layer of the inner cavity is higher than that of the air flow entering the lower layer of the inner cavity because the air flow with higher temperature goes upwards. The ventilation area of the air outlets 32 is gradually increased from top to bottom, and more air flows are introduced into the inner cavity from the lower part, so that the temperature in the inner cavity is ensured to be uniform.
When one of the drawers 2 is pulled out, an air flow may flow out of the inner cavity. To prevent air leakage, the fan 4 is configured to stop operating when the drawer 2 is opened.
Specifically, in the drying process, the open/close state of the drawers 2 is detected in real time, and when at least one drawer 2 is in the open state, the fan 4 stops operating.
A magnetic control component is arranged between the shell 1 and each drawer 2 and is used for detecting the opening and closing states of the drawers 2. The magnetic control component comprises a magnet, a magnetron and a magnetic sensitive switch, the drawer 2 is provided with the magnet, and the box body is provided with the magnetron. When the drawer 2 is closed, the magnet is attracted with the magnetron, and the magnetic switch detects the magnetic force on the drawer 2. When the drawer 2 is pulled open, the magnetic sensitive switch detects a signal, judges that the drawer 2 is in an open state, and controls the fan 4 to be closed through the control assembly. Of course, a displacement sensor or other components for detecting the open/close state of the drawer 2 may be used, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method of the clothes dryer, which is used for controlling the clothes dryer and comprises the following steps:
the clothes are respectively arranged in a plurality of drawers 2, and the drawers 2 are pushed into the inner cavity of the shell 1;
the fan 4 is opened to form a circulating airflow in the air duct 3, the airflow flows along the air duct 3, enters the inner cavity through the air outlet 32, dries clothes in the accommodating cavity of the drawer 2, flows back into the air duct 3 through the air inlet 31, and circulates in a reciprocating manner;
when the clothes in one drawer 2 are dried, the drawer 2 is pulled open to take out the clothes.
In the drying process, the opening and closing states of the drawer 2 are detected in real time;
when at least one drawer 2 is in the open state, the fan 4 stops operating.
When the drawers 2 are opened, the opening and closing states of the drawers 2 are detected in real time, and when all the drawers 2 are in the closed state, the fan 4 is restarted.
Of course, if the user turns off the main switch of the dryer so that the blower 4 stops working, the blower 4 is not automatically restarted regardless of whether the drawer 2 is in the open or closed state.
Since the drawer 2 is opened, although the blower 4 is closed, the air flow in the inner chamber may be partially leaked, so that the temperature in the inner chamber may be lowered, which is not favorable for drying. Therefore, the control method of the dryer further includes:
when the drawer 2 is in an open state, the open duration of the drawer 2 is detected, and when the open duration exceeds a first set value, the alarm device is triggered. The alarm means is triggered to remind the user to close the drawer 2. The warning device can be a buzzer and/or a flashing light. The first set value may be 1min or set according to actual circumstances.
In this embodiment, after the drawer 2 is opened, the opening duration is detected, and when the opening duration of the drawer 2 is detected to be greater than 1min, the buzzer alarms. While the buzzer alarms, the display panel of the clothes dryer displays a fault and prompts that the drawer 2 is not closed.
When the drawers 2 are opened, the opening and closing states of the drawers 2 are detected in real time, and when all the drawers 2 are in the closing states, the alarm device is closed, and the fan 4 is restarted.
The condenser 5 comprises a compressor due to the provision of the condenser 5. When the fan 4 stops working, the compressor normally operates. Therefore, the control method of the dryer further includes:
when the drawer 2 is in an open state, the open duration of the drawer 2 is detected, and when the open duration exceeds a second set value, the rotating speed of the compressor is reduced. The speed of the compressor is reduced to prevent the compressor from overheating, and if the compressor is shut down, the compressor needs to be restarted repeatedly. The second set value is greater than the first set value. The second set value may be 2min or set according to actual circumstances.
When the drawers 2 are opened, the opening and closing states of the drawers 2 are detected in real time, and when all the drawers 2 are in the closing states, the compressor is recovered to the normal rotating speed, and the fan 4 is restarted.
Example two
For the sake of simplicity, only the differences between the second embodiment and the first embodiment will be described. The difference is that an electromagnetic valve is disposed at the air outlet 32, and the electromagnetic valve is configured to be closed to block the air outlet 32 when the corresponding drawer 2 is opened.
In the drying process, the opening and closing states of the drawer 2 are detected in real time; when at least one drawer 2 is in an open state, the fan 4 stops working, and the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the drawer 2 is closed, so that heat loss is reduced.
When the drawers 2 are opened, the opening and closing states of the drawers 2 are detected in real time, and when all the drawers 2 are in the closing states, all the electromagnetic valves are opened, and the fan 4 is restarted.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and features of this invention, which is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but rather is susceptible to various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention as claimed.
