Before describing a detection method of a washing machine provided by an embodiment of the present application, a brief description will be given of problems stored in the related art.
In the field of the whole machine test of the washing machine at present, the mainstream mode of the test is that after the whole machine is assembled, an operator powers on the washing machine and controls the washing machine to operate according to an operation test mode set in a main board of the washing machine, and in the process, the operation state of each part of the washing machine is monitored and judged manually and test data and results are recorded manually. Because of the washing machine is inside to contain the spare part many (some spare parts still can't realize the inspection through current test mode), artifical detection intensity of labour is big, and efficiency is very low, and artifical detection reliability is low, can't effectively preserve test process data simultaneously for the test is hardly traceed back, and product quality hardly obtains the guarantee.
At present, in the market, few automatic test equipment for the washing machine is provided, and in the related technology, a washing machine controller detection device and method which can simulate the whole machine running state of the washing machine and can automatically record and display the test result are provided. The device distinguishes whether each function of the washing machine controller is normal or not by reading the signal characteristics fed back when the driving circuit in the washing machine controller acts. The testing device can effectively test each functional module of the washing machine controller, and can only test each functional module of the washing machine controller, and can not complete the operation performance test of the whole machine and can not complete the on-line test of other parts in the washing machine.

The method can realize the logic execution capability of the washing machine controller and the automatic detection of each functional module in the controller. However, the test mode is realized by adopting a fixed analog load, so that the condition that the test mode can only realize the offline detection of a single controller is limited, and the complete machine operation test after the assembly and the test of the reliability of each corresponding actual load cannot be carried out. Meanwhile, a serial port communication system is adopted for data interaction, and although transmission and recording of data in the test process can be realized, various limitations caused by a wired communication mode cannot be avoided.
