The driving motor 6 drives a linkage shaft 10 to rotate, then the linkage shaft 10 simultaneously drives two opposite driving gears 5 to rotate, the two driving gears 5 drive two linkage chains 7 to synchronously move, and simultaneously drive the fan frame 3 and the balancing piece 4 to move; wherein two linkage chains 7 drive through same driving motor 6 and drive, just so can guarantee the positional stability of fan casing 3 to and the synchronism of going up and down, so guaranteed stability and the security of using.
