Abstract
The invention discloses a catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment integrated device and method for waste salt containing organic pollutants, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: a drying-catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage system (B) of the main body part; and the main body part drying-catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-section system (B) is respectively connected with an adjusting feeding system (A), a pyrolysis oxidation gas combustion system (C), a flue gas purification system (D) and a waste salt recovery system (E). The invention solves the bottleneck existing in the prior art, provides a technical means for treating waste salt containing organic pollutants or high-concentration wastewater and recovering high-quality resources, and has remarkable economic and social values.

Background
In the treatment process of high-concentration waste water and waste liquid in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering and the like, waste salt can be derived or directly generated, the salt contains a large amount of organic pollutants, cannot be recycled, can only be treated as dangerous waste, has extremely high treatment cost, and causes huge economic pressure for enterprises. The pyrolysis oxidation gas combustion system comprises a pyrolysis liquid recovery and separation device and a combustible gas combustion chamber which are connected with the pyrolysis carbonization section; a water vapor cooling demisting device is connected with the heating chamber; the combustible gas combustion chamber is connected with the combustor and the combustion-supporting fan.
The flue gas purification system comprises a tail gas purification device and a chimney which are sequentially connected with the heating chamber.
The waste salt recovery system comprises a waste salt dissolving tank connected with the residue storage bin; the waste salt dissolving tank is sequentially connected with a solid-liquid separation system, an ultraviolet ozone deep oxidation system, an evaporative crystallization recovery system and a finished product bin.
The drying-catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-section system forms multi-functional section equipment with drying, pyrolysis and carbonization and anoxic oxidation.
The heat distribution wall is respectively arranged below the drying section and the pyrolysis carbonization section in the heating chamber and is of a porous structure.
The combustion zone is positioned below the pyrolysis carbonization zone and the heat distribution wall and above the anoxic oxidation zone; the high-temperature flue gas of burning provides energy for pyrolysis carbonization section earlier, and the waste heat flue gas provides for upper portion drying section again. The anoxic oxidation section is positioned below the combustion zone.
The ultraviolet ozone oxidation system is an ultraviolet ozone advanced oxidation device with a tubular structure.

c. the waste gas, the combustible gas and the external supplementary energy in the step b are combusted in the combustion zone to generate high-temperature flue gas, the high-temperature flue gas provides heat for the pyrolysis carbonization section and the drying section through a heat distribution wall, and finally the waste heat flue gas is controlled at the temperature of 500-550 ℃ and enters a flue gas treatment system to be treated and discharged after reaching the standard;
d. b, directly dissolving the waste salt containing carbon residue generated in the step b in water to obtain a saturated solution, and separating and removing the solid residue carbon through a solid-liquid separation system;
e. and d, allowing the salt-containing saturated water separated in the step d to enter an ultraviolet ozone deep oxidation system to further oxidize and remove a small amount of residual organic matters, and finally allowing the salt-containing water to pass through an evaporative crystallization system to obtain a byproduct salt, wherein the TOC in the byproduct salt can reach below 200 mg/Kg.
The catalyst for catalytic pyrolysis is a granular calcium-based catalyst, such as calcium oxide and the like, and a silicon-based catalyst, such as a zeolite catalyst, granular quartz sand and the like.

Pyrolysis gas generated after the dry waste salt enters the pyrolysis chamber 4 for pyrolysis is introduced into the combustible gas combustion chamber 8, and the pyrolysis gas is combusted through the combustor 20 and the combustion fan 19 to generate high-temperature flue gas. Pyrolysis liquid generated in the pyrolysis carbonization section 4 enters a hydrolysate recovery and separation device 7 for recovery; the waste salt containing carbon residue generated in the pyrolysis carbonization section 4 enters the anoxic oxidation section 5 for oxidation.
c. The waste gas, the combustible gas and the external supplementary energy in the step b are combusted in the combustion area 22 to generate high-temperature flue gas, heat is provided for the pyrolysis carbonization section 4 and the drying section 5 through the heat distribution wall 13, and finally the waste heat flue gas is controlled at the temperature of 500-550 ℃ and enters the flue gas treatment system 9 to be treated and discharged after reaching the standard;
d. b, allowing waste salt containing carbon residue generated after pyrolysis in the step b to enter a salt recovery system, and allowing the waste salt containing carbon residue to enter a waste salt dissolving tank 14 through a storage bin to be dissolved to saturation; separating residue carbon generated in the pyrolysis process from a salt solution through a solid-liquid separation system 15;
e. and d, allowing the salt-containing saturated water separated in the step d to enter an ultraviolet ozone deep oxidation system 16, further oxidizing and removing a small amount of residual organic matters, and finally performing evaporation crystallization on the salt-containing water to obtain a byproduct salt, wherein the TOC in the byproduct salt can reach below 200 mg/Kg.
The technical scheme of the invention solves the bottleneck existing in the prior art, provides a technical means for treating waste salt containing organic pollutants or high-concentration wastewater and recovering high-quality resources, and has remarkable economic and social values.
Claims (9)
1. The utility model provides a catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multistage furnace of organic pollutant waste salt handles integrated device which characterized in that includes: a drying-catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage system (B) of the main body part; and the main body part drying-catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-section system (B) is respectively connected with an adjusting feeding system (A), a pyrolysis oxidation gas combustion system (C), a flue gas purification system (D) and a waste salt recovery system (E).
2. The integrated catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment device for waste salts containing organic pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting and feeding system (A) comprises an adjusting and feeding bin (1) and a closed feeding bin (2) connected with the adjusting and feeding bin (1);
the drying-catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-section system (B) comprises a drying section (3), a pyrolysis carbonization section (4) and an anoxic oxidation section (5) which are sequentially communicated with the closed feeding bin (2); the heating chamber (12) is provided with a heat distribution wall (13); the anoxic oxidation section (5) is connected with a residue storage bin (6);
the pyrolysis oxidation gas combustion system (C) comprises a pyrolysis liquid recovery and separation device (7) and a combustible gas combustion chamber (8) which are connected with the pyrolysis carbonization section (4); a water vapor cooling demisting device (11) is connected with the heating chamber (12); the combustible gas combustion chamber (8) is connected with a combustor (19) and a combustion-supporting fan (20);
the flue gas purification system (D) comprises a tail gas purification device (9) and a chimney (10) which are sequentially connected with the heating chamber (12);
the waste salt recovery system (E) comprises a waste salt dissolving tank (14) connected with the residue storage bin (6); the waste salt dissolving tank (14) is sequentially connected with a solid-liquid separation system (15), an ultraviolet ozone deep oxidation system (16), an evaporation crystallization recovery system (17) and a finished product bin (18).

The integrated device for treating the catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace containing the organic pollutant waste salt according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the heat distribution wall (13) is respectively arranged below the drying section (3) and the pyrolysis carbonization section (4) in the heating chamber (12) and has a porous structure.

The integrated device for catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment of waste salts containing organic pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the combustion zone (22) is located below the pyrolysis carbonization section (4) and the heat distribution wall (13) and above the anoxic oxidation section (5).
5. The integrated catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment plant containing waste salts of organic pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the anoxic oxidation stage (5) is located below the combustion zone (22).
6. The integrated catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment device for waste salts containing organic pollutants according to claim 2, wherein the ultraviolet ozone oxidation system (16) is an ultraviolet ozone advanced oxidation device with a tubular structure.
7. A catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment integrated treatment method of waste salt containing organic pollutants according to claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
a. mixing waste salt and a catalyst in a material adjusting storage bin (1), conveying the mixture to a closed feeding bin (2) for transition and sealing, and conveying the mixture to a drying-catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-section system (B) of a main body part;
b. conveying the waste salt in the step a to a drying section (3) for drying and dehydration, directly entering a pyrolysis carbonization section (4) for anaerobic thermal cracking to remove organic pollutants after drying, and then entering an anaerobic oxidation section (5) for oxidizing and removing residual organic matters after pyrolysis carbonization; the waste gas generated by the drying section (3) and the combustible gas generated by the pyrolysis carbonization section (4) and the anoxic oxidation section (5) enter a gas combustion chamber (8) for combustion treatment; the generated pyrolysis liquid enters a pyrolysis liquid recovery and separation device (7) for recovery;
c. the waste gas, the combustible gas and the external supplementary energy in the step b are combusted in the combustion area (22), and the generated high-temperature flue gas provides heat for the pyrolysis carbonization section (4) and the drying section (5) through the heat distribution wall (13), and finally the waste heat flue gas is controlled at 500-550 ℃ and enters the flue gas treatment system (9) to be treated and discharged after reaching the standard;
d. after the waste salt containing carbon residue generated in the step b directly enters water to be dissolved into saturated solution, solid residue carbon is separated and removed through a solid-liquid separation system (15);
e. and d, allowing the salt-containing saturated water separated in the step d to enter an ultraviolet ozone deep oxidation system (16) to further oxidize and remove a small amount of residual organic matters, and finally, evaporating and crystallizing the salt-containing water to obtain a byproduct salt, wherein the TOC in the byproduct salt can reach below 200 mg/Kg.
8. The catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment integrated process of waste salts containing organic pollutants as claimed in claim 7, wherein the pyrolysis catalyst is a granular calcium-based, silicon-based catalyst.
9. The catalytic pyrolysis-oxidation multi-stage furnace treatment integrated process of claim 8, wherein the particulate calcium base is calcium oxide; the silicon base is catalyzed into zeolite catalyst and particle quartz sand.
