3. compared with the existing pulpy plant fiber, the added wormwood fiber has a sterilization effect, and the wormwood fiber with the length of 5-10mm is selected during adding, so that the formed plate has a certain texture effect and is easier to form;

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solution of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention is clearly and completely described below.
Example 1
(1) Taking materials: taking a material A, respectively weighing 2% of modified expanded vermiculite, 4% of wormwood fiber, 3% of astragalus membranaceus, 0.5% of antibiotics and 0.5% of tourmaline; taking a material B, respectively weighing 10% of medical stone, 35% of quartz sand, 20% of slaked lime and 25% of white cement; the modified expanded vermiculite is prepared by mixing and stirring 27% hydrogen peroxide and vermiculite raw materials, wherein the hydrogen peroxide is 35-50% of the vermiculite raw materials in a mixing proportion, the stirring time is 15 minutes, then the mixture is filled into a stainless steel box body and conveyed into an autoclave for steaming, and the modified expanded vermiculite is obtained through steam physical and chemical reaction of the autoclave, wherein the temperature of the autoclave is 200 ℃, the pressure is 0.6 MPa, and the steaming time is 1 hour; the wormwood fiber is prepared by steam curing treatment of an autoclave, wherein the temperature of the autoclave is 80 ℃, the pressure is 0.3 MPa, and the steam curing time is 1 hour.
(2) Stirring: respectively mixing the raw materials of the component A and the component B by a stirrer, and uniformly stirring;
(3) fabric forming: injecting the materials with the uniformly stirred component A and component B into 2 stirring storage bins through high-pressure pumps respectively for stirring treatment; the material of the component B is equally divided into two parts, and the first stirring storage bin is used for stirring the mixture of the component A and half of the mixture of the component B; the second stirring storage bin is used for independently stirring the rest half of the component B; distributing the fabric by adopting a pipeline flow pulp method, opening a second stirring storage bin valve, and flowing the fabric bottom layer material into the tray net cage frame of the vibration platform die through a pipeline to be 5 mm; then opening a pipeline valve of the first stirring storage bin, flowing into the tray net cage frame of the vibration platform die through a pipeline, wherein the cloth cover layer material is 7.5mm, and performing compression molding;
(4) and (5) maintenance: pressing the formed plate in the die, demolding, conveying into a curing chamber, naturally curing for 4 hours, heating and curing for 2 hours, wherein the curing temperature is 30-60 ℃, and the humidity is 50-90 ℃;
(5) steaming: feeding the plate cured in the curing chamber into a still kettle, then opening a steam valve of a boiler pipeline to input steam into the still kettle, wherein the steam temperature is 18 ℃, the pressure is 1.1 MPa, and the steam curing time is 20 hours;
(6) drying: and (3) feeding the plate steamed and cured by the autoclave into a drying device, and drying for 3 hours at the drying temperature of 100 ℃ to obtain the multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate.
Example 2
(1) Taking materials: taking a material A, and respectively weighing 7.52% of modified expanded vermiculite, 5.12% of wormwood fiber, 3.15% of astragalus membranaceus, 1.05% of antibiotics and 1.05% of tourmaline; taking a material B, and respectively weighing 11.17% of medical stone, 32.67% of quartz sand, 16.45% of slaked lime and 21.82% of white cement; the modified expanded vermiculite is prepared by mixing and stirring 27% hydrogen peroxide and vermiculite raw materials, wherein the hydrogen peroxide is 35-50% of the vermiculite raw materials in a mixing proportion, the stirring time is 15 minutes, then the mixture is filled into a stainless steel box body and conveyed into an autoclave for steaming, and the modified expanded vermiculite is obtained through steam physical and chemical reaction of the autoclave, wherein the temperature of the autoclave is 200 ℃, the pressure is 0.6 MPa, and the steaming time is 1 hour; the wormwood fiber is prepared by steam curing treatment of an autoclave, wherein the temperature of the autoclave is 80 ℃, the pressure is 0.3 MPa, and the steam curing time is 1 hour.
(2) Stirring: respectively mixing the raw materials of the component A and the component B by a stirrer, and uniformly stirring;
(3) fabric forming: injecting the materials with the uniformly stirred component A and component B into 2 stirring storage bins through high-pressure pumps respectively for stirring treatment; the material of the component B is equally divided into two parts, and the first stirring storage bin is used for stirring the mixture of the component A and half of the mixture of the component B; the second stirring storage bin is used for independently stirring the rest half of the component B; distributing the fabric by adopting a pipeline flow pulp method, opening a second stirring storage bin valve, and flowing the fabric bottom layer material into the tray net cage frame of the vibration platform die through a pipeline to be 5 mm; then opening a pipeline valve of the first stirring storage bin, flowing into the tray net cage frame of the vibration platform die through a pipeline, wherein the cloth cover layer material is 7.5mm, and performing compression molding;
(4) and (5) maintenance: pressing the formed plate in the die, demolding, conveying into a curing chamber, naturally curing for 4 hours, heating and curing for 2 hours, wherein the curing temperature is 30-60 ℃, and the humidity is 50-90 ℃;
(5) steaming: feeding the plate cured in the curing chamber into a still kettle, then opening a steam valve of a boiler pipeline to input steam into the still kettle, wherein the steam temperature is 18 ℃, the pressure is 1.1 MPa, and the steam curing time is 20 hours;
(6) drying: and (3) feeding the plate steamed and cured by the autoclave into a drying device, and drying for 3 hours at the drying temperature of 100 ℃ to obtain the multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate.
Example 3
(1) Taking materials: taking a material A, respectively weighing 20 percent of wormwood fiber, 4 percent of astragalus root, 0.5 percent of antibiotics and 0.5 percent of tourmaline; taking a material B, respectively weighing 10% of medical stone, 30% of quartz sand, 15% of slaked lime and 20% of white cement; the modified expanded vermiculite is prepared by mixing and stirring 27% hydrogen peroxide and vermiculite raw materials, wherein the hydrogen peroxide is 35-50% of the vermiculite raw materials in a mixing proportion, the stirring time is 15 minutes, then the mixture is filled into a stainless steel box body and conveyed into an autoclave for steaming, and the modified expanded vermiculite is obtained through steam physical and chemical reaction of the autoclave, wherein the temperature of the autoclave is 200 ℃, the pressure is 0.6 MPa, and the steaming time is 1 hour; the wormwood fiber is prepared by steam curing treatment of an autoclave, wherein the temperature of the autoclave is 80 ℃, the pressure is 0.3 MPa, and the steam curing time is 1 hour.

(6) drying: and (3) feeding the plate steamed and cured by the autoclave into a drying device, and drying for 3 hours at the drying temperature of 100 ℃ to obtain the multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate.
The performance of the multifunctional sterilizing breathing vermiculite ecological plate obtained in the embodiment of the invention is shown in the table 1:

Claims (5)
1. The multifunctional vermiculite ecological plate for inhibiting bacteria and viruses is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
2-20 parts of modified expanded vermiculite;
4-6 of wormwood fiber;
3-4 parts of astragalus;
0.5-1.5 parts of antibiotic;
0.5 to 1.5 portions of tourmaline;
10-15 parts of medical stone;
30-35 parts of quartz sand;
15-20 parts of slaked lime;
20-25 parts of white cement.
2. The multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
modified expanded vermiculite 7.52;
5.12 parts of wormwood fiber;
3.15 of astragalus;
1.05 parts of an antibiotic;
1.05 of tourmaline;
11.17 parts of medical stone;
32.67 parts of quartz sand;
16.45 parts of slaked lime;
white cement 21.82.
3. The multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the modified expanded vermiculite is prepared by mixing and stirring 27% hydrogen peroxide and vermiculite raw materials, the mixing proportion of hydrogen peroxide is 35-50% of that of the vermiculite raw materials, the stirring time is 15 minutes, then the modified expanded vermiculite is filled into a stainless steel box body and conveyed into an autoclave for steaming, and the modified expanded vermiculite is obtained through steam physical and chemical reaction of the autoclave, wherein the temperature of the autoclave is 200 ℃, the pressure is 0.6 MPa, and the steaming time is 1 hour.

The multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the wormwood fiber is prepared by steam curing treatment of an autoclave, the temperature of the autoclave is 80 ℃, the pressure of the autoclave is 0.3 MPa, and the steam curing time is 1 hour.
5. The preparation method of the multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate applied to any one of claims 1 to 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) taking materials: taking a material A, and respectively weighing modified expanded vermiculite, wormwood fiber, astragalus membranaceus, antibiotics and tourmaline according to the mass percentage; taking the material B, and respectively weighing medical stone, quartz sand, slaked lime and white cement according to the mass percentage;
(2) stirring: respectively mixing the raw materials of the component A and the component B by a stirrer, and uniformly stirring;
(3) fabric forming: injecting the materials with the uniformly stirred component A and component B into 2 stirring storage bins through high-pressure pumps respectively for stirring treatment; the material of the component B is equally divided into two parts, and the first stirring storage bin is used for stirring the mixture of the component A and half of the mixture of the component B; the second stirring storage bin is used for independently stirring the rest half of the component B; distributing the fabric by adopting a pipeline flow pulp method, opening a second stirring storage bin valve, and flowing the fabric bottom layer material into a tray net cage frame of a vibration platform die through a pipeline to obtain a first thickness a; then opening a pipeline valve of the first stirring storage bin, flowing into a tray net cage frame of the vibration platform mold through a pipeline, wherein the cloth cover layer material has a second thickness b, and performing compression molding, wherein the ratio of the first thickness a to the second thickness b is 1: 1.5-2;
(4) and (5) maintenance: pressing the formed plate in the die, demolding, conveying into a curing chamber, naturally curing for 4 hours, heating and curing for 2 hours, wherein the curing temperature is 30-60 ℃, and the humidity is 50-90 ℃;
(5) steaming: feeding the plate cured in the curing chamber into a still kettle, then opening a steam valve of a boiler pipeline to input steam into the still kettle, wherein the steam temperature is 18 ℃, the pressure is 1.1 MPa, and the steam curing time is 20 hours;
(6) drying: and (3) feeding the plate steamed and cured by the autoclave into a drying device, and drying for 3 hours at the drying temperature of 100 ℃ to obtain the multifunctional bacterial virus inhibiting vermiculite ecological plate.
