Background
In modern industrial production, cranes are indispensable material handling equipment. The carriages are important components of the running mechanism of the rail-mounted crane and are divided into active carriages and passive carriages according to whether a driving device is provided or not. The trolley bears the weight of the whole crane and the lifted object and can carry the crane and the lifted object to move along the track, so that the displacement of the material is realized.
In the existing trolley device, the number of wheels is generally 2, and the number of wheels of an individual trolley is 4; the wheel is directly driven to rotate by the motor and the reducer, or the open gear is additionally arranged to increase the first-stage speed reduction. However, the conventional carriage device has the following technical problems:
(1) the bearing capacity of the double-wheel trolley is small.
(2) In order to improve the bearing capacity, the diameter of the tread of the wheel needs to be increased, but the reduction is realized by a standard speed reducer or a first-stage open gear, so that the large transmission ratio is difficult to obtain, and the low-speed running is difficult to realize.
(3) If the rotational speed of the motor is reduced by variable-frequency speed control, the motor power capacity is wasted because the motor is constant torque when operating at a rated rotational speed or less.
(4) If a plurality of speed reducers are connected in series, the cost is higher, and the size and the weight of the speed reducers are larger, and the installation is difficult.
(5) The existing four-wheel trolley lacks a space balancing device, and the four-wheel pressure is difficult to be equal due to processing and manufacturing errors, or the trolley frame bears unexpected additional load.
