D. when the heat release type human body infrared sensing switch detects that a driver and a passenger are in the elevator car, the heat release type human body infrared sensing switch is triggered to send out a closing signal, the closing signal is amplified by the signal amplification processor and transmitted to the MCU device, the MCU device is communicated with the normally open port of the relay KM1, the signal of the control panel port is communicated, a floor registration cancelling program in the operation box cannot be started, and the operation box can register floors at will;
E. when the heat release type human body infrared sensing switch detects that no driver or passenger exists in the elevator car, the heat release type human body infrared sensing switch is not triggered, the MCU device and the relay KM1 do not act and change, the relay KM1 is in a normally open state, the relay KM2 is in a disconnected state, a control port of the control panel is in a disconnected state, a floor registration canceling program in the operation box is started, and the operation box cancels all floor registrations.
8. The control method for preventing the occurrence of the nuisance operation of an elevator as set forth in claim 7, wherein when the operation box receives the remote call floor registration, the operation box does not cancel the remote call registration information in any case.

The control method for preventing the elevator from being confused according to claim 8, wherein when the operating box receives a voice call floor registration and if it is recognized that the same driver registers a plurality of floors with voice calls, a floor registration signal is automatically canceled when a floor is reached in the group call registration.
