Fig. 1A is a perspective view of a special carrier for improving folding injury during transportation according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1B is a schematic side view of a special-purpose carrier for improving handling infliction injury according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1C is an enlarged side view of a special-purpose carrier for improving handling of a vehicle with a crush injury according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, fig. 1C may be an enlarged schematic view of the region a in fig. 1B.
Please refer to fig. 1A to fig. 1C. The special carrier 100 for improving the handling of the vehicle and causing the crush injury comprises a moving device 110 and a carrying device 120. The carrying device 120 is disposed on the mobile device 110. The carrying device 120 has a first side plane 121, a second side plane 122 and a top curved surface 123. The outward normal vector 121N of the first side plane 121 is different from the outward normal vector 122N of the second side plane 122. The top curved surface 123 is connected to the first side plane 121 and the second side plane 122.
In the embodiment, the carrying device 120 may be formed by a block (block)180, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment, the moving device 110 may include a plurality of rollers 111, but the invention is not limited thereto. In an embodiment not shown, the moving device 110 may include tracks.
In the present embodiment, the normal vectors 121N corresponding to each point on the first side plane 121 are substantially identical, and the normal vectors 122N corresponding to each point on the second side plane 122 are substantially identical. In other words, the first side plane 121 and the second side plane 122 are substantially flat surfaces.
In this embodiment, top curved surface 123 does not have sharp corners (not shown because none). Thus, when a flexible board (e.g., a flexible board similar or identical to the flexible board 90 shown in fig. 4) is placed on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing a folding injury, the aforementioned damage (e.g., a crack, a scratch, or other similar folding injury) to the flexible board can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the minimum radius of curvature 123R of the top curved surface 123 is greater than or equal to 0.1 millimeter (mm). Therefore, when a flexible board (e.g., a flexible board similar to or the same as the flexible board 90 shown in fig. 4) is placed on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing a crease, the possibility of the flexible board being creased can be reduced.
In one embodiment, the minimum radius of curvature 123R of the top curved surface 123 is greater than or equal to 1 millimeter. Thus, when a flexible board (e.g., a flexible board similar to or the same as the flexible board 90 shown in fig. 4) is placed on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing a folding injury, the possibility of the flexible board being folded can be reduced, and the possibility of the circuit on the flexible board being damaged (e.g., broken or peeled) can be reduced.
In one embodiment, the minimum radius of curvature 123R of the top curved surface 123 is greater than or equal to 10 millimeters. Thus, when a flexible board (e.g., a flexible board similar to or the same as the flexible board 90 shown in fig. 4) is placed on the carrier 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing crush damage, the possibility of the flexible board being creased can be reduced, the possibility of the circuit on the flexible board being damaged (e.g., broken or peeled) can also be reduced, and the flexible board can be easily placed on the carrier 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing crush damage, or can be easily taken from the carrier 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing crush damage.
In the present embodiment, the sum of the length 121L of the first side plane 121 and the length 122L of the second side plane 122 is greater than 1 meter. Therefore, it is suitable for placing large-sized flexible boards (e.g. flexible boards with a length greater than 1 meter) on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving the transportation and causing the folding injury.
In the present embodiment, the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing a crush injury further includes a first positioning device 131. The first positioning device 131 is disposed on the first side plane 121. It should be noted that the number and shape of the first positioning devices 131 are not limited in the present invention.
In one embodiment, a flexible board (e.g., a flexible board that is the same as or similar to the flexible board 90 of FIG. 4) may have a positioning hole (e.g., a positioning hole 91 that is the same as or similar to the flexible board 90 of FIG. 4). Therefore, when the flexible board is placed on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing a folding injury, the first positioning device 131 can be inserted into the positioning hole of the flexible board, so as to reduce the possibility of movement or sliding of the flexible board.
In the present embodiment, a first shortest distance 131L exists between the first positioning device 131 and the top curved surface 123, and the first shortest distance 131L is less than or equal to half of the length 121L of the first side plane 121. Therefore, when the flexible board is placed on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving the transportation and causing the folding injury, the flatness of the flexible board can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing a crush injury further includes a second positioning device 132. The second positioning device 132 is disposed on the second side plane 122. It should be noted that the number and shape of the second positioning devices 132 are not limited in the present invention.
In one embodiment, a flexible board (e.g., a flexible board that is the same as or similar to the flexible board 90 of FIG. 4) may have a positioning hole (e.g., a positioning hole 91 that is the same as or similar to the flexible board 90 of FIG. 4). Therefore, when the flexible board is placed on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing a folding injury, the second positioning device 132 can be inserted into the positioning hole of the flexible board, so as to reduce the possibility of movement or sliding of the flexible board.
In this embodiment, a second shortest distance 132L exists between the second positioning device 132 and the top curved surface 123, and the second shortest distance 132L is less than or equal to half of the length 122L of the second side plane 122. Therefore, when the flexible board is placed on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 100 for improving the transportation and causing the folding injury, the flatness of the flexible board can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a special carrier for improving folding injury during transportation according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the special carrier 200 for improving folding injury caused by transportation includes a moving device 110 and a carrying device 220. The carrying device 220 is disposed on the mobile device 110. The carrying device 220 has a first side plane 121, a second side plane 122 and a top curved surface 123. The carrier 120 may include a first plate 291, a second plate 292, and a top block 293. The first plate 291 and the second plate 292 are disposed on the moving device 110. The top block 293 is disposed on the first plate 291 and the second plate 292. The first side plane 121 may be an outer surface of the first plate-shaped body 291. The second side plane 122 may be an outer surface of the second plate-like body 292. The top curved surface 123 may be an outer surface of the top block 293.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a special carrier for improving folding injury during transportation according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The special carrier 300 for improving transportation and causing crush injury of the present embodiment is similar to the special carrier 100 for improving transportation and causing crush injury of the first embodiment, and similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and have similar functions, materials or using manners, and descriptions thereof are omitted.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the carrier 120 may have a ground terminal 370 and be grounded. When a flexible board (e.g., a flexible board similar or identical to the flexible board 90 shown in fig. 4) is placed on the carrier 120 of the special purpose vehicle 300 for improving transportation and causing a crush injury, or pushed on the carrier 120 of the special purpose vehicle 300 for improving transportation and causing a crush injury, static electricity may be generated due to slight friction. Therefore, the carrying device 120 can be grounded, and the damage of the flexible board on the carrying device 120 of the special carrier 300 caused by folding damage due to static electricity can be reduced.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a special carrier 100 for improving handling of a vehicle causing a crush injury according to an embodiment of the present invention.
