In order to further improve the sealing performance, a fourth sealing element 4 is arranged between the box body 1 and the box cover 3 to close the gap between the box body and the box cover, so that the sealing performance of the box body is ensured.
In order to keep the internal and external pressures of the box balanced, the quick locking and sealing packaging box is provided with a pressure equalizing valve 8, and the pressure equalizing valve 8 is arranged on the box body 1 or the box cover 3, for example, as shown in fig. 1, and is arranged on the box body 1.
In which a terminal 7 for grounding is installed in a quick-locking hermetic package in order to prevent static electricity from being generated, and the terminal 7 is installed on the case body 1 or the case cover 3, for example, as shown in fig. 1, on the case body 1.
In order to play a role of fire prevention and heat insulation, the quick locking sealing packaging box further comprises a heat insulation layer, the box wall arranged on the box body 1 is provided with a heat insulation layer 1-1, and the box wall is made of fire-proof materials.

Claims (10)

1. A quick-lock sealed package, comprising:
a box body, the top surface of which is provided with an opening part,
a box cover covering the opening part,
an inflation valve mounted on the box body or the box cover, and
and the box cover can be hermetically covered on the opening part through the locking mechanism.
2. The quick lock sealed package of claim 1, wherein said locking mechanism further comprises a plurality of locking assemblies, said locking assemblies further comprising:
an upper hasp fixed on the outer wall of the box cover, the hasp is provided with a hook body,
a lower hasp fixed on the outer wall of the box body corresponding to the upper hasp,
a releasable connecting member, and
an inverted U-shaped link for hooking the hook, the inverted U-shaped link further comprising:
an arcuate portion connecting the hook body, and
two upright portions, set up in the both ends of arc portion, upright portion pass through detachable connections spare with down the hasp connection, with fixed connection case lid and box.
3. The quick lock sealed package of claim 2 wherein said upstanding portion is connected at an upper end to said arcuate portion and has a threaded section at a lower end;
the detachable connection further comprises:
two fixing nuts are arranged on the two sides of the frame,
the two ends of the transverse connecting rod are respectively provided with an insertion hole through which the vertical part can be inserted, and the thread sections of the two vertical parts are respectively connected with the fixing nut in a threaded manner after passing through the insertion hole; and
the upper end of the pull rod is hinged to the lower hasp through a pin shaft, the lower end of the pull rod is provided with a through hole, the middle of the transverse connecting rod penetrates through the through hole, and the pin shaft is parallel to the transverse connecting rod.
4. The quick lock sealed package of claim 1, wherein said inflation valve further comprises:
a valve body with an inner cavity and an air vent
A plug arranged at the lower end of the inner cavity,
a sealing screw plug arranged at the upper end of the inner cavity,
a first sealing element arranged between the sealing screw plug and the valve body to seal the clearance between the sealing screw plug and the valve body,
a return spring, and
the valve assembly is used for blocking and closing the vent hole, the valve assembly is arranged in the inner cavity, and the reset spring is arranged between the plug and the valve assembly; the shutter assembly further includes:
a valve body which is matched with the inner cavity in a sliding and sealing way, the lower end of the valve body is abutted against the reset spring,
a second sealing member, and
the bolt head of the bolt is arranged above the valve body, the upper end of a bolt rod of the bolt is fixedly connected with the bolt head, the lower end of the bolt rod is fixedly connected with the valve body, and the second sealing element is arranged between the bolt and the valve body so as to seal the gap between the bolt and the valve body.
5. The quick-lock sealed packaging container of claim 1, further comprising a monitoring mechanism for monitoring temperature and humidity within the container, said monitoring mechanism comprising:
a temperature and humidity meter,
and the fixing component is used for fixing the hygrothermograph on the box cover or the box body.
6. The quick-lock sealed packaging box of claim 5, wherein the humiture meter is a hair humiture meter, the humiture meter is mounted on the box cover, the box cover is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the monitoring mechanism, the fixing assembly further comprises:
a gland bush, which is provided with an observation port,
a third sealing member disposed between the mounting box and the thermo-hygrometer, and
the mounting box is fixed in the mounting hole and is in sealed connection with the mounting hole, the top surface of the mounting box is open, and the bottom surface of the mounting box is provided with a communicating hole; the hygrothermograph is arranged in the mounting box, the gland is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the mounting box, and the upper surface of the hygrothermograph is abutted between the glands; the display screen of the hygrothermograph is arranged at the observation port, and the acquisition module of the hygrothermograph is in contact with the space in the box body through the communication hole.
7. The quick lock sealed package of claim 1, wherein a cushioning mechanism is provided within the box, the cushioning mechanism further comprising:
a supporting pad arranged at the bottom of the box body,
a lower cushion pad disposed on the tightening support pad and between the outer wall of the loaded article and the inner wall of the box body, an
An upper cushion pad provided at an upper portion of the case body and padded between the load and the case cover.
8. The quick lock sealed package of claim 7 wherein said lower cushion further comprises:
a cushion body, and
and the avoidance groove is formed in the cushion body.

a fourth sealing element arranged between the box body and the box cover to close the gap between the box body and the box cover,
