In addition, one end of the third tube 232 is connected to the third connection portion 231, the third tube 232 passes through the first stainless steel cap 21 and is fixed to the first stainless steel cap 21, and the other end of the third tube 232 is disposed near the bottom of the wine storage container 100, so that the wine is drawn out from the bottom of the wine storage container 100 in the process of drawing out the wine from the wine storage container 100, thereby ensuring that the wine with good quality at the bottom of the wine storage container 100 is currently drawn out, and further ensuring the quality of the wine.
In addition, second connector 23 still includes elbow 233, hose 234 and end 235, elbow 233 is connected with the one end that third body 232 is located and stores up wine container 100, end 235 passes through hose 234 and is connected with elbow 233, end 235 transversely places (being that end 235 extends along the bottom surface direction that stores up wine container 100) in the bottom that stores up wine container 100, through setting up elbow 233, hose 234 and end 235, thereby make the other end of third body 232 be close to the bottom setting that stores up wine container 100 more, when needs take wine liquid out from storing up wine container 100 inside, can guarantee the effect of taking out wine liquid, avoid the condition emergence of the inside residual wine liquid of wine container 100.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the wine storage container 100 further comprises a back cover assembly 30, the back cover assembly 30 comprises a second stainless steel cover 31, the second stainless steel cover 31 is detachably fitted with the bottom opening of the ceramic cylinder 10 and used for closing the bottom opening, a second pipeline connecting structure 32 is provided on the second stainless steel cover 31, and the second pipeline connecting structure 32 is used for connecting an external pipeline. Specifically, the bottom of the ceramic cylinder 10 is provided with a bottom opening, the second stainless steel cover 31 closes the bottom opening of the ceramic cylinder 10, the second pipeline connecting structure 32 is arranged on the second stainless steel cover 31, when the wine storage device is connected with the wine processing equipment, the wine input pipeline of the wine processing equipment is communicated with the inside of the wine storage container 100 through the first connecting part 221 and the first pipe body 222, and the wine output pipeline of the wine processing equipment is communicated with the inside of the wine storage container 100 through the second connecting structure. When injecting wine liquid, wine liquid processing equipment injects wine liquid into storage wine container 100 through wine liquid input pipeline, first connecting portion 221 and first body 222, and when outputting wine liquid, wine liquid in storage wine container 100 leaves storage wine container 100 through second pipeline connection structure 32 and enters into wine liquid processing equipment. Through the structure that will store up wine container 100 and set up at the entering of top wine liquid, bottom wine liquid leaves to improved the convenience that wine liquid got into or left and store up wine container 100, made the efficiency of production promoted effectively.
It should be noted that the second stainless steel cover 31 is provided with a communicating hole 311, and the communicating hole 311 can be connected with a component of the communicating vessel, thereby improving convenience in observing the liquid level inside the wine storage container 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the second pipeline connecting structure 32 includes a fourth pipe 321 and a fourth connecting portion 322 which are communicated with each other, the fourth pipe 321 is matched with the second stainless steel cover 31 and is communicated with the inside of the ceramic cylinder 10, and the fourth connecting portion 322 is located at the outside of the ceramic cylinder 10 and is used for being connected with the wine output pipeline. Specifically, wine liquid processing equipment draws wine liquid away from storing up wine container 100 through second pipeline connection structure 32, when being connected with wine liquid processing equipment, fourth connecting portion 322 passes through wine liquid output pipeline and wine liquid processing equipment intercommunication, when needs are drawn wine liquid away from storing up wine container 100, wine liquid process fourth pipeline, fourth connecting portion 322 and wine liquid output pipeline are taken away, thereby realized taking out wine liquid's automation, need not artifical transportation to wine liquid and take away, workman's intensity of labour has been reduced, make the efficiency of production obtain the promotion.
It should be pointed out that fourth connecting portion 322 is the fourth flange, and wine liquid output pipeline carries out flange joint with the fourth flange to set up the fourth and seal up at the hookup location of wine liquid output pipeline and fourth flange, this fourth is sealed fills up to food grade material, thereby has guaranteed hookup location's sealed effect, avoids appearing the condition emergence that wine liquid leaks outward.
In addition, one end of the fourth tube 321 is connected to the fourth connection portion 322, the fourth tube 321 passes through the second stainless steel cap 31 and is fixed to the second stainless steel cap 31, and the other end of the fourth tube 321 is connected to the bottom of the wine storage container 100, so that the wine is drawn out from the bottom of the wine storage container 100 in the process of drawing out the wine from the wine storage container 100, thereby ensuring that the wine with good quality at the bottom of the wine storage container 100 is currently drawn out, and further ensuring the quality of the wine.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom sealing assembly 30 further comprises a first clamp 33 and a first sealing member, wherein the first clamp 33 is used for connecting and fixing the second stainless steel cover 31 and the ceramic cylinder 10, and the first sealing member is used for sealing the joint of the second stainless steel cover 31 and the ceramic cylinder 10. Specifically, the second sealing member is arranged at the joint position of the first stainless steel cover 21 and the ceramic cylinder body 10, and the occurrence of the wine leakage can be avoided by arranging the second sealing member.
It should be pointed out that the second sealing member is second silica gel spare, and this second silica gel spare is the food grade material to can effectively guarantee wine liquid has excellent quality when guaranteeing to seal.

Claims (10)

1. A wine storage container, characterized in that it comprises:
the ceramic cylinder body is used for storing wine;
the seal head assembly comprises a first stainless steel cover, the first stainless steel cover is in a separable mode and is matched with the top opening of the ceramic cylinder body and used for sealing the top opening, a first pipeline connecting structure and an overhauling structure are arranged on the first stainless steel cover, the first pipeline connecting structure is used for connecting an external pipeline, and the overhauling structure is used for overhauling the wine storage container.
2. A wine storage container as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first conduit connection comprises:
the wine liquid connecting structure is communicated with the inside of the ceramic cylinder body and is used for being matched with a wine liquid conveying pipeline;
and the cleaning connection structure is communicated with the inside of the ceramic cylinder body and is used for being matched with a cleaning pipeline.

A wine storage container as claimed in claim 2 wherein the wine connecting structure comprises a first connecting body comprising a first tube body and a first connecting portion communicating with each other, the first tube body cooperating with the first stainless steel cap and communicating with the top of the ceramic cylinder body, the first connecting portion being located outside the ceramic cylinder body and being adapted to be connected to a wine input line.

A wine storage container as claimed in claim 3 wherein the purging connection comprises a second tube body and a second connection portion in communication with each other, the second tube body cooperating with the first stainless steel cap and communicating with the interior of the ceramic cylinder, the second connection portion being located outside the ceramic cylinder and being for cooperating with the purging line.
5. A wine storage container as claimed in claim 3 wherein the wine connecting structure further comprises a second connecting body comprising a third tube and a third connecting portion connected to each other, the third tube cooperating with the first stainless steel cap and communicating with the bottom of the ceramic cylinder, the third connecting portion being located outside the ceramic cylinder and being adapted to be connected to a wine outlet line.

A wine storage container as claimed in claim 3 further comprising a back cover assembly comprising a second stainless steel cover which detachably engages with and seals the bottom opening of the ceramic cylinder, the second stainless steel cover being provided with a second pipe connection for connecting an external pipe.
7. A wine storage container as claimed in claim 6 wherein the second pipe connection comprises a fourth pipe body and a fourth connection portion in communication with each other, the fourth pipe body cooperating with the second stainless steel lid and communicating with the interior of the ceramic cylinder, the fourth connection portion being located outside the ceramic cylinder and being for connection with a wine delivery pipe.
8. A wine storage container as claimed in claim 6 wherein the back cover assembly further comprises a first clip for attaching the second stainless steel lid to the ceramic cylinder and a first seal for sealing the junction of the second stainless steel lid and the ceramic cylinder.
9. A wine storage container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the closure assembly further comprises a second clip for securing the first stainless steel lid to the ceramic cylinder block.
10. A wine storage container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the closure assembly further comprises a second seal for sealing the junction of the first stainless steel cap and the potting cylinder.
