when the pressure value measured by the pressure sensor exceeds the pressure threshold value, the controller outputs a first control signal to enable the buzzer to be connected, the buzzer gives an alarm to remind a worker that the current storage pipe (11) is about to overload, and meanwhile, the control unit outputs a second control signal to enable the water pump (12) to be disconnected and stop collecting liquid;
