Abstract
The invention provides a buffer protection packaging structure for a display and accessories thereof, which comprises an outer box formed by folding a paperboard, an upper support formed by molding pulp and a lower support formed by molding pulp, wherein the front surface of the lower support is provided with a display placing groove for placing the display, the upper support and the lower support are stacked up and down and are in concave-convex butt joint, the upper support is provided with an accessory placing groove for placing the accessories of the display, and the upper support and the lower support form a buffer inner package and are arranged in the outer box. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the buffer protection packaging structure of the display and the accessories thereof. However, since the wastes are not naturally weathered, degraded, and burned to generate harmful gases, they have become serious public hazards which aggravate the global environmental crisis in recent years.

The foam plastic will be gradually replaced by other environment-friendly cushioning materials. The paper card is manually folded after being processed to form a structure with good buffering performance, and the paper card is a better choice. However, the folding forming is complex, the cost is high, and the space structure has certain limitation.
Therefore, how to provide a package which is both environment-friendly and easy to mold is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a buffering and protecting packaging structure for a display and its accessories comprises an outer box 1 formed by folding a paperboard, an upper support 3 formed by molding pulp and a lower support 2 formed by molding pulp, wherein a display placing groove 21 for placing a display 101 is arranged on the front surface of the lower support 2, the upper support 3 and the lower support 2 are stacked up and down and are in concave-convex butt joint, for example, a downward protrusion of the upper support 3 is inserted into an upward groove of the lower support 2, an accessory placing groove 31 for placing display accessories is arranged on the upper support 3, and the upper support 3 and the lower support 2 form a buffering inner package and are arranged in the outer box 1.

The groove bottom of the accessory placing groove 31 is provided with a groove hole 32, so that the whole structure of the whole paper support can be enhanced, and the paper support can prop against the side part of the back of the display, so that the upper paper pulp molding can better protect the display in the side direction in the process of falling test.
The back side corner part of the upper support 3 far away from the opening direction of the outer box 1 is provided with a chamfer 33, so that the situation that the inserting tongue is inserted into the two sides of the paper support to be blocked when the box cover of the outer box is avoided effectively.
The back of the upper support 3 is provided with a display back supporting arc-shaped structure 34 attached to the back of the display 202, and the upper support 3 can be attached to a display main body and can be used for packaging accessories.
A manufacturing method of a buffer protection packaging structure of a display and accessories thereof is used for manufacturing the buffer protection packaging structure, wherein the outer box 1 is formed by cutting and folding a corrugated board, the upper support 3 and the lower support 2 are molded by paper pulp, and in the process of molding by the paper pulp, the hot pressing time of the upper support 3 is longer than that of the lower support 2.

According to the technical characteristics of the paper pulp molding process, aiming at the analysis of the brittleness value and the brittleness point of the display, the paper pulp molding which is an environment-friendly material is adopted as a buffer to be matched with the package of the display and the accessories thereof which are designed by a classic and convenient Pizza outer box in combination with the required test requirements. The folding edge structure and the whole plane structure can correspondingly enhance protection or weaken protection while replacing non-environment-friendly materials, and the stable G value in the drop test process is achieved, so that the product is effectively protected.
The buffer protection packaging structure of the display and the accessories thereof and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:
