6. A luggage cargo transfer device according to claim 1, wherein: the turnover box (2) comprises a box seat (21), a first opening plate (22), a second opening plate (23) and a locking piece (24);
the two first opening plates (22) are rotatably connected to two opposite sides of the box base (21), first positioning convex edges (221) extend outwards from two sides of each first opening plate (22), and locking grooves (2211) are formed in the first opening plates (22);
the number of the second opening plates (23) is two, the two second opening plates (23) are respectively and rotatably connected to the other two opposite sides of the box base (21), second positioning convex edges (231) respectively extend outwards from the two sides of the second opening plates (23), and the locking piece (24) is connected to the second opening plates (23) in a sliding manner;
the first opening plate (22) and the second opening plate (23) at least comprise two states, when the turnover box (2) is in a use state, the first opening plate (22) and the second opening plate (23) are respectively vertical to the box base (21), the first positioning convex edge (221) is abutted against the second positioning convex edge (231) for limiting, and one end of the locking piece (24) is inserted into the locking groove (2211); when the turnover box (2) is in a storage state, the locking piece (24) is loosened from the locking groove (2211), and the first opening plate (22) and the second opening plate (23) are stacked on the box base (21).
