As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a massage chair for a car with full coverage of the lumbar region and the back region, a backrest 1 has a lumbar region 11 and a back region 12, and the lumbar region 11 and the back region 12 correspond to the lumbar region and the back of a human body when a user sits on the chair. The lumbar region 11 and the back region 12 of the backrest 1 are each provided with a massage device 4 for massaging the lumbar region of the driver or passenger.

The massage driving mechanism 43 comprises a rotating shaft 43a and a massage speed reducing motor 43b for driving the rotating shaft 43a to rotate, the rotating shaft 43a is rotatably installed in the assembling seat 4a of the lifting massage head 41, and the rotating wheel 4b and the rotating shaft 43a are in power connection in a helical gear or worm and gear mode.
The working principle of the massage device 4 for realizing massage is as follows:
under the state of no massage, the spring 4e is in a highly compressed state, the massage component 4d and the assembly seat 4a have a minimum distance, and at the moment, the massage component 4d is far away from the waist position of a driver and a passenger, so that the contact is avoided, and the influence of the safety massage component 4d of the seat can be ensured.
When a user uses a massage function, the massage speed reducing motor 43b drives the rotating wheel 4b to rotate through the rotating shaft 43a, the spring 4e is supported between the friction plate 4f and the assembling seat 4a, at the moment, the rotating wheel 4b rotates to drive the screw rod 4c to do lifting motion, so that the massage component 4d moves forwards along the thickness direction of the backrest 1, after the massage component 4d is contacted with the waist of the user, or when the limiting piece 4g rises to the limiting position, the screw rod 4c does not further rise, but synchronously rotates along with the rotating wheel 4b, at the moment, the massage component 4d starts to do in-situ rotation motion, and therefore the waist and the back of the user are massaged.
After the massage is finished, the massage driving mechanism 43 works in reverse to move the massage unit 4d away from the waist of the driver and the passenger to return to the initial state.
The lower end of the spring 4e provided by the embodiment is fixedly connected with the assembling seat 4a, and the upper end of the spring is in frictional contact with the friction plate 4 f; in addition, the upper end of the spring 4e may be fixedly connected to the massage unit 4d, and the lower end may be in frictional contact with the mounting seat 4 a.
As shown in fig. 6, the massage assembly 4d includes a supporting plate 4d1, a first massage head 4d2 fixedly mounted on the upper side of the supporting plate 4d1, and a second massage head 4d3 rotatably mounted on the upper side of the supporting plate 4d1, the ends of the first massage head 4d2 and the second massage head 4d3 are both arc structures, and the end of the first massage head 4d2 is higher than the end of the second massage head 4d 3. When the lifting massage head 41 massages the waist, the first massage head 4d2 revolves relative to the central line of the screw rod 4c, and the second massage head 4d3 revolves and rotates relative to the central line of the screw rod 4c, so that the waist of the user is massaged, the waist fatigue of drivers and passengers sitting for a long time can be fully relieved, and the massage comfort is better than that of a common waist massage mechanism.

Further, to facilitate the installation and simplify the number of parts, the lifting mechanisms 3 of the lumbar region 11 and the back region 12 share one screw 3a, and the screw 3a extends from the lumbar region 11 to the back region 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the massage devices 4 in the lumbar region 11 and the back region 12 each include two sets of lifting massage heads 41, the mounting seats 4a of the two sets of lifting massage heads 41 are fixed on the inner side of the mounting base plate 42, the mounting base plate 42 is provided with through holes 42a at positions corresponding to the massage components 4d, the two sets of lifting massage heads 41 are distributed on the mounting base plate 42 along the width direction of the backrest 1, the rotating shafts 43a of the massage driving mechanisms 43 are rotatably mounted in the mounting seats 4a of the two sets of lifting massage heads 41, and is in power connection with the rotating wheel 4b in the assembling seat 4a, two groups of lifting massage heads 41 on the same massage device 4 are driven by the same group of massage driving mechanisms 43, so that the number of parts of the massage device 4 is fully reduced, the massage device 4 can break through the technical obstacle of limited design space of the backrest, and the thin and compact structural design is realized.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to further improve the comfort of the lumbar region 11 of the backrest 1, a lumbar support assembly 2 is installed in the lumbar region 11, the lumbar support assembly 2 includes an air bag 2c, a contact plate 2b and a lumbar support plate 2a which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside along the thickness direction of the backrest 1, the contact plate 2b is rotatably connected with the installation bottom plate 42 of the lumbar region 11, the lumbar support plate 2a is rotatably connected with the backrest 1, an inflator pump for inflating and deflating the air bag 2c is arranged in the backrest 1, both the lumbar support plate 2a and the contact plate 2b have elasticity, after a user sits on the seat, the inflator pump inflates the air bag 2c, the air bag 2c inflates between the contact plate 2b and the installation bottom plate 42, the lumbar support plate 2a and the contact plate 2b deform under the action of the lumbar pressure of the user, so that the lumbar support assembly 2 can flexibly support the lumbar of the user, relieving waist fatigue caused by hanging waist or sedentary sitting. When the lifting mechanism 3 of the lumbar region 11 drives the massage device 4 to slide up and down, the contact plate 2b has elasticity, and slides and rubs with the lumbar support plate 2a in a line contact manner, so that the reliability and the running stability of the up-and-down movement of the massage device 4 of the lumbar region 11 in the backrest 1 can be ensured.
In order to prevent the normal use of the massage device 4 in the lumbar region 11 from being affected when the lumbar support member 2 flexibly supports the lumbar region, the lumbar support plate 2a is provided with a strip-shaped hole 2a1 at a position corresponding to the massage member 4d, and the air bag 2c and the contact plate 2b are provided with an escape hole a at a position corresponding to the massage member 4 d.
