Description

Drunk driving prevention device and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a driving safety technology, in particular to a technology for preventing drunk driving.
Background
Accident investigations by the world health organization in 2008 have shown that approximately 50% to 60% of traffic accidents are associated with drunk driving, which has been classified as a leading cause of death from car accidents. In china, traffic accidents caused by drunk driving are tens of thousands of times per year; more than 50% of the accidents causing death are related to drunk driving, and the harm of drunk driving is striking and has become the first big killer of traffic accidents. From 5 months and 1 day in 2011, China begins to execute new regulations of heavy punishment of drunk driving: whether the consequence of traffic accidents is caused or not, if the drunk driving behavior is crime, the crime is penalized by being restricted for less than 6 months.
The means for fighting drunk driving is not strict, but the phenomenon of drunk driving is often prohibited. The reason is that the existing monitoring mode is mainly manual monitoring, traffic policemen intercept the vehicle by setting a card, and an alcohol detector is adopted to detect the alcohol content in the driver body, so that whether the driver drives drunk or not is judged. The monitoring mode needs to consume a large amount of police force, is easy to cause traffic jam, cannot be used as a conventional monitoring means, and causes low monitoring efficiency on drunk driving behaviors. Many people always think that the people do not happen to the traffic police so happily due to the lucky psychology, and the drunk driving phenomenon is caused frequently.
In order to fundamentally prevent the occurrence of drunk driving, the effective method is that the alcohol detection can be carried out on the driver before the driver starts the vehicle, when the alcohol in the driver exceeds the standard, the drunk driving prevention system forbids the start or the driving of the vehicle, and the design of the vehicle ensures that the vehicle cannot be driven after drunk.
In the prior art, the drunk driving prevention system has the following designs:
chinese patent application CN109878330A, published as 2019.03.11, entitled intelligent drunk driving prevention control system, the detection method of the system is: facial features are extracted through the camera to prevent cheating, the alcohol content is detected through the alcohol detector, the engine is controlled to be started through the alcohol signal switch, and drunk driving behaviors are reminded through the buzzer. The system has the disadvantages that firstly, the core component of the air blowing type alcohol detector is a fuel cell, so that the cost is high and the popularization is difficult; secondly, the monitoring process is complicated, active air blowing is needed, the waiting time is long, and the user experience is greatly influenced; thirdly, the anti-cheating method can only ensure the consistency of the driver in the driving process, and can not prevent other passengers who do not drink wine from blowing air to pass through the detection, so that the anti-cheating cannot be truly prevented.
Chinese patent application CN108973679A, published as 2018.08.01, entitled anti-cheating anti-drunk driving device, the detection method of the device is: carry out alcohol detection to the driver through the alcohol test sensor who sets up on the steering wheel, set up fingerprint detection appearance on vehicle start key and be used for taking notes vehicle starter fingerprint, set up fingerprint verification appearance on vehicle steering wheel handle and be used for verifying vehicle driver's fingerprint, guarantee that driver and vehicle are the same people when starting to realize anti-purpose of practising fraud. However, the device has the following problems that firstly, the sampling of the used alcohol sensor is easily influenced by airflow, the accuracy is not high, misjudgment is easy to occur, secondly, the driving habits of everyone are different, and a fingerprint verification instrument cannot be arranged at one position on a steering wheel, so that fingers are always pressed in the area in the driving process, and the anti-cheating effect is lost.
Chinese patent application CN109532485A, published as 2019.01.09, entitled intelligent drunk driving prevention device and drunk driving prevention method, the detection method of the device is: the 5 alcohol sensors are respectively installed in the steering wheel, a co-driver instrument panel, a primary driver seat backrest, a co-driver seat backrest and the center of the rear portion of an automobile ceiling, the alcohol concentration in the automobile is detected, the WiFi module is communicated with the main control chip, if the alcohol concentration in the primary driver is detected to exceed a threshold value, the driver is judged to be drunk, an automobile oil way is disconnected through a relay, and the automobile cannot be started. The device and the detection method have two problems, one is that the influence of air flow can affect the air flow in the automobile no matter the automobile window is opened or the air conditioner in the automobile is opened in the driving process, and the air exhaled by a driver can not enter the sensor; and secondly, the influence of the gas exhaled by other drunk passengers in the vehicle can cause misjudgment, and the problems that the driver does not drink the wine, the passengers drink the wine and the vehicle cannot be started appear.
Chinese patent application CN109552043A, published as 2019.04.02, entitled automobile drunk driving prevention device and drunk driving prevention method using near-infrared alcohol detection, the detection method of the device is: when the car door is unlocked by using a car key, the whole alcohol detection system starts to be started; the laser emitter emits a beam of laser, the laser irradiates the fixed mirror through the beam splitter and then reflects the laser to the beam splitter, then irradiates the movable mirror, reflects the laser from the movable mirror to the detection port, irradiates capillary vessels of hands of a person through the detection port, generates diffuse reflection, and receives the diffuse reflection light by the diffuse reflection sensor; the detection signal is transmitted to the spectrum detector from the diffuse reflection sensor through the optical fiber, and after the analysis of the spectrum detector, an instruction is sent to the interferometer controller to finely adjust the position of the moving mirror; after the movable mirror is finely adjusted, the optical path transmission is carried out again, the operation is repeated for a plurality of times, a plurality of groups of data are measured, and the data are transmitted to the vehicle-mounted computer through the data line; and the vehicle-mounted computer processes and analyzes the data after receiving the data to obtain whether the alcohol content in the blood of the driver exceeds the standard, and if the alcohol content in the blood exceeds the standard, the vehicle-mounted computer sends an instruction to the engine to prohibit starting. However, the near infrared light alcohol detection technology needs to collect enough data by pressing a detection instrument with a finger to analyze the alcohol concentration in the blood of skin capillaries, and in the scheme, the sensor is not in direct contact with the skin, so that an accurate detection result cannot be obtained. In addition, the device cannot prevent cheating, for example, a driver who has not drunk alcohol starts the device by detection and then hands over the device to drive.
In summary, the existing feasible detection methods for drunk driving are mainly classified into the following three types:
using an alcohol detector to detect the alcohol concentration in exhaled air requires the driver to actively blow against the alcohol detector. The main problem is that the user experience is poor, and each time the vehicle is started, the operation of extra exhalation is needed. In addition, the anti-cheating ability is poor. The drunk driving locking system has almost no anti-cheating capability, and can not avoid the situation that other passengers replace a driver to test the alcohol content.
Using one or more alcohol sensors, the alcohol concentration in the exhaled breath is detected without the driver having to actively blow. The main problem that exists is misjudgment, and the gas exhaled by personnel in the vehicle is greatly influenced by the airflow, and the airflow changes no matter windows are opened or the air conditioner is opened, so that the gas exhaled by the driver cannot be correctly collected by the alcohol sensor. There may be a case where the driver cannot correctly detect the alcohol even if the driver drinks. In addition, the driver does not drink alcohol, but the passenger drinks alcohol, the concentration detected by the alcohol sensor exceeds the standard, and the vehicle is not allowed to start.
The near-infrared alcohol detector is used for measuring the alcohol concentration in capillary vessels in the skin contacting with the detector, and the method is high in speed and high in precision. The main problem is poor anti-cheating ability, and it is necessary to prevent other passengers from performing alcohol tests instead of drivers by effective means.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a drunk driving prevention device, and fig. 1 discloses a structural block diagram of the drunk driving prevention device according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, the drunk driving prevention apparatus includes: a signal acquisition component 101, a near infrared alcohol detector 102, a signal analysis component 103, and a vehicle restraint component 104.
The signal acquisition assembly 101 acquires pressure signals and image signals of a main driving position and a peripheral area of the main driving position. In one embodiment, the signal acquisition assembly 101 includes: a pressure sensor 111 and a camera 112. The pressure sensor 111 is disposed on the main-seat, and the pressure sensor 111 detects a pressure signal of the main-seat. The camera 112 is disposed on the roof, and the camera 112 acquires image signals of the main driving position and the area around the main driving position. The peripheral area of the main driving position at least comprises a range which takes the main driving position seat as the center and the arm length as the diameter and an area where the starting device is located. In one embodiment, the primary rider perimeter area includes a front row center armrest, a secondary rider, a dashboard, and a center console. The peripheral area of the main driving position is defined as a front-row central armrest, a secondary driving position, an instrument panel and a central console, so that more image information in a passenger compartment can be obtained through a camera, and more accurate data can be provided for the anti-cheating function. With the popularization of one-key starting, the current mainstream vehicle models are basically provided with a one-key starting function, so that the starting device is a one-key starting button. Because the near-infrared alcohol detector needs to be in close proximity to the skin of a human body to detect, the near-infrared alcohol detector may be integrated into a one-key start button.
The near-infrared alcohol detector 102 is in contact with the skin of the person to be measured, and measures the alcohol concentration in the body of the person to be measured based on the reflected light from the skin. In one embodiment, the NIR alcohol detector 102 is integrated into a one-touch button, and the beam of IR radiation generated by the NIR alcohol detector is transmitted through an optical fiber to a touch pad of the one-touch button to illuminate the skin of a finger pressing against the touch pad, where the near IR alcohol detector absorbs more light in a particular wavelength band than normal when alcohol is present in the subject. Therefore, the concentration of alcohol in the body can be measured by irradiating the body with infrared rays, collecting reflected light rays with a touch panel, and depending on the degree to which the body reflects infrared rays. The invention discloses a near infrared alcohol detector, which is widely used at present, and the basic principle of the near infrared alcohol detector is not described in detail.
The signal analysis component 103 judges whether the person to be tested is a driver according to the pressure signal and the image signal acquired by the signal acquisition component 101. The signal analysis component 103 primarily performs anti-cheating functions. In one embodiment, the signal analysis component 103 includes: a main driving position image recognition device 131 and a hand image recognition device 132. The main driving position image recognition device 131 extracts a main driving position image from the image signal, recognizes a human body skeleton signal from the main driving position image, and determines the number of human body coordinates in the main driving position region by using neck coordinates in the human body skeleton signal as human body coordinates. The main driving position image recognition device 131 performs region division on the image acquired by the camera, extracts the main driving position image from the whole image, recognizes a human body skeleton from the main driving position image through an image processing algorithm, and takes the neck coordinates of the human body skeleton as the human body coordinates. And determining the number of the human body coordinates in the main driving area, wherein the standard number is one human body coordinate. If two or more human body coordinates exist in the main driving area, the cheating suspicion is considered to exist, and the alcohol detection is invalid. If the main driving area has one and only one human body coordinate, the identity of the main driving area is considered as the driver. The hand image recognition device 132 extracts a hand image from the image signal, the hand image overlaps with the region where the activation device is located, and the hand image recognition device 312 recognizes the hand contour from the hand image, and determines the number of hand contours in the region where the activation device is located. The hand image recognition device 132 locates the hand coordinates from the human skeleton, and takes the end of the arm skeleton as the center point to acquire an image within a certain range around the end as a hand image. Since the operation of the hand is to press the one-key start button as generally understood, the hand image may be determined with reference to the position of the start device, i.e., the one-key start button. After the hand image is determined, an area, for example, a 50 × 50 pixel area, is defined, and the skin color is extracted through an image processing algorithm to obtain a hand contour. In one embodiment, the hand image recognition device first extracts a hand image by determining the region where the hand is located using skin tone extraction, and then recognizes the hand contour from the hand image using boundary recognition. If two or more hand contours are communicated with the graph of the starting device, the suspected cheating exists, and the alcohol detection is invalid. If one and only one hand contour is communicated with the image of the starting device and the hand contour is from the driver, the detection is judged to be carried out by the driver, and the detection result is valid.
The vehicle restraint assembly 104 is coupled to vehicle components, primarily to the vehicle's engine and powertrain, to control whether the vehicle is started or whether the vehicle is speed limited. The signal analysis component 103 determines that the person under test is a driver and the alcohol concentration in the person under test detected by the near infrared alcohol detector 102 meets a criterion, and the vehicle restriction component 104 allows the vehicle to start. The signal analysis component 103 determines that the person under test is not a driver or that the alcohol concentration in the person under test detected by the near infrared alcohol detector 102 does not meet a criterion, and the vehicle restriction component 104 prevents the vehicle from being started. In one embodiment, the vehicle restraint assembly 104 includes: a start condition determining component 141, a start tracking component 142 and an instruction component 143. The starting condition judging component 141 judges that the main driving position is occupied and the person and the detected person of the near-infrared alcohol detector are the same person, and simultaneously the alcohol concentration in the person meets the standard, the starting condition is met, and a starting instruction is sent, otherwise, the starting condition is not met, and a warning instruction is sent. In one embodiment, the following conditions are simultaneously satisfied: the pressure signal of the main driving position detected by the pressure sensor accords with a person signal, the main driving position image recognition device determines that the number of human body coordinates in the main driving position area is one, the hand image recognition device determines that the number of hand outlines in the area where the starting device is located is one, and the alcohol concentration in the detected person body detected by the near-infrared alcohol detector accords with the standard: the concentration is below the threshold value of 20mg/100 ml. The start condition is satisfied and the start condition judgment component 141 issues a start instruction. If any of the above conditions is not satisfied, and the start condition is not satisfied, the start condition determining component 141 issues a warning instruction. The starting tracking component 142 continuously tracks the state of the main driving position personnel after the vehicle is started, the starting state is maintained if the main driving position personnel do not leave the main driving position all the time after the vehicle is started, and the speed limiting instruction is sent out by the starting tracking component 142 if the main driving position personnel leave the main driving position after the vehicle is started. After the vehicle is started, the driver leaves the main driving position, and other people can replace the vehicle to start, and the driver can be replaced after the vehicle is started, so that the possibility of cheating exists. As one of the anti-cheating measures, after the start tracking component 142 sends out a speed limit command, the engine is kept started but the vehicle is limited in place, i.e., the vehicle is limited in speed by 0. The instrument panel sends out a prompt signal to prompt that the detection is carried out again by the near-infrared alcohol detector. When the detection is carried out again, the following conditions are simultaneously met: the pressure signal of the main driving position detected by the pressure sensor accords with a one-person signal, the main driving position image recognition device determines that the number of human body coordinates in a main driving position area is one, the hand image recognition device determines that the number of hand outlines in an area where the starting device is located is one, the alcohol concentration in the detected person body detected by the near-infrared alcohol detector accords with a standard, the starting condition is met, the tracking assembly is started to remove the speed limit, and the vehicle can normally run. If any one of the conditions is not met, the starting condition is not met, the tracking assembly is started to maintain the speed limit, and the vehicle is not allowed to move. The command component 143 sends commands to components of the vehicle, primarily to the engine and dashboard of the vehicle. The starting condition judging component 141 sends a starting instruction, the instruction component 143 starts the engine, the starting condition judging component 141 sends a warning instruction, the instruction component 143 instructs the instrument panel to send a warning signal, the starting tracking component 142 sends a speed limiting instruction, and the instruction component 143 limits the speed of the vehicle and prompts the vehicle on the instrument panel to detect again.
The invention also provides a drunk driving prevention method, and fig. 2 discloses a flow chart of the drunk driving prevention method according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 2, the method for preventing drunk driving includes the following steps:
and S1, signal acquisition. In the signal acquisition step, pressure signals and image signals of a main driving position and a peripheral area of the main driving position are acquired.
