The invention also relates to a preparation method of the multilayer composite material. The barrier property of the multilayer composite material is improved, and meanwhile, compared with the material before composite, the moisture permeability is not obviously changed, and the air permeability and the comfort are considered.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a multilayer composite material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The medical isolation and protection composite material is a fabric for manufacturing isolation and protection clothes, and plays a role in isolating pathogens or medical pollutants and protecting the safety of users.
Generally, medical barrier composite materials, in order to ensure barrier function, cause a reduction in their breathability, and users feel stuffy and uncomfortable when wearing protective garments made of these materials. In addition, these materials may also break during use due to stretching or impact, presenting a certain risk to the user. Therefore, how to improve the ventilation effect and have high strength while ensuring the isolation effect becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multilayer composite material with high moisture permeability and good barrier property and a preparation method thereof.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a multi-layer composite material is formed by sequentially compounding SMMS cloth, TPE903, a breathable film, TPE903 and SS PP non-woven cloth.
In the multilayer composite material, the square meter gram weight of the SMMS cloth is 30g/m2。
In the multilayer composite material, the square meter gram weight of the TPE903 is 3g/m2。
In the multilayer composite, the breathable film has a grammage of 25g/m2。
In the multilayer composite material, the square meter gram weight of the SS PP non-woven fabric is 15g/m2。
A preparation method of the multilayer composite material comprises the following steps:
(1) preheating and heating the TEP903, and bonding the SS PP non-woven fabric and the breathable film together; standing for 72 hours for curing to obtain a semi-finished product;
(2) and adhering SMMS cloth outside the semi-finished breathable film by using the preheated and heated TEP903, standing for 72 hours, and curing to obtain the finished product.
In the preparation method, the TEP903 is preheated and heated by adopting an online hot melt adhesive compounding device, and the TEP903 is sprayed into a fine-thread fog shape by a micropore nozzle along with hot air of 0.35 MPa under the pressure of 0.55 MPa after being melted.
In the preparation method, the preheating temperature of the TEP903 is 140 ℃, and the preheating time is 60 min.
In the preparation method, the heating temperature of the TEP903 is 155 ℃.
In the preparation method, the diameter of the micropores of the micropore nozzle is less than 0.01 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the hot melt adhesive TEP903 is sprayed into a fine-thread fog shape through reasonable collocation of temperature and pressure, the spraying diameter is smaller than 0.01mm, the fog-shaped polymer adhesive combines the breathable film and the SMMS cloth together, and the protection of the surface layer PP non-woven fabric ensures that the overall performance of the material is sublimated, thereby ensuring that the basic physical performance of the composite material is not damaged after the composite, simultaneously ensuring that the multilayer composite material is more uniform in compounding, having double barrier property and double air permeability, and being applicable to germ isolation, operating rooms and laboratories.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following.
Examples
A multilayer composite material is a five-layer glue composite product, and specifically comprises sequentially compounded 30g/m2Lanbai SMMS cloth (Foshan south sea Bi De Fu) 3g/m2TEP903 (Boschleman Fendeli (China) Adhesives Co., Ltd.), 25g/m2Taiwan white ventilated Membrane (model P25, Taiwan Weipu industries Co., Ltd.), 3g/m2 TEP903、15g/m2White SS PP nonwoven (from Shanghai maple).
TEP903 is a polymer adhesive, which forms molecular rearrangement after heating, so-called curing, and the rearrangement cycle is 72 hours (the temperature is above 15 ℃), and the cured product can be used. The hot melt adhesive TEP903 can keep good viscosity in water, and the product can not be separated in a water-containing state (the strength of the product can be reduced to a certain degree, the adhesive force detection value in a dry state is 3.5N, and the adhesive force detection value in a water-containing state is 3.1N), so that the service performance of the product can not be influenced.
The Taiwan breathable film (model P25) is a breathable barrier material and is a product with the optimal market performance of the breathable film; the 30 g/square meter blue and white SMMS cloth is a main raw material of medical operating gown, is a multilayer composite high-performance material and internally comprises double melt-blown layers. The two materials can achieve the performances of static resistance, alcohol resistance, plasma resistance, water repellency, air permeability and the like, and can respectively pass 1670/1671 anti-permeation detection.
The multi-layer composite material adopts online hot melt adhesive compounding equipment to process the TEP903 and carry out glue spraying operation. The main control parameters are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Online Hot melt adhesive compounding device operating parameters
The specific preparation process of the multilayer composite material comprises the following steps: after the hot melt adhesive TEP903 is preheated and heated, the hot melt adhesive TEP903 is sprayed into a fine-thread fog shape by a micropore nozzle along with hot air of 0.35 MPa under the pressure of 0.55 MPa, and 15g/m2White SS PP non-woven fabric and 25g/m2Bonding the Taiwan white breathable films together; standing for 72 hours for curing; then TEP903 is used to make the outer surface of the semi-finished product of the breathable film to be 30g/m2And bonding the blue and white SMMS cloth together, standing for 72 hours for curing.
In the preparation method, the hot melt adhesive TEP903 is sprayed into a fine-thread fog shape through reasonable matching of temperature and pressure, the diameter of a spraying thread is smaller than 0.01mm, the fog-shaped high polymer adhesive organically combines the breathable film and the SMMS cloth, and the PP cloth on the surface layer is used for protection, so that the overall performance of the material is sublimated, the basic physical performance of the composite material is not damaged after the composite, the multi-layer composite material is more uniformly compounded, and the composite material has double barrier property and double air permeability and can be applied to germ isolation, operating rooms and laboratories.
Examples of effects
The multi-layer composite materials prepared in the examples were subjected to property tests, and the results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 Performance test
As can be seen from Table 2, the multi-layer composite material of the present invention employs a breathable film and SMMS dual barrier material, such that the barrier property of the multi-layer composite material is improved; meanwhile, compared with the material before compounding, the moisture permeability has no obvious change, and the air permeability comfort of product adhesion is ensured.
The preferred embodiments of the invention disclosed above are intended to be illustrative only. The preferred embodiments are not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise embodiments disclosed. Obviously, many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching. The embodiments were chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, to thereby enable others skilled in the art to best utilize the invention.
