In conclusion, when the high-strength metal composite plate and the production process thereof are used, dust on the outer surfaces of the carbon steel base layer 1, the first honeycomb layer 2, the second honeycomb layer 3, the first composite layer 6 and the second composite layer 7 is cleaned so as to facilitate bonding work among the carbon steel base layer 1, the first honeycomb layer 2 and the second honeycomb layer 3 are bonded on two sides of the carbon steel base layer 1 through the adhesive 4, then the soundproof cotton 5 is filled in the first honeycomb layer 2 and the second honeycomb layer 3, finally the first composite layer 6 and the second composite layer 7 are bonded on the other sides of the first honeycomb layer 2 and the second honeycomb layer 3 through the adhesive 4 respectively, then the bonded carbon steel base layer 1, the first honeycomb layer 2, the second honeycomb layer 3, the first composite layer 6 and the second composite layer 7 are trimmed and cleaned so as to facilitate welding work of the stainless steel edge 9, and finally the stainless edge 9 is uniformly welded on the outer side of the edge of the carbon steel base layer 1, and polishing the welded stainless steel covered edge 9, ensuring the overall attractiveness of the metal composite plate, spraying the anticorrosive coating 8 on the outer surfaces of the first compound layer 6 and the second compound layer 7 after polishing is completed, and finishing spraying and airing to obtain the finished metal composite plate.

A high strength metal composite panel according to claim 1, wherein: the first honeycomb layer (2) and the second honeycomb layer (3) are symmetrically distributed along the central axis of the carbon steel base layer (1), and the first honeycomb layer (2) and the second honeycomb layer (3) are bonded with the carbon steel base layer (1) through the adhesive (4).

A high strength metal composite panel according to claim 1, wherein: soundproof cotton (5) evenly distributed is in the inboard on first honeycomb layer (2) and second honeycomb layer (3), and first honeycomb layer (2) and second honeycomb layer (3) are all surrounding structure with soundproof cotton (5).

A high strength metal composite panel according to claim 1, wherein: the first compound layer (6) and the first honeycomb layer (2) are distributed in a parallel mode, and the anti-corrosion coating (8) is uniformly distributed on the outer sides of the first compound layer (6) and the second compound layer (7).

A. surface cleaning
Cleaning dust on the outer surfaces of the carbon steel base layer (1), the first honeycomb layer (2), the second honeycomb layer (3), the first compound layer (6) and the second compound layer (7) so as to facilitate bonding work among the first compound layer and the second compound layer;
B. composite adhesive filling
Firstly, a first honeycomb layer (2) and a second honeycomb layer (3) are bonded on two sides of a carbon steel base layer (1) through an adhesive (4), then soundproof cotton (5) is filled in the first honeycomb layer (2) and the second honeycomb layer (3), and finally a first compound layer (6) and a second compound layer (7) are bonded on the other sides of the first honeycomb layer (2) and the second honeycomb layer (3) through the adhesive (4);
C. cutting and trimming
Cutting and cleaning burrs of the bonded carbon steel base layer (1), the first honeycomb layer (2), the second honeycomb layer (3), the first compound layer (6) and the second compound layer (7) so as to facilitate the welding work of the stainless steel edge covering (9);
D. edge-covering spraying
The stainless steel covering edge (9) is uniformly welded on the outer side of the edge of the carbon steel base layer (1), the welded stainless steel covering edge (9) is polished, the overall attractiveness of the metal composite plate is guaranteed, the spraying work of the anti-corrosion coating (8) is carried out on the outer surfaces of the first compound layer (6) and the second compound layer (7) after polishing is finished, and the finished metal composite plate can be obtained after the spraying and drying are finished.
7. A high strength metal composite panel and process for producing the same according to claim 6, wherein: the first honeycomb layer (2) and the second honeycomb layer (3) in the step A are made of aluminum alloy materials, and the aluminum alloy materials belong to high-strength materials.
8. A high strength metal composite panel and process for producing the same according to claim 6, wherein: the adhesive (4) adopted in the composite bonding and filling process of the step B is specifically a high-temperature metal adhesive.
