the C substrate sheet is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8-10 parts of elastomer, 4-5 parts of softener, 5-6 parts of resin, 3-4 parts of filler and 1-2 parts of antioxidant.
2. A process for preparing a tire having self-healing safety, the process being suitable for use in the tire of claim 1, wherein: the process comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, mixing the substrate sheet A and the substrate sheet B by a reaction kettle kneader according to a formula respectively, extruding by a screw extruder to form a substrate sheet A and a substrate sheet B which have the thickness of 1-2mm and the width equal to the width of a tire, and clamping a PET film between the substrate sheet A and the substrate sheet B to form a combination of the substrate sheet A, the PET film and the substrate sheet B, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the combination are covered by release paper;
s2: then, on a forming machine, firstly, bottoming the base material C on a rotary drum, then sequentially attaching a base material sheet A, a PET film and a base material sheet B assembly, repeating the steps for three times, attaching three layers, and then sequentially attaching a buffer layer, a transition layer, a steel wire layer, a cord fabric layer and tread rubber;
s3: then, the tread rubber, the transition layer, the buffer layer and the substrate sheet A are subjected to vulcanization reaction under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure of a vulcanizing machine, and a required tire body (2) is formed;
s4: then, a self-repairing device (3) is mounted on the hub (1) in advance before the tire body (2) and the hub (1) are assembled, and a required self-repairing tire is formed;
