Background
With the spread of new coronary pneumonia, more and more people are infected by viruses all over the world, nucleic acid detection is the only standard for determining whether to infect new coronas, and the national nucleic acid detection is imperative based on the increasing number of asymptomatic infectors at present. Throat swab nucleic acid detection is currently the main detection approach for the definitive diagnosis of novel coronavirus infections.
Wherein patent number is CN111803139A, discloses a self-service pharynx test seed nucleic acid sampling device, including mouthpart and handheld instrument two parts, the person of sampling is arranged the mouthpart in the mouth, plays direction and limiting displacement, and the pharynx test seed of handheld instrument front end passes the guide hole on the mouthpart and inserts the wall behind the pharynx to rotate under slewing mechanism's effect, scrape the pharynx back wall and accomplish the sampling action, after the sampling, the end cover is sealed with the sample and is kept apart.
The handheld tool in the scheme comprises three parts, namely a handheld body, a pharynx test probe and an end cover. At present, manual assembly is adopted when the handheld body, the pharyngeal test piece and the end cover are assembled, so that the assembly efficiency is low, and the problems of product pollution and the like are easily caused.
In order to improve the assembly efficiency, the applicant provides two types of equipment with the publication number of CN112137656A and the name of split type pharyngeal swab self-service sampling equipment and the publication number of CN112107334A and the name of integral type pharyngeal swab self-service sampling equipment, so that the assembly of the hand-held tool is mechanically and automatically assembled, the assembly efficiency is greatly improved, and the workload of enterprises and academies is reduced. However, the two types of devices are complicated in assembly process, the whole device can be stopped due to the fault of any link, and the machine is conveyed by a large number of conveying belts, so that the whole device is very large in size, occupies a large space, increases the cost of the device, and is not beneficial to popularization and use of the device in a large scale and a wide range.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides automatic assembling equipment for a nucleic acid sampling pharyngeal probe, which is simple in structure, does not need to adopt a conveying belt for conveying, reduces the failure rate of the pharyngeal probe nucleic acid sampling device, and reduces the product volume and the cost.
In order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an automatic assembling device for a nucleic acid sampling throat test piece comprises four parts, namely a stock bin, an assembling platform, a finished product bin and a central control system from top to bottom, wherein the stock bin is divided into three mutually independent parts, a handheld body, a throat test piece and an end cover are respectively arranged in the three parts of stock bin, the bottoms of the three parts of stock bin are respectively provided with an opening and a valve, so that the handheld body, the throat test piece and the end cover automatically fall into a preset position on the assembling platform under the action of gravity, the handheld body, the throat test piece and the end cover are assembled into a handheld tool on the assembling platform, and the bottom of the assembling platform is provided with an opening and a valve, so that the assembled handheld tool automatically falls into the finished product bin at the bottom under the action of gravity;
the assembly platform is provided with a first fixing device, a second fixing device and a third fixing device which are used for containing, positioning and assembling the handheld body, the pharyngeal test probe and the end cover;
the first fixing device comprises a positioning plate, the width of the gap of the positioning plate is larger than that of the handheld body, and the handheld body falls into the gap of the positioning plate and is clamped in the gap;
the second fixing device comprises a U-shaped block, a first air cylinder, a first connecting rod and a double-head air cylinder, wherein first clamping plates are arranged on two sides of the end head of the double-head air cylinder, two grooves are formed in the first clamping plates on two sides and the inner wall of the U-shaped block to serve as containing spaces of two pharynx testers, after the pharynx testers fall into the grooves, the double-head air cylinder simultaneously extends towards two sides to position the pharynx testers in the grooves, two ends of the first connecting rod are fixedly connected with a telescopic rod of the first air cylinder and the U-shaped block respectively, the U-shaped block slides left and right, and the pharynx testers are assembled in test inserting holes of the handheld body;
the third fixing device comprises a movable plate, a second cylinder, a second connecting rod and a third cylinder, wherein a group of third cylinders are fixed on two sides of the movable plate respectively, the ends of the third cylinders are provided with second clamping plates respectively, a gap between the two clamping plates is used as an accommodating space of the end cover, the end cover falls into the gap between the two clamping plates, the third cylinders on two sides extend out in the opposite directions to position the end cover in the gap, two ends of the second connecting rod are fixedly connected with a telescopic rod of the second cylinder and the movable plate respectively, and the movable plate slides left and right to assemble the end cover at the front end of the handheld body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides automatic assembling equipment for nucleic acid sampling pharyngeal test cells, which has the following beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automatic assembling equipment for nucleic acid sampling pharynx testers comprises four parts, namely a stock bin 1, an assembling platform 2, a finished product bin 3 and a central control system 4, from top to bottom, wherein the stock bin 1 is divided into three parts which are independent from each other, a handheld body 6, a pharynx tester 7 and an end cover 8 are respectively arranged in the three parts of stock bin, openings and valves are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the three parts of stock bin, so that the handheld body 6, the pharynx tester 7 and the end cover 8 automatically fall into a preset position on the assembling platform 2 under the action of gravity, the handheld body 6, the pharynx tester 7 and the end cover 8 are assembled into a handheld tool on the assembling platform 2, and the openings and the valves are arranged at the bottom of the assembling platform 2, so that the assembled handheld tool automatically falls into the finished product bin 3 under the action of gravity.
The bottom of handheld body feed bin, pharynx examination sub-feed bin and end cover feed bin all is equipped with discharge gate 9, first solenoid valve 10 and sensing device (like light detection, weight detection etc.), discharge gate 9 is in normally closed state, and first solenoid valve 10 makes discharge gate 9 open under the control action of center control system 4, and a handheld body, a set of pharynx examination sub and an end cover fall into assembly platform 2 from the discharge gate 9 of feed bin separately respectively in, and the sensing device detects the material behind the time, closes the discharge gate of handheld body feed bin, pharynx examination sub-feed bin and end cover feed bin bottom, waits for opening once more of next discharge gate.
And the assembly platform 2 is provided with a first fixing device, a second fixing device and a third fixing device which are used for accommodating, positioning and assembling the handheld body 6, the pharyngeal test probe 7 and the end cover 8.
First fixing device includes locating plate 24, locating plate 24's clearance width is greater than handheld body 6 width, and handheld body 6 falls into locating plate 24's clearance from the discharge gate 9 of handheld body feed bin bottom to the chucking is in the clearance, makes handheld body 6 can not control and rocks, and can not remove to the left side in the legend.
The second fixing device comprises a U-shaped block 14, a first cylinder 16, a first connecting rod 18 and a double-headed cylinder 20,
the both sides of the end of the double-end cylinder 20 are provided with first clamping plates 21, the first clamping plates 21 on the two sides and the inner wall of the U-shaped block 14 form two grooves as the accommodating space of the two pharynx testers 7, after the pharynx testers 7 fall into the grooves, the double-end cylinder 20 extends out to the two sides simultaneously, the pharynx testers 7 are positioned in the grooves, and the two ends of the first connecting rod 18 are respectively connected with the telescopic rod of the first cylinder 16 and the U-shaped block 14 in a fixed mode. The first cylinder 16 retracts the telescopic rod, the first connecting rod 18 moves towards the left side in the drawing, and meanwhile the U-shaped block 14 slides leftwards, so that the throat test piece 7 is assembled in the test piece inserting hole of the handheld body 6. After the assembly is completed, the telescopic rod extends out, the first connecting rod 18 and the U-shaped block 14 move rightwards to reset, and the throat test piece 7 is waited to fall in again.
The third fixing device comprises a movable plate 15, a second cylinder 17, a second connecting rod 19 and a third cylinder 22, a group of third cylinders 22 are fixed on two sides of the movable plate 15 respectively, the ends of the third cylinders 22 are provided with second clamping plates 23 respectively, a gap between the two clamping plates is used as an accommodating space for the end cover 8, after the end cover 8 falls into the gap between the two clamping plates, the third cylinders 22 on two sides extend out in the opposite direction, the end cover 8 is positioned in the gap, two ends of the second connecting rod 19 are fixedly connected with the telescopic rod of the second cylinder 17 and the movable plate 15 respectively, the movable plate 15 slides left and right, and the end cover 8 is assembled at the front end part of the handheld body 6.
Similarly, only one cylinder can be arranged, and the clamping plate at the end of the cylinder and the raised edge of the moving plate are used as an accommodating space of the end cover, which is not described herein again.
The bottom of the assembly platform is provided with a handheld tool discharge port 12, a second electromagnetic valve 13 and a sensing device (such as light detection, weight detection and the like). Because this embodiment adopts handheld body 6 fixed motionless, and the structure of the left side assembly of throat test piece 7 and end cover 8, therefore the handheld instrument of the completion of equipment is located handheld body lower part, promptly handheld instrument discharge gate 12 also is located handheld body lower part.
The hand tool discharge port 12 is in a normally closed state, after the central control system detects that the movable plate 15 moves rightwards and resets, the whole hand tool is assembled, at the moment, the second electromagnetic valve 13 enables the hand tool discharge port 12 to be opened under the control of the central control system 4, the assembled hand tool falls into a finished product bin from the discharge port, and after the sensor detects that the material falls down, the hand tool discharge port 12 is closed, and the hand tool discharge port is opened again after waiting for the next assembly.
In order to prevent the handheld body, the pharyngeal test piece and the end cover from being polluted to influence the detection result, the feed bin 1 and the assembly platform 2 are respectively provided with a sterilizing gas inlet and outlet, the air pressure of an inlet is larger than that of an outlet, and a sterilizing and filtering device is arranged at the air inlet, so that the feed bin 1 and the assembly platform 2 are in a positive-pressure sterilizing gas environment. Meanwhile, ultraviolet lamps are arranged in the stock bin 1 and the assembling platform 2, so that the sterilization and disinfection effects in the space are further enhanced.
According to the automatic assembling device for the nucleic acid sampling throat test piece, the handheld body, the throat test piece and the end cover can be directly blanked and assembled through the bin, the assembling platform and the finished product bin, the discharge port and the electromagnetic valve which are arranged at the bottoms of the bin and the assembling platform, the air cylinder, the connecting rod, the U-shaped block, the moving plate and other components, the assembled finished product can automatically fall into the finished product bin to be collected, the whole assembling process naturally falls by utilizing the gravity of the material, any conveying device is not needed, the assembling process is greatly simplified, the structure of the machine is simpler, the size is smaller, the failure rate of machine operation and the cost of the machine are reduced, the machine is convenient to popularize and use more widely, and a positive blocking effect is achieved for inhibiting the spread of new crown viruses.
The above is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and naturally, the present invention may also have other different embodiments, including but not limited to the first fixing device, the second fixing device and the third fixing device which are made of structures with the same or similar functions, such as: the handheld body, the pharynx trial and the end cover are moved and assembled by the clamping device, for example, the pharynx trial is kept still, the handheld body and the end cover on the left side and the right side are moved respectively to be assembled, or equivalent replacement of related valves is achieved, and the like. Similarly, in order to improve the assembly efficiency of the present invention, a plurality of sets of the assembly devices, such as six sets in fig. 3, may be arranged in parallel to implement multi-path parallel operation. The staff only need to add the material in the feed bin can, can fall into the finished product storehouse after the handheld instrument assembly is accomplished and wait to launch, greatly reduced staff's work load, had good economy and social.
