Abstract
The invention relates to a manufacturing and forming process of a pressure impeller of an automobile turbine engine, which uses manufacturing and forming equipment of the pressure impeller of the automobile turbine engine, and the equipment comprises an installation box, an installation frame, a shaking rotating mechanism, a pressure impeller fixing mechanism and a cleaning mechanism. The invention can solve the following problems when the molding sand on the pressure impeller is removed by the pressure impeller of the automobile turbine engine: 1. the molding sand is generally removed manually, so that the manual work has low working efficiency, and the machine pressing impeller blades are easily damaged in the manual removal process; 2. in general equipment, a large amount of fine sand particles are remained in a pressing impeller after sand removal is omitted initially. The invention improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor cost while protecting the impeller, and has good effect of removing the molding sand on the impeller.
