Background
Internal high pressure forming is becoming widely used in the fields of automobiles, aviation, and the like as an international advanced manufacturing technology. In the internal high-pressure forming technology, the expansion deformation is a main mode for pasting and forming the film on the tube blank, but the forming pressure of the expansion deformation mode is high, so that the production efficiency is greatly reduced; at the same time, the costs of the high-pressure source and the press equipment are very high due to the high forming pressure.
The low-pressure upsetting-bulging forming of the pipe is a brand-new pipe forming process [ patent name: a low-pressure upsetting-bulging forming method for a hollow component with a complex section is disclosed in the application number: 201510999744.3], also known as a charging upset. Under the supporting action of the internal pressure, the mold clamping force enables the section of the tube blank to be subjected to bending deformation firstly and then to be subjected to compression deformation, and finally the tube blank is attached to the mold. The process does not need high-pressure shaping, and realizes low-pressure forming of the hollow component with the complex section. Because the process is in a compression deformation mode, the transition dependence on ultrahigh pressure is overcome. The method mainly comprises the following steps: loading, sealing, pressing down the die, increasing the internal pressure, closing the die, relieving the pressure, opening the die and the like.
The form of the pressurizing heading die is completely different from that of the traditional internal high-pressure forming, in order to open the die and take a workpiece, the die is horizontally split at the widest part of the section, the die is firstly closed to form a pipe such as a cavity, and then the pressure is gradually increased to enable the pipe wall to be pasted with a film. In the low-pressure heading, in order to shorten the perimeter of the section, the pipe wall is attached to the lower die cavity under the support of internal pressure, and then the upper die applies a deformation driving force in the vertical direction to the section. The upper die is in a male die form, and the lower die is in a female die form; the lower die has two vertical walls, and if the fall of the axis of the pipe fitting in the vertical direction is large, the cavity of the female die is very deep.
The side wall of the female die has certain elastic deformation during pressurizing and upsetting, and after pressure relief, the elastic recovery enables the clamping force of the lower die cavity on parts to be very large, so that great difficulty is caused in opening the die and taking the parts, and even the formed parts can deform to become waste products. On the other hand, the lower die is in a female die form, so that some impurities inevitably fall into the cavity in the forming process, the cleaning is very difficult, and the production efficiency is influenced.
Therefore, in order to solve the problems of difficult workpiece taking and cleaning and the like caused by the large depth of the lower die cavity in the pressurizing and upsetting process of the bending axis, a new special die for pressurizing and upsetting the pipe needs to be provided.

The invention aims to provide a special die for low-pressure forming of a bending axis pipe fitting, a formed part is easy to take out, and a die cavity is easy to maintain; the flattening and die-closing forming of the tube blank are integrated, and the processes of bending, flattening and pressure forming of the tube blank can be realized in one set of die.

When the cross-sectional circumference of the formed product is smaller than the circumference of the tube blank, the internal pressure is increased to p2 when the upper die moves to a position 0.05D to 0.5D away from the die-clamping position, and then the die-clamping is completed.
