A crushing sand making machine capable of adjusting the installation position of a swinging hammer comprises a base 6, an outer cylinder 7, a rotating shaft 8, a rotating disc 9 and a belt pulley 10. The lower end of the rotating shaft 8 is vertically arranged on the base 6 through a bearing, the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the upper cover through a bearing, and the outer ring of the upper cover is arranged on the outer barrel 7. The belt pulley 10 is installed on the top of the rotating shaft 8 above the outer cylinder 7, and the rotation of the belt pulley 10 drives the components on the rotating shaft 8 to rotate in the supporting plate 71. Five rotating discs 9 are arranged on a rotating shaft 8 in the outer cylinder 7. The rotating disc 9 includes a flail shaft holder 91, a flail shaft 92, and a flail hammer 93. When the drop hammer 93 is worn to a certain degree and becomes short, the drop hammer 93 is installed in a drop hammer shaft hole which is the second closest to the center of the circle on the drop hammer shaft seat 91 through the drop hammer shaft 92.
