referring to fig. 1 to 3, the traction apparatus 100 includes a traction frame 110 and a self-locking assembly 120, the traction frame 110 is of a U-shaped structure, first clamping plates 111 are fixedly connected to both sides of an inner wall of the traction frame 110, and the self-locking assembly 120 is disposed inside the traction frame 110.
In this embodiment, by opening the self-locking assembly 120, the first clamping plate 111 and the second clamping plate 130 keep a gap with the edge of the bed board of the hospital bed, and the doctor can push the traction frame 110 to move to a proper area along the lying direction of the patient according to the height of the patient.

In this embodiment, according to different body positions of the patient, the doctor rotates the rotation handle 340 to drive the worm 331 to rotate and drive the gear 332 and the lead screw 320 to rotate, so that the extension tube 350 drives the leg support 370 to move up and down; and when descending, can make patient's shank fix on shank fixing base 410, when ascending, according to the height that the patient can feel comfortable, rise shank fixing base 410 to certain height position, through the mode of drawing, thereby can promote patient's shank blood circulation.
In another embodiment, two guide rods 351 are fixedly connected to one end of the extension tube 350, and one ends of the two guide rods 351 penetrate through the fixed plate 311 and extend to one side of the fixed plate 311; when the extension tube 350 is lifted, the two guide rods 351 move up and down along with the extension tube 350, and simultaneously play a role in preventing the extension tube 350 from rotating along with the screw rod 320.

In yet another embodiment, the other side of the regulation box 510 is communicated with a discharge pipe 511, and one end of the discharge pipe 511 is communicated with a water tank 561; the moisture sprayed from the conditioning tank 510 is sprayed to the bottom of the conditioning tank 510, and then flows back to the water tank 561 through the discharge pipe 511 for recycling, thereby saving water resources.

Referring to fig. 11, another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for operating a leg fracture fixation device, including the steps of:
s1, according to different heights of patients, a doctor presses the pressing handle 124 to compress the return spring 128, so that the clamping block 1252 is separated from the clamping groove, the pressing handle 124 is used for pushing the pushing block 127 to drive the moving plate 129 to move along the accommodating cavity 123, a gap is formed between the second clamping plate 130 and the bedside of a sickbed, and meanwhile, the doctor pushes the traction frame 110 to move to a position matched with the height of the patient;

s6, according to weather factors, a doctor turns on the second driving motor 521, the heating wire 531, the air compressor 540 and the water pump to be electrified, the second driving motor 521 drives the fan blades 523 to rotate, blown air flow reaches the adjusting box 510 after being heated by the heating wire 531, a small amount of water is sprayed out of the adjusting box 510 through the spray head 564 to humidify hot air, and the humid hot air is compressed into the first conveying pipe 550 and the connecting pipes 551 through the air compressor 540 and finally blown to the legs of a patient through the air holes 411.
