The movable cleaner of the invention is characterized in that the polluted washing water after cleaning the mop is moved to the accommodating part (300) and then purified by the filter, thereby improving the utilization rate of the purified washing water in a cleaning site, enabling the mop to be frequently cleaned and used, avoiding the cleaning time from being shortened due to frequent replacement of the washing water, and obviously reducing the using amount of the washing water.
The mobile cleaner of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a mobile cleaner of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a side view of the mobile cleaner of the present invention.
The mobile cleaner of the invention does not need to move for cleaning the mop, can be cleaned directly in the cleaning site, and filters and purifies the polluted washing water after cleaning the mop, and can clean the mop repeatedly in the site, and the structure comprises: a placing table (100), a washing part (200), a containing part (300) and a filtering part (400).
The placement table (100) can play the main function of the mobile cleaner of the invention, has wheels (111) on the bottom surface for convenient movement, and can place a washing part (200), a receiving part (300) and a filtering part (400) which are described later.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the placement table (100) includes a plate-shaped bottom plate (110) on which various goods such as a washing unit (200), a wiper, a garbage can, and a storage box can be loaded, and a frame (120) protruding toward an upper end of the bottom plate (110).
The bottom surface of the bottom plate (110) is flat, and the lower side is provided with a plurality of wheels (111) for moving conveniently.
The bottom plate (110) may have a polygonal shape as shown in the drawing, but any shape may be used as long as it can load goods such as round goods according to the embodiment.
The frame (120) is arranged on the other side of the bottom plate (110) in a protruding mode, and comprises a post (121), a rest stand (122) and a handle (123).
The frame (120) protrudes to the upper side of the bottom plate (110), and the upper side is provided with a receiving part (300) which is described later, so that the washing part (200) arranged on the bottom plate (110) and the receiving part (300) are arranged at different positions.
That is, the washing water moved to the storage part (300) is free to fall and move downward due to the difference in height between the positions where the washing part (200) and the storage part (300) are installed, and then is moved to the washing part (200) through the filter part (400) described later.
The pillars 121 function as pillars so that the frame 120 may be installed in an upright state at the upper end of the bottom plate 110, and may have a tubular shape, and as shown in the drawing, a plurality of the pillars may be installed so that the receiving part 300 and the filtering part 400, which will be described later, are stably supported by being separated from the bottom plate 110 to the upper side, and the space between the pillars 121 is utilized.
For example, various kinds of goods can be loaded or set on the upper side of the floor panel (110) using the space between the pillars (121).
According to fig. 1, the shelf (122) can connect the upper ends of a plurality of pillars (121) to each other, and support the receiving part (300) to be described later to keep stable.
The handle (123) is formed in a protruding manner toward the other side of the placement frame (122), and is convenient for a user to hold the mobile placement frame (100) by hand.
The washing part (200) is arranged at one side of the placing table (100) and provides a washing water storage space for cleaning the mop.
The washing part (200) can be provided with a box shape with an opening at the upper side, and a part inserted into the mop is convenient for cleaning.
Furthermore, the washing part (200) is placed on the upper end bottom surface of the placing table (100) and supported, and is detachably configured from the placing table (100).
In this case, a plurality of washing units (200) may be provided according to the drawing.
For example, the washing machine is composed of a pair of washing parts, and a user can wash for 1 time and 2 times by using the washing water respectively stored in the pair of washing parts (200) or increase the frequency of using the washing water in the process of washing the mop, thereby facilitating the cleaning.
The washing unit (200) having the above-described structure is composed of a circulation structure, and a user injects washing water from the outside to store the washing water, and if it is determined that the washing water stored in the washing unit (200) is contaminated, the contaminated washing water is moved to a storage unit (300) described later, and then the washing water purified by the filter unit (400) is moved to the washing unit (200) again.
According to design conditions, the bottom plate (110) on which the washing part (200) is placed may include a separation prevention member (113) protruding upward to prevent the washing part (200) from being separated to the outside of the bottom plate (110).
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the separation preventing member (113) is formed by wrapping the lower outer circumference of the washing part (200), and prevents the separation preventing member (113) from inclining to the side surface of the bottom plate (110), even if the placing table (100) is moved, the washing part (200) placed on the bottom plate (110) can still keep a stable state.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing an example in which the mobile cleaner of the present invention is provided with a rotating disk, and fig. 4 is a plan view showing an example in which a washing part is rotated in the mobile cleaner of the present invention.
According to design conditions, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom surface may be provided with a rotatable rotary plate (112) so that the washing part (200) provided on the upper side of the bottom plate (110) may be rotated.
The rotary disk (112) can rotate a part of the bottom surface of the bottom plate (110), and further can rotate a washing part (200) arranged at the upper end of the rotary disk (112).
In this case, the rotary plate (112) may be provided with a stopper (not shown) for rotating and fixing the washing unit (200) provided on the upper side.
The stopper is formed with a hole on a selected one of the base plate (110) and the rotary plate (112), a fixing portion selectively caught on the hole is formed on the other member, and the rotary plate (112) is not rotated but fixed when the fixing portion is caught by the hole.
Therefore, after the pair of washing parts (200) rotate along with the rotating disc (112), the washing parts can be temporarily fixed at the positions required by the user, the positions of the washing parts (200) are respectively adjacent to the user, so that the mop is convenient to clean, and furthermore, in the process of cleaning a part of the mop inserted into the washing parts (200), the rotating disc (112) is fixed to be incapable of rotating, so that the cleaning is smooth.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing another example of a washing part in the mobile cleaner of the present invention.
According to design conditions, the washing unit (200) rotating with the rotary plate (112) may be formed to have a circular cross section as a whole, as shown in fig. 5.
Preferably, the washing units (200) are provided in a pair, and each washing unit (200) may have a semicircular cross section as shown in fig. 5.
In the process that the pair of washing parts (200) rotate along with the rotating disc (112), the corner parts do not interfere with the placing table (100), and the connecting parts of the mop cloth parts and the rod parts are thinner in thickness from the shape characteristics of the mop (the shape of assembling a wider mop cloth on the thinner rod tail end), and the parts for assembling the mop cloth are formed in a wide plate shape, so that the connecting parts of the rod parts and the mop cloth parts can be inserted into the space with narrower width of the washing parts (200), and the rest parts for assembling the mop cloth can be inserted into the space with wider width of the washing parts (200), therefore, even if each washing part (200) has a semicircular shape section, the mop can be still fully cleaned.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a receiving part in the mobile cleaner of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a side sectional view showing the receiving part in the mobile cleaner of the present invention.
The receiving part (300) is arranged at the other side of the placing table (100) and enables the polluted washing water contained in the washing part (200) to move and be stored.
As shown in the drawing, the housing part (300) may be formed in a box shape with an open upper side, a space for housing contaminated washing water is provided inside, and an inflow part (410) described later is connected to a lower side, so that the washing water received by the housing part (300) is moved to the filter part (400) through the inflow part (410). In this case, the inflow unit (410) may be provided with a valve for opening and closing the inflow unit (410).
The housing part (300) is arranged on the upper side of the frame (120), so that the arrangement position of the housing part (300) for moving polluted washing water is higher than the arrangement position of the washing part (200) for storing the washing water.
The contaminated washing water transferred to the storage unit (300) is allowed to fall freely through a filter unit (400) described later, and then transferred to the washing unit (200).
According to design conditions, the bottom surface of the receiving part (300) is formed in a funnel shape having a wide upper side and gradually narrowing down, or is formed in an inclined bottom surface, and the bottom surface of the connecting part of the inflow part (410) to be described later is made lower in height.
The contaminated washing water transferred to the storage part (300) is guided to the inflow part (410) along the inclination of the bottom surface, and is smoothly discharged.
In this case, the housing unit (300) may be provided with a detachable strainer (310).
The filter (310) is preferably installed on the housing part (300) so as to primarily filter foreign matters contained in the contaminated washing water while the contaminated washing water is being housed.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the net (310) is formed in a plurality of layers from a net (no reference symbol in the drawing), and the mesh size of the net forming the plurality of layers may be gradually reduced from the upper layer side to the lower layer side.
The contaminated washing water transferred to the storage part (300) is sequentially filtered out according to the mesh size when passing through the multi-layer mesh assembled on the filter screen (310).
When the net is formed into a plurality of layers according to design conditions, the net provided in each layer can be detachably formed on the screen (310).
Therefore, the mesh can be replaced separately, and maintenance becomes easy.
The screen (310) is configured in a structure that is inserted into the upper opening space of the box-shaped receiving part (300) with an upper opening and is caught by the upper end of the receiving part (300) according to fig. 6 and 7, and the mesh having a plurality of layers is caught and caught by the convex blocks (not shown) protruding from the side surface of the screen (310).
The filter (310) is easily attached to and detached from the housing unit (300), and the filter (310) is provided in a multi-layered net, which is also advantageous in that it can be easily replaced.
The filter unit (400) is provided under the housing unit (300), passes and filters contaminated washing water discharged from the housing unit (300), and moves the washing water to the washing unit (200), and includes an inflow unit (410) and a discharge unit (420).
The filter unit (400) includes a housing for accommodating the filter, and the filter provided therein is constructed to be replaceable, so that impurities in the washing water are filtered out when the contaminated washing water passes through the filter.
The form of the filter unit (400) is shown as a polygonal form in the drawing, but may be formed in various forms such as a cylindrical form and a form having a circular or elliptical cross section.
Further, the filter unit (400) may be fixed to the lower side of the receiving unit (300) or to the frame (120) with a predetermined interval.
Furthermore, the filter unit (400) itself may of course be arranged to be removable or to be used with only the inner filter replaced.
The filter unit (400) may be inclined according to design conditions, so that the passing washing water freely falls down and flows into the inflow unit (410) and smoothly moves to the discharge unit (420).
For example, according to fig. 2, the inflow unit (410) connecting the housing unit (300) and the filter unit (400) is connected to the upper end of the other side of the filter unit (400), and the discharge unit (420) connecting the filter unit (400) and the washing unit (200) is connected to the lower end of the one side of the filter unit (400) and is formed to be inclined so that the other side of the filter unit (400) is higher than the one side.
The contaminated washing water discharged from the storage part (300) flows into the filter part (400) through the inflow part (410), rapidly passes through the filter part (400) in an inclined state, and is moved to one side of the filter part (400), and rapidly moves to the washing part (200) through the discharge part (420) connected to the lower end of the filter part (400).
The inflow unit (410) is connected to the housing unit (300) and allows contaminated washing water discharged from the housing unit (300) to flow into the internal space of the filter unit (400).
The discharge unit (420) is connected to the washing unit (200) and discharges the washing water passing through the filter unit (400) to the washing unit (200).
The filter unit (400) constructed by the above structure is formed by the following steps, according to the attached drawings, the filter unit (400) is arranged higher than the washing unit (200) and lower than the containing unit (300), the polluted washing water discharged from the containing unit (300) flows into the filter unit (400) through the inflow part (410), the inflowing polluted washing water is purified by the filter unit (400) and then is discharged to the washing unit (200) through the discharge part (420), and the polluted washing water is purified by the free fall and then is moved to the washing unit (200) to be stored.
Fig. 8 is a side view showing an example of a mobile cleaner provided with a drying part according to the present invention.
The mobile cleaner of the present invention further comprises a drying part (500) for drying the washed mop according to design conditions.
The drying part (500) is provided on the placing table (100) according to fig. 8, has a function of drying the mop, and includes a far infrared part (510) and a timer (520).
The drying part (500) can be arranged on the upper form of the frame (120) and can be powered by a line or operated in a wireless mode by a battery.
Further, an interface (not shown) for operating the far infrared part (510) and the timer (520) may be provided.
The far infrared ray part (510) has the function of irradiating far infrared rays to the mop accommodated in the drying part (500) to dry and sterilize.
The timer has a function of controlling the operation time of the far infrared part (510).
That is, after the user operates the timer 520 to set the operation time of the far infrared part 510, the drying is performed for the set time, and then the function of the drying part 500 is stopped.
For example, when a user operates a timer (520) to set a time of thirty minutes, far infrared rays are irradiated to the mop stored in the drying section (500) to perform drying and sterilization, and then the drying is automatically finished after thirty minutes.
The user can move the mobile cleaner of the invention and the washing and drying of the mop can be directly implemented in the cleaning site, thereby effectively cleaning and facilitating the cleaning.

On the other hand, in the mop, after the washing of the washing part (200) is completed, in order to move the contaminated washing water stored in the washing part (200) to the containing part (300) provided on the upper side of the frame (120), the user lifts the washing part (200) to move the washing water to the containing part (300), and at this time, a large force is required to lift the washing part (200) due to the weight of the contaminated washing water.
Therefore, the mobile cleaner of the invention can also comprise a height adjusting part (600) which can adjust the height of the accommodating part (300), namely the position of the accommodating part (300), up and down.
The height adjusting part (600) is configured such that the length of the frame (120) is variable according to fig. 9, and is preferably provided on the column (121) such that the height of the receiving part (300) provided on the upper side of the frame (120) is adjusted up and down, and includes a main body (610), a rod (620), and a valve (630).
The main body (610) is a part of the pillar (121), is provided on the lower side, and is configured to protrude upward at the upper end of the bottom plate (110).
The rod (620) is the remaining portion of the post (121) and is disposed on the upper side of the body (610).
Preferably, the body (610) and the rod (620) are formed in a tubular shape having an empty interior, and the length of the elevation part (600) is changed as the rod is inserted into the interior space of the body (610) or discharged.
The body (610) and the lever (620) are formed such that the height thereof can be adjusted by hydraulic pressure, and when the lever (620) changes in length from the body (610) to the upper side, the lever (620) is pressed downward and moved downward by the pressing force.
The valve (630) adjusts the hydraulic pressure injected into the main body (610) to move the rod (620) upward from the main body (610).
In this case, the body 610 and the rod 620 are respectively formed on the frame 120, i.e., the plurality of posts 121, and the valve 630 is selectively provided on the plurality of posts 121.
For example, as shown in the figure, with four columns (121), the valve (630) can be provided in the four columns (121) only, or in two columns (121) are provided separately.
According to the above structure, in a state where the valve 630 is operated in the operation process of the height adjusting unit 600 described with reference to fig. 10, when the user grasps the rest 122 or the handle 123 provided on the upper side of the frame 120 and presses it downward with a large force, the rod 620 is inserted into the body 610 and moves downward, and the receiving portion 300 provided on the upper side of the frame 120, that is, the receiving portion 300 provided on the upper side of the rod 620 moves downward. In this case, when the operation state of the release valve (630) is released, the lever (620) is fixed at a position moved downward.
When a user moves contaminated washing water stored in the washing unit (200) to the storage unit (300) having a low height, the user does not need to lift the washing unit (200) high and move the washing unit smoothly.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 10, after the housing part (300) and the filter part (400) move downward along with the operation of the height adjusting part (600), there is a problem that the discharge part (420) connecting the filter part (400) and the washing part (200) may be broken. Therefore, in order to prevent the above-mentioned problems, the inflow part (410) and the discharge part (420) may be formed of a flexible material whose length is flexibly changed and direction is freely changed, or formed in a bellows shape.
When the valve (630) is operated to discharge the contaminated washing water contained in the storage unit (300) to the filter unit (400) through the inflow unit (410) in a process of reversely operating the height adjusting unit (600), the rod (620) is moved upward by the hydraulic pressure. At this time, after the rod (620) has moved upward, the rod (620) is fixed at the position moved upward when the valve (630) is released from its operating state.
In this state, the contaminated washing water contained in the storage unit (300) is freely dropped and moved to the filter unit (400) side by the filter unit (400) being located between the lower side of the storage unit (300) and the upper side of the washing unit (200), and is purified by the filter unit (400) and then moved to the washing unit (200) again.
Fig. 11 is a side view showing an injection part in the mobile cleaner of the present invention.
According to design conditions, the washing machine may further include an injection unit (700) configured to accelerate the movement of contaminated washing water stored in the storage unit (300) to the filter unit (400).
The injection part (700) is arranged on the containing part (300) and supplies pressure to the inner space of the containing part (300) to make the polluted washing water moved by the washing part (200) move to the filter part (400) rapidly.
The injection part (700) comprises an inflow port (710), a cover (720), and a pressure injection part (730).
The inlet (710) is provided above the housing (300) according to fig. 11, and is formed in an open shape so that contaminated washing water is injected into the internal space of the housing (300).
The cap is screwed to the inlet (710) to open and close the inlet.
The cover 720 is screwed to the inlet 710 to seal the internal space of the housing 300.
The pressure injection section (730) has a function of supplying pressure to the internal space of the housing section (300).
That is, in a state where the cover 720 is screwed and sealed on the inlet 710, air of a certain pressure is injected into the inner space of the housing 300 with the operation of the pressure injection part 730, and contaminated washing water contained in the inner space of the housing 300 is rapidly discharged through the inlet 410 and moves to the filter 400 at a high speed.
When the discharging speed of the contaminated washing water is increased, the contaminated washing water is finally moved to the washing part (200) after passing through the filter part (400) quickly.
The pressure injection part 730 operates by using the principle of a syringe, and the pressure injected into the internal space of the housing part 300 is discharged to the outside through the inlet 710 after the cover 720 is opened.
On the other hand, although the filter (310) is shown in fig. 6 and 7 to be engaged with the upper end of the receiving part (300), if the injection part (700) is provided, the space of the receiving part (300) should be in a sealed state, and thus the filter (310) may be completely inserted into the inner space of the receiving part (300) according to design conditions, although not shown.
For example, the catching member provided at the upper end of the strainer 310 may be caught by a projection projecting outward from the inner surface of the receiving portion 300.
The filter (310) is completely inserted into the internal space of the housing (300), and the internal space of the housing (300) can be sealed after the cover (720) is screwed on the inflow port (710).
Preferably, the filter (310) is attached to or detached from the inlet (710) and then inserted into the internal space of the housing unit (300).
According to the structures, the movable cleaner of the invention is characterized in that after a mop is cleaned in washing water stored in a washing part (200), when the washing water is polluted, the polluted washing water is moved to a containing part (300) and freely falls down, and then is purified through a filter of a filter part (400), so that the utilization rate of the purified washing water in a cleaning site is increased, the mop can be frequently cleaned and used, the process of replacing the polluted washing water is omitted, the washing water does not need to be frequently replaced, the cleaning time is shortened, and the use amount of the washing water can be greatly reduced.
And the cleaner is moved easily, and the cleaner and the mop can be moved to perform cleaning work, washing and even drying in various places.
In order to allow the contaminated washing water transferred to the storage part (300) to freely fall, pass through the filter, be purified and be transferred to the washing part (200) again, the arrangement position of the storage part (300) in which the contaminated washing water is transferred is higher than the arrangement position of the washing part (200) in which the washing water is stored, and the arrangement position of the storage part (300) is adjusted up and down by adjusting the height part (600), so that the height difference between the washing part (200) and the storage part (300) is minimized, and the contaminated washing water stored in the washing part (200) can be transferred to the storage part (300) with a small force and is easily transferred, thereby providing convenience.
The above various embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical scheme of the invention, and are not limited thereto; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified or replaced with equivalents; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention.
