The non-fixed rain cape, the rain helmet, the rain cloth, the helmet isolation cap and the spare rain cap can be used as riding protection equipment, can be combined with equipment such as the existing helmet or the like through different combinations according to needs, provide travel protection for riders in multiple scenes, and have the advantages of higher safety, wider application range, more comfortable wearing, more convenient storage and carrying and the like compared with the prior art.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further illustrated by the following four embodiments in combination with the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows: as a rain-proof device for a rider who has an electric vehicle by himself.
The description will be made with reference to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7.
The invention provides a split type rain-proof, which is different from the integral rain-proof of the existing rain cape.
Fig. 1, 2 and 3 are related schematic views of an unfixed rain cape of the present invention as a main rainproof apparatus for a split type rain cape for providing a rider with main rainproof, and guiding rainwater flowing down from the head rainproof apparatus to the outside of the main rainproof apparatus through a rainproof stand-up collar.
The non-fixed rain cape cancels the integral rain cap of the existing fixed rain cape, thus avoiding the defects of the existing integral rain cap; the rain-proof stand collar 2 is arranged at the position of the rain cape main body 1 corresponding to the neck of the human body, so that rain is prevented from wetting a rider from the neck; the front of the rain cape main body 1 is provided with an opening 3 which is convenient for a rider to extend two hands to grasp a handlebar, when in use, the rider extends two hands from the opening 3 to grasp the handlebar, the front of the rain cape main body 1 is naturally supported, and a front lower hem 7 naturally droops between a vehicle head and the rider from the wrist of the rider; the rain shielding sheet 6 is arranged above the opening 3, and when the rider stretches out and grips the handlebar from the opening 3 by both hands, the rain shielding sheet 6 covers the back of the rider's hand to provide rain protection for the rider's hand; the lower hem 8 on the back of the rain cape main body 1 is used for a rider to be used as a seat cushion and is arranged between the vehicle seat cushion and the trousers, so that the rider does not need to worry about whether the vehicle seat cushion is wetted; the back of the rain cape main body 1 is provided with the elastic structure 9 which can longitudinally stretch out and draw back, so that the back of the rain cape can be naturally lifted upwards, a rider can naturally sit on a vehicle seat cushion after wearing the rain cape, and the back bending of the rider during riding is not limited; the rain-proof stand collar 2 is provided with an elasticity adjusting structure 4, so that a rider can conveniently adjust the elasticity of the rain-proof stand collar according to the requirement; the front neckline position of the rain cape main body 1 is provided with an opening and closing structure 5 with rain-proof performance, which is convenient for a rider to put on and take off the rain cape; the non-fixed rain cape main body is not fixed with the vehicle when in use.
The longitudinally extensible elastic structure 9 is illustrated in connection with fig. 2 and 3: the elastic rope is longitudinally fixed on two points with different heights on the inner center line of the back surface of the rain cape main body, so that the elastic rope lifts the back lower hem 8 upwards through self pulling force, and when a rider uses the back lower hem 8 as a cushion, the back bending of the rider during riding is not limited due to the existence of the elastic structure 9 capable of longitudinally stretching.
The tightness adjustment structure 4 is illustrated in connection with fig. 1: the elastic bands with the buckles respectively arranged at the two sides of the neckline are adopted, as shown in an elastic adjusting structure 4 in figure 1, so that the two sides of the neckline are prevented from being connected, and a rider can conveniently wear and take off the rain cape. The rider can adjust the tightness of the rainproof stand collar along with the change of the thickness of the clothes, so that the applicability and the comfort degree of the rain cape are improved.
The opening and closing structure 5 with rainproof performance is exemplified by combining the figures 1, 2 and 3: the inlayer adopts rain-proof zip fastener 51 to establish one deck rain-proof layer 52 on one side of the structure that opens and shuts, when the structure that opens and shuts is closed, there is a rain-proof layer in addition outside the rain-proof zip fastener, plays better rain-proof performance, and wherein rain-proof zip fastener's pulling-on piece 53 sets up the inside at the rain cape, and rain-proof zip fastener's pulling-on piece 53 should use big pulling-on piece, makes the operation more convenient.
Fig. 4 is a related schematic view of a rain-proof helmet according to the present invention. The rain-proof helmet is used as a split rain-proof head rain-proof device to provide rain-proof function for a rider and guide rain water to the outside of the main rain-proof device through the rain-proof curtain.
The rain-proof curtain 12 is arranged at the back of the rain-proof helmet main body 10 and the lower edge of the side, the rain-proof curtain 12 is made of flexible rain-proof material, when the rain-proof curtain 12 is used, the rain-proof curtain covers the outside of the rain-proof stand collar 2 of the non-fixed rain cape, so that rain is prevented from wetting or flowing to the neck of a rider; the rain-proof helmet main body 10 is provided with the rain-proof curtain accommodating structure 13, so that the rain-proof curtain can be accommodated in the rain-proof curtain accommodating structure 13 when the rain-proof helmet does not rain, and the daily use is convenient; the contact surfaces of the rear and inside of the sides of the rain helmet body, which in use are in contact with the rain stand collar of the non-fixed rain cape of the present invention, are of a waterproof material, thereby preventing rain on the rain stand collar from wetting the inside of the rain helmet. The rain mask 11 provides rain protection for the rider's face as in the prior art.
The rain-proof curtain storage structure 13 is illustrated in combination with fig. 4: set up rain-proof curtain between the ectonexine at the lower extreme of rain-proof helmet main part 10 back and side and accomodate chamber 130, the lower extreme position sets up dop 131 respectively before the both ends of rain-proof curtain accomodate chamber 130 correspond the both sides of rain-proof helmet, at the lower extreme setting of rain-proof curtain both sides with the supporting buckle 132 of dop 131 to set up a plurality of elasticity stuck points 133 in the middle of rain-proof curtain accomodates chamber 130, elasticity stuck point 133 can prevent that rain-proof curtain 12 from falling out, but can easily let rain-proof curtain 12 business turn over through external force. When the rain curtain 12 is needed, the rider can pull down the rain curtain 12 by disengaging the buckle 132. When the rain-proof curtain 12 is not used, the rain-proof curtain 12 can be plugged into the rain-proof curtain accommodating cavity 130 and the fastener 132 can be inserted into the fastener 131 for fixation.
Fig. 7 is one of helmet isolation caps of the present invention suitable for use as a spare raincap in conjunction with the non-fixed raincap of the present invention. With reference to the schematic side view of the helmet isolation cap shown in fig. 7 as a spare rainhat, a helmet fixing band isolation cloth 19 is arranged on a helmet isolation cap main body 18, the width of the helmet fixing band isolation cloth 19 is wider than that of the helmet fixing band, the helmet fixing band isolation cloth 19 is of an integral type elastic structure or an open-close type elastic structure, the helmet isolation cap main body 18 is made of a flexible rainproof material, and a helmet isolation cap lower hem 20 capable of covering the outside of the rainproof standing collar 2 of the non-fixed raincape is arranged on the back and side of the helmet isolation cap main body 18. Optionally, in order to improve the fit between the helmet isolation cap and the head of the rider, a bungee 181 may be provided on the helmet isolation cap body 18.
Examples of integral elasticable structures: the two sides of the hat are fixed with the two ends of a piece of isolation cloth, and part or the whole of the piece of isolation cloth is made of elastic materials.
Examples of openable and closable elastic structures: the two sides of the cap are respectively fixed with a piece of isolation cloth, one part or the whole of the isolation cloth on the two sides is made of elastic materials, or the isolation cloth on the two sides has no elasticity, but the tightness can be adjusted through magic tapes and other modes.
As the rain-proof equipment of the rider of the self-owned electric vehicle, the rider can carry the non-fixed rain cape, the rain-proof helmet and the spare rain cap of the invention along with the vehicle. When raining, the non-fixed rain cape is worn on the body, the opening and closing structure 5 with the rainproof performance is closed, the back lower hem 8 serves as a cushion, the user can directly sit on the seat of the electric vehicle, the rainproof helmet is worn, the rainproof curtain is put down, and the two hands extend out of the openings to grasp the handlebar, so that the riding preparation is made. When the rain-proof helmet is wetted, the spare rain cap can be worn firstly and then the rain-proof helmet can be worn. The spare rain cap can be provided with a plurality of rain caps according to needs so as to be needed from time to time.
Example two: riders with their own electric vehicles have already had rain-proof helmets and have been used for various reasons when they temporarily do not want to change the helmet.
The description will be made with reference to fig. 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7.
Fig. 5 is a diagram of the waterproof cloth of the present invention, the waterproof cloth is used for being attached to the inside of the existing rain-proof helmet, and the rain-proof range of the existing rain-proof helmet is extended to the position of the neck of the human body, when in use, the waterproof cloth 14 covers the outside of the rain-proof standing collar 2 of the non-fixed rain cape of the present invention, at least 3 attachment pieces 15 of the magic tapes for being attached to the inside of the existing rain-proof helmet are provided on the waterproof cloth 14, the back of the hair side 17 of the magic tape is provided with the non-setting adhesive for being fixed to the inside of the existing rain-proof helmet, the hook side 16 of the magic tape is fixed to the attachment piece 15 of the waterproof cloth, and when in use with the non-fixed rain cape of the present invention.
When a rider who has an electric vehicle himself/herself already has a rain-proof helmet and temporarily does not want to change the helmet for various reasons, the rider can carry the non-fixed rain cape, rain cloth, or spare rain cap of the present invention with the vehicle. When the rain-proof hat is used, the rain-proof cloth can be attached to the existing helmet, or the spare rain-proof hat is worn firstly and then the existing helmet is worn.

The rider can carry the non-fixed rain cape and the spare rain cap of the invention with him. Claims (10)

7. A rain protection helmet according to claim 6, characterised in that the inner rear and side surfaces of the rain protection helmet body (10) are in contact with the rain protection collar (2) of claim 1 in use, by being of a waterproof material.
