d) The recovery liquid in the coating liquid recovery tank is pumped out through a discharge screw pump, the recovery liquid flows to the coating liquid recovery tank and the transfusion pipeline through a return pipeline and a mixing pipeline respectively, the recovery liquid returns to the coating liquid recovery tank, the concentration value of the recovery liquid is detected through a first concentration meter, and the concentration of the recovery liquid in the coating liquid recovery tank is ensured to be stable through a second stop valve;
meanwhile, according to the information detected by the first concentration meter, the clear water flow of the outlet end of the discharging screw pump of the clear water source is controlled in real time by the adjustable throttle valve through PID adjustment according to the set concentration parameter, and the clear water is mixed with the discharged recovery liquid;
e) When the concentration of the concentrated recovery liquid reaches a preset value, a first stop valve is opened, the recovery liquid enters a transfusion pipeline, and the recovery liquid and the new coating liquid pumped out of a coating liquid in-situ tank are jointly detected on line by a second concentration meter and then enter a coating mechanism;
meanwhile, the control system detects the concentration of the recovery liquid through the first concentration meter, so that the concentration of the recovery liquid in the reflux pipeline and the concentration of the recovery liquid in the mixed pipeline are kept between 40.5 percent plus or minus 0.2 percent, the flow of the recovery liquid is automatically regulated to stabilize the concentration of the mixed liquid, and the concentration of the mixed liquid is stabilized at 41 percent plus or minus 0.5 percent;
f) And the steps are repeated to realize the real-time control of physical indexes of dip-coating type coating liquid of the reconstituted tobacco by the papermaking method.
