6. The probiotic daily nut of claim 4, wherein the lactic acid bacteria comprise one or a mixture of two or more of Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium animalis, Lactobacillus paracasei, and Lactobacillus acidophilus.
7. The probiotic daily nut of claim 1, wherein the nut kernel comprises one or a mixture of two or more of walnut kernel, pistachio kernel, almond kernel, hazelnut kernel, pistachio kernel, pecan kernel, peanut kernel.
8. The probiotic daily nut of claim 1, wherein the dried fruit comprises one or a mixture of two or more of dried blueberries, dried cranberries, raisins, dried prunus humilis, and dried prunes.
9. A method of preparing the probiotic daily nuts of any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
step S1: process for preparing probiotic nut meat
Step S1.1: powder spreading: firstly, adding the selected nut kernels into a rotating octagonal barrel mixer, then adding coating liquid until the surface of the nut kernels is coated with a layer of coating liquid, and then uniformly scattering the probiotic mixed powder of the nut kernels onto the surface of the nut kernels;
