Abstract
The invention provides a weeding disc of a weeding machine and a weeding method using the weeding disc, wherein the weeding disc is suitable for being assembled on a driving shaft of weeding equipment to rotate the weeding disc, the weeding disc structurally comprises a disc body and a weeding rope, an assembly hole for being assembled on the driving shaft is arranged at the central part of the disc body, and a plurality of groups of threading holes with two holes as a group are distributed on the disc body; a weeding rope corresponds to the group of threading holes, and the weeding rope penetrates through the threading holes on the top surface of the tray body from the head end and the tail end of the weeding rope and penetrates out of the threading holes on the bottom surface of the tray body, so that the weeding rope is fixed in the group threading holes; the invention applies the driving shaft which can reduce the rotating speed and improve the torsion to reduce the rotating speed of the weeding disk, and carries out weed pulling operation by matching with the weeding rope which obliquely penetrates out downwards towards the bottom surface of the weeding disk.

Technical Field

Disclosure of Invention

The design of the weeding disk of the invention is that even though the weeding rope penetrates out towards the bottom of the disk surface and is matched with the weeding disk rotating at low speed, the weeding rope can be used for winding and holding weeds, so that the weeding effect of pulling out the roots is generated, the weeds can be thoroughly removed, and the weeding disk is superior to the weeding disk of the prior art which only can cut off the weeds on the land, and the trouble that stems and leaves grow out later and can not be eradicated exists.

The central part of the disc body 21 is provided with an assembling hole 211 for being assembled on the driving shaft A, the disc body 21 is provided with a plurality of groups of threading holes 214 with two holes as a group, and the threading holes 214 penetrate through the bottom surface 213 of the disc body from the top surface 212 of the disc body; at least one pair of weeding ropes 22, each pair of weeding ropes 22 corresponds to a group of threading holes 214, the head end 221 and the tail end 222 of any one weeding rope 22 respectively penetrate through two threading holes 214 in a group of two holes on the top surface 212 of the tray body (one hole corresponds to the head end 221 and the other hole corresponds to the tail end 222) and penetrate through the threading holes 214 on the bottom surface 213 of the tray body, so that the weeding ropes 22 are fixed in the group of threading holes 214, and when the weeding tray 2 rotates by the driving shaft A, the length of the end part of the weeding rope 22 penetrating out of the bottom surface 213 of the tray body does not exceed the periphery of the tray body 21 of the weeding tray 2. It should be noted that, in order to generate a larger working swept area with the smallest weeding rope 22, the two holes in each set of threading holes 214 are respectively unequal in diameter from the central axis of the tray body 21 (as shown by the radii R1 and R2 in fig. 3).
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 6 to 8. In order to make the weeding rope 22 pass through the bottom surface 213 of the tray body in an inclined manner and have a larger working swept area, the present invention utilizes the design that the diameter of the lower threading hole 2142 of the bottom surface 213 of the tray body of each threading hole 214 is larger than that of the upper threading hole 2141 of the top surface 212 of the tray body, so as to achieve the above purpose.
Of course, the cross-section of the threading hole 214 may be a circular hole or a square hole as shown in fig. 3, but not limited thereto. Likewise, the cross-sectional shape of the weeding rope 22 corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the threading hole 214.
In one embodiment, the tray 21 is made of plastic or aluminum alloy, so as to reduce weight. The weeding rope 22 is made of nylon material, and has toughness, strength and wear resistance.
In detail, the weeding disk 2 and the weeding rope 22 thereof according to the present invention have an accurate working range B, for example, the weeding construction area is within the rim range C of the maximum diameter of the weeding disk in this embodiment, so that the maximum diameter of the weeding disk can be used as a reference during operation, and the organic crops can not be accidentally injured as long as the weeding disk is not deep when the weeding disk touches the organic crops.

The invention discloses a weeding method of a weeding disk with a weeding rope penetrating out of the bottom surface of a disk body, which comprises the following steps: step S10, providing the aforementioned weeding disk; step S20, reducing the rotation speed of the driving shaft to the speed that the weeding rope of the weeding disk does not cut off the weeds, and practically, the rotation speed is reduced to the minimum value, which is related to the weed species; step S30, moving the weeding disk to the weed, and rotating the weeding disk to wind the weeding rope around the stem or leaf of the weed, and pulling up the weed.
According to the above method, when the weeding operation is mainly cutting, the rotation speed of the weeding disk 2 can be maintained at a relatively high speed, and when the weeding operation is mainly pulling, the rotation speed of the weeding disk 2 can be reduced, so that the protruding weeding ropes form a claw-like action to entangle the weeds and pull out the weeds root by root.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Claims (9)
1. A weeding disk for a weeding machine, adapted to be assembled to a drive shaft of a weeding apparatus to rotate the weeding disk, the rotation speed of the drive shaft being adjustable, the weeding disk comprising:
the central part of the disk body is provided with an assembling hole for being assembled on the driving shaft, the disk body is provided with a plurality of groups of threading holes with two holes as a group, and each threading hole penetrates through the bottom surface of the disk body from the top surface of the disk body; and
each pair of weeding ropes corresponds to one group of threading holes, and the threading holes on the top surface of the tray body penetrate through the head and the tail ends of any weeding rope and penetrate through the threading holes on the bottom surface of the tray body, so that the weeding ropes are fixed in the threading holes;
when the weeding disk is rotated by the driving shaft, the length of the end part of the weeding rope penetrating out of the bottom surface of the disk body does not exceed the periphery of the disk body of the weeding disk.
2. A weeding disc as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two holes in each set of threading holes are respectively at unequal distances from the central axis of the disc body.
3. The weeding disk for a weeding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the threading hole in the bottom surface of the disk body of each threading hole is larger than the diameter of the threading hole in the top surface of the disk body.
4. A weeding disk for a weeding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the threading hole is a circular hole or a square hole, and the cross-sectional shape of the weeding cord corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the threading hole.
5. A weeding tray for a weeding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tray body is a plastic or aluminum alloy product.
6. A weeding tray for a weeding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weeding rope is made of nylon material.
7. The weeding disk for weeding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weeding cord is flexible and has an overall I-shaped configuration, and is fixed to the set of threading holes with its restoring force after being threaded through the set of threading holes.
8. The weeding disk for a weeding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weeding cord is U-shaped or V-shaped in its entirety, and is fixed to the set of threading holes after being threaded through the set of threading holes with its diameter of the weeding cord slightly larger than the diameter of the corresponding set of threading holes.
9. A method of weeding a weeding disc using a weeding machine, comprising:
a weeding tray using the weeding machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
reducing the rotating speed of the driving shaft of the weeding disc to the speed that the weeding rope of the weeding disc does not cut off weeds;
moving the weeding disk to the weeds, and enabling the weeding ropes to entangle the stems or the leaves of the weeds by means of the rotation of the weeding disk and uprooting the weeds.
