一种测量方法和测量系统(100)。测量方法包括激光测距机(10)向预定距离处的标定靶标(200)发射激光;激光测距机(10)接收回光并将接收到的实际回光转换为实际电信号;根据实际电信号与电信号阈值计算探测概率;及根据预定距离、第一光辐射能量、和第二光辐射能量获取最大量程。
