In summary, the present invention is directed to a voice call method, system, device and storage medium based on two-dimensional code, which can avoid the operation of dialing a phone number by a user, establish a voice call channel without dialing, provide a convenient and fast phone service, and optimize user experience.

Claims (10)

1. A voice call method based on two-dimension codes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s110, establishing a first mapping table in a server, wherein the first mapping table comprises a plurality of network voice accounts, and each network voice account corresponds to a two-dimensional code;
s120, when a call request initiated by a mobile terminal based on one two-dimension code in the first mapping table is received, the server establishes a call channel of the mobile terminal and the network voice account corresponding to the two-dimension code based on a network.
2. The voice call method based on two-dimensional code according to claim 1, characterized in that: each network voice account is provided with a call queue, the call queue at least stores at least one mobile terminal identification code which initiates a pass call request at present, the call queue is based on time sequence of initiating the pass call request to the mobile terminal, and the network voice account establishes a call channel with the mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile terminal identification code which is sequenced at the top in the call queue.
3. The voice call method based on two-dimensional code according to claim 2, characterized in that: and when the conversation with the mobile terminal is finished, the mobile terminal identification code corresponding to the mobile terminal is removed out of the conversation queue.

The voice call method based on two-dimensional code according to claim 2, characterized in that: the two-dimension code is a dynamic two-dimension code, the number of the mobile terminal identification codes in the call queue is counted in real time, an corner mark is generated and added to the pattern of the dynamic two-dimension code, and the pattern is updated in real time.
5. The voice call method based on two-dimensional code according to claim 2, characterized in that: the step S120 includes the following steps:
s121, judging whether a call queue of the network voice account corresponding to the two-dimensional code has other mobile terminal identification codes, if so, executing a step S122, and if not, executing a step S124;
s122, adding the mobile terminal identification code of the mobile terminal into the call queue;
s123, judging whether the mobile terminal identification code of the mobile terminal is arranged in the call queue at the top or not, if so, executing a step S124, otherwise, returning to the step S123;
and S124, establishing a communication channel of the mobile terminal and the network voice account corresponding to the two-dimension code.

The voice call method based on two-dimensional code according to claim 5, characterized in that: in the step S110, a second mapping table is established in the server, where the second mapping table includes a plurality of voice request accounts, and a mapping relationship between each voice request account and the mobile terminal identification code and an independent permission level is established;
in step S120, when the permission level of the received call request is higher than the permission level of the mobile terminal of the current call channel of the network voice account, the current call channel is interrupted, and the call channel between the mobile terminal of the call request and the network voice account is established.
7. The voice call method based on two-dimensional code according to claim 2, characterized in that: the mobile terminal identification code is a hardware identification code or a MAC address.
8. A two-dimensional code based voice call system for implementing the two-dimensional code based voice call method according to claim 1, comprising:
the mapping table module is used for establishing a first mapping table in a server, wherein the first mapping table comprises a plurality of network voice accounts, and each network voice account corresponds to one two-dimensional code;
and the call channel module is used for establishing a call channel of the network voice account corresponding to the two-dimension code by the mobile terminal based on a network by the server when receiving a call request initiated by the mobile terminal based on the two-dimension code in the first mapping table.
