In the processing system of monitoring data in the embodiment of the application, the data processing platform is used for analyzing the monitoring data acquired by the mobile base station equipment to generate monitoring alarm information, and the situation awareness platform is used for outputting the monitoring data and prompt messages generated by the monitoring alarm information to the monitoring party, so that different monitoring functions are realized.
In the embodiment of the present application, a possible implementation manner is provided, where the monitoring data includes at least one of heart rate information, positioning information, and power information, the monitoring alarm information includes at least one of heart rate alarm information, power alarm information, and positioning alarm information,

Whether the electric quantity information is in an abnormal electric quantity state or not is judged by presetting an electric quantity demand range aiming at the condition that the data processing platform 13 receives the electric quantity information, wherein the preset electric quantity demand range is the lowest power supply range of the predetermined anti-disassembly bracelet 11 and can be 20% of residual electric quantity and the like, so that the abnormal electric quantity state is determined when the electric quantity information is judged to be less than 20% of residual electric quantity, and electric quantity warning information is generated and output. And for the positioning information received by the data processing platform 13, judging whether the positioning information is in an abnormal positioning state or not through the route information which is planned in advance, namely judging whether the positioning information exceeds the planned route or not, determining the positioning information to be in the abnormal positioning state when the positioning information exceeds the planned route, generating positioning alarm information, and outputting the positioning alarm information.

In the embodiment of the present application, a possible implementation manner is provided, and the data processing platform 13 is further configured to generate and output abnormal alarm information when it is determined that at least one of the monitoring data center rate information, the positioning information, and the electric quantity information is in a missing state.

For example, if the monitoring data received by the data processing platform 13 and transmitted by the mobile base station device 12 is heart rate information and positioning information, and it is determined that the electric quantity information is not acquired, the electric quantity information is determined to be in a missing state, and abnormal electric quantity information alarm information is generated.
In addition, the abnormal warning information generated for the missing state of different information may be used to indicate different meanings for timely processing, for example, when the positioning information is missing, it may be stated that the monitoring target is out of the monitoring range, the generated abnormal warning information is used to indicate that the monitoring target is not in the monitoring range, and the like, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
For a specific application scenario, if the data processing platform 13 determines that the bluetooth positioning information is missing in the monitoring data, it indicates that the mobile base station device 21 does not scan the anti-detachment ring 11, or scans the anti-detachment ring 11 but does not receive the bluetooth positioning information, and therefore, abnormal warning information is generated and output to the data processing platform 13, and a warning is sent to the data center platform 14 to be lost, so that the anti-detachment ring 11 can directly perform switching of GPS positioning.
According to the monitoring method and the monitoring device, the accuracy of monitoring is improved through judgment of the missing state of at least one of the monitoring data center rate information, the positioning information and the electric quantity information, and the monitoring processing requirement caused by the lack of the monitoring data is met.
The embodiment of the application provides a possible implementation manner, and the anti-tamper ring 11 is further configured to send a first broadcast signal according to a first preset time interval; when a second broadcast signal responded by the mobile base station device 12 based on the first broadcast signal is scanned within a second preset time interval, collecting Bluetooth positioning information; when a second broadcast signal responded by the mobile base station device 12 based on the broadcast signal is not scanned within a second preset time interval, the GPS positioning information is collected.

However, when the second broadcast signal is not scanned, which indicates that the position of the anti-tamper ring 11 is beyond the range of the mobile base station 12 for bluetooth positioning, the anti-tamper ring 11 switches to GPS positioning via the global positioning system, and collects GPS positioning information, so as to transmit the GPS positioning information to the data processing platform 13. The first preset time and the second preset time are preset time intervals for performing bluetooth broadcasting and responding in the bluetooth positioning process, and may be 5 seconds, 10 seconds, and the like, and the embodiment of the application is not particularly limited.
According to the embodiment of the application, the Bluetooth positioning and GPS positioning are switched through the anti-dismantling ring 11, after the Bluetooth signal is judged to be not scanned based on the anti-dismantling ring 11, the GPS positioning is switched, the obtaining effectiveness of the positioning information is ensured, and the efficiency of positioning monitoring is improved. In the embodiment of the application, if the mobile base station is provided with the GPS, the tag senses the mobile base station, and the position amplitude of the mobile base station can be given to the tag. The azimuthal distribution of the tags can also be seen approximately if the mobile base station is angle-measuring.
The embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner, and the data center platform 15 is configured to store the received monitoring data and the monitoring alarm information output by the data processing platform 13, and output the monitoring data and the monitoring alarm information to the situation awareness platform 14.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to meet the storage requirements of monitoring data and monitoring alarm information of the monitoring system, the data center platform 15 performs data interaction with the data processing platform 13 and the situation awareness platform 14, receives the monitoring data and the monitoring alarm information output by the data processing platform 13, and stores the monitoring data and the monitoring alarm information. In order to achieve high storage efficiency of a large amount of monitoring data, the data center platform 15 is configured with a plurality of databases with different storage capacities, and the databases can be classified and stored into corresponding databases according to different data types, monitoring targets, monitoring tasks and the like to obtain historical data. In addition, because the data center platform 15 performs data interaction with the desktop sensing platform, the monitoring party can input contents such as route information and police information based on the situation sensing platform 14 and store the contents in a corresponding database of the data center platform 15. For example, as shown in the system architecture diagram of fig. 3, the data center platform may store corresponding data contents according to positioning data, management data, route information, access records, heart rate data, history data, alarm information, and the like of a monitored target, so as to provide data support for the situation awareness platform, and the situation awareness platform performs functions of command, scheduling management, whole-course positioning, tracking, monitoring, and the like based on the data of the data center platform.
According to the embodiment of the application, the data center platform is used for storing the data transmitted by the data processing platform and the situation awareness platform, so that a data base is provided for the monitoring system, and the storage pressure of coexistence of a large amount of data is relieved.
The embodiment of the application provides a possible implementation manner, and the situation awareness platform 14 is further configured to receive target monitoring point information, plan route information matched with a monitoring target wearing the anti-detachment ring 11 according to the target monitoring point information, and upload the route information to the data center platform 15 for storage;
the data processing platform 13 is further configured to obtain planned route information from the data center platform 15, and determine whether the positioning information in the monitoring data is in an abnormal positioning state in real time based on the route information.
Because the data processing platform 13 needs to monitor and analyze the positioning information, in order to plan the route information that needs to be monitored, the situation awareness platform 14 receives target monitoring point information input by a user, plans the route information based on the target monitoring point information, and uploads the route information to the data center platform 15 for storage, and after the data processing platform 13 collects and acquires the route information from the data center platform 15, the situation awareness platform judges whether the positioning information is in an abnormal positioning state in real time based on the route information so as to generate positioning alarm information. The target monitoring point information is a target position point for monitoring a party to be monitored, and may be a position point on a roadside, a position point on a building, and the like. The area where the target monitoring point information needs to be entered is displayed in the situation awareness platform 14, as shown in fig. 4, the user enters the target monitoring point information in the situation awareness platform, so that the situation awareness platform plans the route information that needs to monitor the monitoring target according to the target monitoring point information, that is, the route information is used for monitoring the monitoring target.
In addition, in order to disperse the storage pressure and the processing pressure of the data, the situation awareness platform 14 uploads the route information to the data center platform 15 for storage after planning the route information, and when the data processing platform 13 judges the abnormal positioning state of the positioning information, the route information is acquired from the data center platform 15 for judgment. The abnormal positioning state is used to indicate that the positioning information acquired by the tamper-proof ring 11 exceeds the planned route information, or the positioning information does not conform to the preset acquisition range of the route information, and the like.
According to the method and the device, the route information is generated by utilizing the monitoring points in the situation awareness platform, so that the data processing platform judges abnormal positioning according to the route information, and the requirement on monitoring management is met.
In order to further define and explain the generation of route information based on monitoring points, the situation awareness platform 14 is specifically configured to receive connection information matched with target monitoring point information, and generate route information matched with the connection information and conforming to a preset monitoring distance.
Specifically, the situation awareness platform 14 receives connection information of input target monitoring point information, where the connection information is a connection line between two pieces of target monitoring point information, including a straight line and a curve, and a user adjusts and inputs the connection information based on the situation awareness platform 14, for example, as shown in fig. 5, a user may input a section of curve between two pieces of target monitoring point information in a touch screen manner or a mouse moving manner of the situation awareness platform, and the section of curve is used as the connection information between the two pieces of target monitoring point information. Further, the preset monitoring distance is a range in which a specified distance of the connection information needs to be monitored in advance, for example, the preset monitoring distance is 20 meters, route information which is matched with the connection information and accords with the preset monitoring distance is generated and is formed by connecting information of each target monitoring point, and a route which is 20 meters wide is formed according to the connected connection information, as shown in fig. 6.
According to the embodiment of the application, the route information is generated according to the preset monitoring distance and the connection information, the generation requirement of the route information is efficiently met, and therefore the monitoring accuracy of the positioning information is improved.
In order to further explain and limit the planning mode of the route information, the situation awareness platform 14 is specifically further configured to obtain type information of the target monitoring point information, filter the target monitoring point information by combining the type information, and extract the target monitoring point information meeting the monitoring target safety index; and planning and generating route information according to the extracted target monitoring point information.
The type information is used for distinguishing at least one of building information, business information and people flow information of target monitoring point information, the building information is a category of buildings of the target monitoring point, such as buildings, bridges, streets and the like, the business information is business demand content realized by the target monitoring point, such as shopping malls, residential buildings, gas stations and the like, the people flow information is the number of people flowing through the target monitoring point within a specific time period, the type information is stored in the situation awareness platform 14 in advance, and the business information and the people flow information corresponding to different target monitoring point information can be obtained in real time based on a big data analysis mode. After the situation awareness platform 14 receives the input target monitoring point information, the situation awareness platform 14 obtains type information corresponding to the target monitoring point information, and extracts the target monitoring point information meeting the monitored target safety index according to the type information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the safety indexes corresponding to different monitoring targets are different, the safety indexes refer to demand characteristics for monitoring the monitoring targets, the determination of the safety indexes is obtained based on the monitoring task, that is, when the monitoring task is generated, the demand characteristics of the monitoring targets are determined to obtain the safety indexes, for example, in the monitoring task for a distributor, the monitored demand characteristics are monitoring markets and areas with large pedestrian flow, so as to obtain first preset pedestrian flow for representing a large amount of pedestrian flow, the safety indexes are markets and the first preset pedestrian flow are obtained, then screening is performed from the recorded target monitoring point information based on the markets and the first preset pedestrian flow, and route information is planned by using the screened target monitoring points.
It should be noted that the route planning information according to the extracted target monitoring point information may further perform route planning through connection information of the target monitoring point information, which is not described in detail in the embodiments of the present application.
According to the embodiment of the application, the target monitoring point planned route information which accords with the safety index is screened through the type information of the target monitoring point information, the generation requirement of the route information is efficiently met, and therefore the monitoring accuracy of the positioning information is improved.
In order to further define and explain a specific way of planning route information based on target monitoring point information, the situation awareness platform 14 is specifically further configured to plan and generate route information based on start point information and end point information in the target monitoring point information when a curve obtained by sequentially extracting the target monitoring point information is a closed curve; and when the curves obtained by sequentially connecting the extracted target monitoring point information are open curves, determining the open curves as planned route information.
Specifically, when the extracted information of each target monitoring point is connected and the obtained curve is a closed curve, it is indicated that the monitoring requirement of the monitoring target is a route which returns to a far place after traveling for 1 circle according to the information of each target monitoring point, and therefore, route information is planned based on the starting point information and the end point information in the information of the target monitoring points. The starting point information is the target monitoring point information which is input firstly, and the end point information is the target monitoring point information which is input finally, therefore, the route information which is planned and generated based on the starting point information and the end point information is sequentially connected according to the input sequence of the starting point information and the other target monitoring point information until the route information is generated after the route information is connected to the end point information. In addition, when the extracted information of each target monitoring point is connected to obtain an open curve, the open curve is directly determined as planned route information, that is, the connection is performed according to the sequence of the recorded information of the target monitoring points to obtain the route information, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
According to the method and the device, the corresponding route information is generated in the form of the connection line of the closed curve and the open wireless target monitoring point information, so that the planning requirements of different route information are met.
In the embodiment of the present application, a possible implementation manner is provided, and the situation awareness platform 14 is further configured to, when receiving the monitoring query request, obtain at least one of positioning information, heart rate information, positioning alarm information, heart rate alarm information, electric quantity information, and electric quantity alarm information, which are matched with query contents in the monitoring query request, from the data center platform 15, and output the positioning information, the heart rate information, the positioning alarm information, the heart rate alarm information, the electric quantity information, and the electric quantity alarm information according to a time sequence.
Because the situation awareness platform 14 performs information interaction with the data center platform 15, when the situation awareness platform 14 receives a monitoring query request sent by a user, at least one of positioning information, heart rate information, positioning alarm information, heart rate alarm information, electric quantity information, and electric quantity alarm information that are matched with query contents in the request is obtained from the data center platform 15, that is, the situation awareness platform 14 provides the functions of real-time positioning, heart rate health monitoring, electric quantity information management, and the like for the user, and if the requested query contents are non-real-time, a history track playback function is further provided, that is, the history positioning information is output. In addition, at least one item of the positioning information, the heart rate information, the positioning alarm information, the heart rate alarm information, the electric quantity information and the electric quantity alarm information which are requested to be inquired is output according to a time sequence, namely a historical record of a time range is formed for the inquired content, and the historical playback of a positioning track, the historical playback of a heart rate waveform track, the historical playback of an electric quantity track and the playback of each alarm information corresponding to the playback of the corresponding track can be included.
For example, the situation awareness platform 14 acquires the positioning information matched with the monitoring task a, the monitoring target 1, and the mobile base station device 12o from the data center platform 15, and outputs the positioning information in an abnormal manner on the display map according to the time sequence to form a historical positioning track, where the positioning information corresponds to the monitoring task a, the monitoring target 1, and the mobile base station device 12 o. Correspondingly, if the positioning information in the historical positioning track is in an abnormal positioning state, the positioning alarm information matched with the positioning information is obtained from the data center platform 15 and output, for example, the positioning alarm information is output in a pop-up frame mode, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
According to the embodiment of the application, the situation awareness platform is used for calling the inquired monitoring data from the data center platform, so that the inquiry requirements of historical and instant monitoring data are met.
The embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner, and the situation awareness platform 14 is specifically further configured to mark the positioning information in the world map based on a time sequence, and call and output a matched monitoring task based on an established binding relationship for determining the monitoring association.
In the embodiment of the application, the monitoring task includes determining monitoring requirements for different monitoring targets, and recording process information for monitoring at least one of positioning information, heart rate information and electric quantity information of the monitoring targets, and the monitoring task serves as node information for triggering a process for monitoring different monitoring targets, and the embodiment of the application is not particularly limited. Further, when the situation awareness platform 14 queries the positioning information, in order to better show the positioning condition of the monitoring target, the positioning information is marked in a world map drawn in advance according to a time sequence, and then a matched monitoring task is called based on a binding relationship and output, as shown in fig. 7. The binding relationship for determining the monitoring association is pre-entered for different monitoring tasks, so that different monitoring relationships corresponding to one monitoring task, for example, a corresponding relationship between a monitoring party and a monitoring target, can be found, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
According to the embodiment of the application, the inquired positioning information is marked in the world map with the time sequence based on the binding relation and the time, so that the display of the monitoring data is realized.
In an embodiment of the present application, a possible implementation manner is provided, and in order to implement a display function of monitoring data of a mobile device, as shown in fig. 2, the system further includes: a mobile device 16, interacting with the data center platform 15,
and the mobile device 16 is used for receiving and displaying at least one of monitoring data, monitoring alarm information, prompt messages and communication contents sent by the situation awareness platform 14, which are transmitted by the data center platform 15.
The mobile device 16 serves as a websocket client of the data center platform 15, performs information interaction with the data center platform 15 in a websocket communication mode, and sends a request to the data center platform 15 through an HTTP interface to obtain monitoring data, monitoring alarm information, and a prompt message transmitted by the data center platform 15. In addition, since the situation awareness platform 14 performs data interaction with the data center platform 15, the situation awareness platform 14 instructs the data center platform 15 to forward the communication content to the corresponding mobile device 16 by sending the communication content to the data center platform 15, so as to satisfy the communication requirements of the mobile device 16 and the data communication requirements with the situation awareness platform 14 based on the data center platform 15.
According to the embodiment of the application, after the mobile equipment is connected to the data center platform, various data transmitted by the data center platform can be efficiently received and displayed, and the monitoring requirement of a monitoring party using the mobile equipment is met.
In order to determine the corresponding relationship between the monitoring data and the monitoring target, the situation awareness platform 14 is further configured to receive a binding relationship between the monitoring target and a monitoring party, the monitoring task, the identifier of the mobile base station device 12, the identifier of the mobile device 16, the identifier of the tamper resistant ring 11, and a vehicle identifier corresponding to the mobile base station device 12 when detecting that the monitoring task is generated, and store the binding relationship in the data center platform 15, so that the monitoring data is stored and queried.
Specifically, before monitoring the monitoring target, in order to meet different monitoring requirements and take the query as a basis for the monitoring data of different monitoring targets, the situation awareness platform 14 receives the binding relationship between the monitoring target and the monitoring party, the monitoring task, the mobile base station device 12 identifier, the mobile device 16 identifier, the tamper-proof ring 11 identifier, and the vehicle identifier corresponding to the mobile base station device 12, and uploads the binding relationship to the data center platform 15 for storage, so that the monitoring data is stored and queried according to the binding relationship.

the data processing platform is specifically used for outputting the generated heart rate alarm information when the heart rate information in the monitoring data is judged to be in an abnormal heart rate state based on a heart rate fluctuation standard; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
