The invention discloses a household energy storage distribution system and a distribution method, wherein the system comprises: the household energy source side, the control side and the household appliance terminal side; the family's energy source side includes: the system comprises a new energy power supply part, a heat supply part and an energy storage part, wherein the new energy power supply part and the heat supply part are connected with the control side, and the energy storage part is connected with the new energy power supply part and the control side; the home appliance terminal side includes: the intelligent air purification part, the intelligent household appliance part, the intelligent heating part and the network terminal part are all connected with the control side; an electric energy conversion device is arranged in front of the control side; the invention is beneficial to the coordination and optimization distribution of household energy to diversify the household energy.
