The secondary construction frame of the transformer substation main control room further comprises a ground wire device, wherein the ground wire device comprises a ground wire coil 12, a ground wire 13 and a ground wire clamp 22; the ground wire coil 12 is mounted on the rotating shaft 16 by a bearing (the ground wire coil 12 can rotate along with the rotating shaft 16 and also can rotate relative to the rotating shaft 16, the length of the ground wire 13 can be different from that of the power wire 18, the ground wire coil 12 is positioned at the front side of the classifying storage box 3), the ground wire coil 13 is wound on the ground wire coil 12, the inner end of the ground wire 13 is connected with the ground wire coil 12, and the outer end of the ground wire 13 is connected with a ground wire clamp 22 (when in use, the ground wire clamp 22 is connected with a ground point).
A partition plate is provided in the bottom of the case (lower storage box) 23, and partition plates are provided in the middle storage box 26 and the upper storage box 32. The upper ends of the box body 23, the middle-layer storage box 26 and the upper-layer storage box 32 are open ends (without covers).
A rotary handle 38 is mounted to the left or right end of the rotary shaft 16. Or the left end or the right end of the rotating shaft 16 is connected with an output shaft of a motor, and the motor is fixed with a corresponding left support frame 20 or right support frame 21 by a motor frame. The wire winding of the cable wire coil (power wire coil) is realized in two modes, namely manual operation and electric operation.
The length of the power cord 18 is 10-40 meters. The underframe and the push-pull frame are made of insulated light materials (the weight can be reduced), such as ABS plastic; the cable drum is made of insulating rigid materials; the portable, light in weight, chassis, push-pull frame use insulating plastic pipe as far as possible.
An intermediate connecting rod is arranged between the front connecting rod 8 and the rear connecting rod, and two ends of the intermediate connecting rod are respectively and fixedly connected (such as welded) with the left bottom rod 2 and the right bottom rod 7.
The method comprises the following steps: 1. the utility knife, the vice, the nipper pliers, the wire stripper and the like can be placed in the box body (lower layer storage box) 23 (space below the middle layer storage box 26), various screwdrivers can be placed in the middle layer storage box 26, and insulating tapes, ties and the like can be placed in the upper layer storage box 32; the sorting storage is carried out, the finding is convenient, and the tools are needed to be taken out from the corresponding boxes.

The ground clip 22 is pulled to and connected to the ground point. The cover 35 is opened and a tool is required to take out the case from the corresponding case.
3. When the work is finished, the power plug 19 is pulled out, the grounding wire clamp 22 is taken down, and the power wire (cable) 18 and the grounding wire 13 are wound up; the tools are received in the corresponding boxes, and the box cover 35 is closed; and drawing the secondary construction vehicle of the main control room of the transformer substation off the site.

The push-pull frame comprises a left push-pull vertical rod (5), a right push-pull vertical rod (6) and an upper connecting rod (11), wherein the lower end of the left push-pull vertical rod (5) is fixedly connected with the rear end part of a left bottom rod (2), the lower end of the right push-pull vertical rod (6) is fixedly connected with the rear end part of a right bottom rod (7), inserting rods (39) are respectively fixed at the left end and the right end of the upper connecting rod (11), the inserting rods (39) at the left end are inserted into inserting holes at the upper end part of the left push-pull vertical rod (5), and the inserting rods (39) at the right end are inserted into inserting holes at the upper end part of the right push-pull vertical rod (6);
The box cover bracket (4) is fixedly connected with the lower parts of the left push-pull vertical rod (5) and the right push-pull vertical rod (6); the box cover bracket (4) is positioned at the rear side of the classified storage box (3);
