Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of customer classification management, and discloses a customer classification management method and a device based on SAAS application, wherein the method comprises the following steps: constructing a label dictionary for representing the attributes of the client; generating a user portrait according to the client attribute classification; and distributing the clients with the labels to corresponding service personnel according to the user images. and constructing a label dictionary for representing the attributes of the customer according to the customer behaviors, the business requirements of the customer and the label system.
