Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the system for pushing the user information based on the vending equipment, particularly the vending equipment, the blank that information collection aiming at the vending equipment and a pushing system are not performed in the prior art is changed, corresponding information is obtained in the use scene of the vending equipment, and associated pushing is realized, so that the pushing application is wider.
2. According to the method and the system provided by the invention, the shopping information of the user is used as an operation basis, the corresponding user characteristic parameter is calculated, and then the information push work is carried out according to the characteristic parameter, so that the characteristic of the user can be better known, and the technical effect of realizing the precision of the information push is achieved.
3. The method and the system provided by the invention can effectively and accurately calculate the related user characteristic parameters, such as whether a woman is in menstrual period and the like, when the method and the system are used for selling the female sanitary products. In other words, compared with the existing judging algorithm, the error rate is lower when the menstrual period is judged in the mode, and the problem that the error rate of the existing algorithm is high is solved.
4. According to the system for pushing the user information based on the automatic vending equipment, when it is determined that the user is a woman in the physiological period, specific information can be effectively sent to the user group, so that the information pushing is more accurate, useless and wrong information cannot be pushed to the user, and the accuracy of the information pushing is improved.

Embodiment 1 (method for selling information collection and/or pushing equipment)
The invention discloses a method for collecting and/or pushing information by a vending device, which has the basic realization mode that,
during the pushing process, the system executes the following steps:
s1: acquiring at least one of shopping information, biological information and user characteristic information of a user identified by a vending device terminal;
s2: the system background server analyzes the user characteristic parameters according to the information acquired in the S1;
as one preferred embodiment, the user characteristic parameter is determined by the following method:
the method comprises the steps that a server obtains at least one of shopping information, biological information and user characteristic information which are identified and sent by a vending device, the information is classified and identified, and different information is transmitted to different algorithm modules to be calculated to obtain user characteristic parameter values;
as a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises a pushing step, i.e. S3: and the system background processor matches corresponding information of the system background memory according to the user characteristic parameters and pushes the information. The preferred overall process step flow at this point is shown in FIG. 1.
Preferably, the matching process is implemented by:
carrying out data identification according to the category of the characteristic parameters of the user, searching and matching databases with the same identification in the storage by the processor, and calling out information contents in the databases by the processor;
through the steps, the user characteristic parameters can be calculated according to one or more of the shopping information, the biological information or the user characteristic information of the user, and the information pushing process is carried out according to the parameters. Due to the fact that the pushing process is combined with the user characteristics, the accuracy of matching and pushing the pushing information is higher.
In a more specific embodiment, for example, the obtained information is shopping information, that is, the shopping information is classified, and in one possible classification, the shopping information may be classified into a category for calculating a menstrual period determination value, or the information required for calculating the menstrual period determination value is shopping information, and at this time, the shopping information is transmitted to an algorithm for determining a menstrual period to be calculated, so as to obtain a corresponding user characteristic parameter value.
After the user characteristic parameter of the category is obtained through calculation, the user characteristic parameter value is identified, if the user characteristic parameter value is in a menstrual period, the processor searches a catalogue which is also identified as the menstrual period, and information under the catalogue is called, namely, the information corresponding to the menstrual period is described below.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, the S1 further includes obtaining mobile terminal identification information of the user or obtaining a user interface; specifically, in the process of realizing payment, the mobile phone number of the user or the application program information of the mobile terminal can be acquired, so that the mobile terminal can be conveniently and subsequently utilized to carry out directional pushing and interaction, for example, the modes of pushing the information through short messages or application programs and the like; or, the obtaining of the mobile terminal identification information of the user or the obtaining of the user interface is realized by the following method: and the mobile terminal equipment collects the pre-generated label on the selling equipment. In more specific embodiments, the tag is an optical signal, a radio signal, an infrared signal, a digital watermark signal, an audio signal, or a magnetic signal; in a more preferred embodiment, the optical signal is a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code, or image information modulated by data; more preferably, the label is constant or variable; more preferably, the tag is generated in a device wakeup process or a goods selection process or a goods payment process.
With reference to the foregoing embodiments, as a preferred embodiment, after obtaining the identification information of the mobile terminal of the user or obtaining the user interface, the method further includes the following steps: and acquiring at least one of biological information or user characteristic information through interaction of the mobile terminal.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, the pushing in S3 is performed to the mobile terminal of the user through the system. Alternatively, the pushing is by the system to the display of the vending apparatus.
The shopping information of the user comprises one or more of the goods category, the purchase amount, the payment time and the shopping place.
Embodiment 2 (method for determining user characteristics)
In combination with the basic embodiment in the above example 1, or further in combination with the remaining embodiments in example 1, this example 2 provides further preferred embodiments as follows:
the vending equipment is automatic vending equipment; preferably, the goods sold by the vending apparatus comprise feminine menstrual products; more preferably, the feminine menstrual product comprises a feminine menstrual daily product or feminine menstrual garment; more preferably, the female menstrual daily necessities are one or more of sanitary napkins, tampons and dysmenorrhea stickers; more preferably, the female menstrual period clothes are female menstrual period health care products or female menstrual period food;
and in this case, the cargo kind is one or more of a sanitary napkin and a tampon. Also, more preferably, the cargo category further includes wet wipes.
In this application scenario, the user characteristic parameter includes a user physiological period parameter; the user physiological period parameter comprises a menstrual period judgment value.
The menstrual period determination value is used to indicate whether the user is in the middle of a menstrual period, and in a more specific embodiment, the menstrual period determination value is calculated by:
acquiring shopping information identified by a vending device terminal; judging whether the goods type of the shopping information is one of a sanitary towel or a tampon, and if so, outputting a menstrual period judgment value of 1; if not, outputting a menstrual period judgment value of 0;
in a more preferred embodiment, the following instructions are executed when calculating the menstrual period determination value, and the specific flow is shown in fig. 2:
d1: acquiring the information of the types and the purchase quantity of the goods identified by the selling equipment terminal; judging whether the cargo type is one of a sanitary towel or a tampon, and entering D2 if the cargo type is one of the sanitary towel or the tampon; if not, outputting a menstrual period judgment value of 0;
d2: judging whether the purchase quantity is less than or equal to 2, if so, outputting a menstrual period judgment value of 1; if not, outputting a menstrual period judgment value of 0.
The above-described manner of determining the menstrual period has the advantage of higher accuracy than the conventional mode. The traditional menstrual period measuring and calculating application program needs active input of a user and has lower accuracy. The accuracy rate of the menstrual period measuring and calculating method can reach 80%. In this setting, a menstrual period determination value of 1 indicates that the user is a woman who is in the menstrual period, and a menstrual period determination value of 0 indicates that the user is not a woman who is in the menstrual period.
Example 3 (content and frequency of push)
With reference to the above aspect, as another preferred embodiment, when the menstrual period determination value is 1, the system pushes preset menstrual period correspondence information to the user.
In a preferred embodiment, the menstrual period correspondence information includes one or more of merchant information and service information;
further, the merchant information is one or more of taxi merchant information, commodity merchant information and food merchant information;
still further, the service information includes one or more of travel service information, home service information, outgoing service information, medical service information, and entertainment service information.
With reference to the above aspect, as another preferred embodiment, when the menstrual period determination value is 1, the system pushes the corresponding information of the menstrual period to the user on the same day, so as to meet the use requirement of the user and match the accuracy of information pushing; or the system pushes the corresponding information of the menstrual period to the user for m days from the current day, wherein m is equal to N and m is less than or equal to 9, for example, m is equal to 1, 2, 3 and 4 … …, the continuity of the pushed information is maintained, and the requirement of information pushing accuracy can also be met.
More preferably, when the menstrual period judgment value is 1, the system pushes replacement reminding information to the user; more preferably, the pushing frequency of the replacement reminding information is once every 1-5 hours, preferably once every 1-4 hours, more preferably once every 1-3 hours, and more preferably once every 2-3 hours.
Other preferred embodiments of this embodiment further include:
more preferably, when the menstrual period judgment value is 1, the system pushes one or more of tour information, food information and gynecological information on any day from the p th day to the g th day of the day; preferably, p is any natural number from 5 to 7, and g is any natural number from 13 to 14;
more preferably, when the menstrual period judgment value is 1, the system pushes one or more of skin care information, body building information and gynecological information from any day of days a to b; preferably, a is any natural number from 14 to 16, and b is any natural number from 15 to 18;
more preferably, when the menstrual period judgment value is 1, the system pushes one or more of pregnancy-assisting information, beauty information and nutriment information from any day of days c to d; preferably, c is any natural number from 17 to 19, and d is any natural number from 25 to 28.
After the user is determined to be in the physiological period, the method can continuously push different types of information according to the needs of the user on the basis of the physiological period, so that the information pushing accuracy is improved.
Example 4 (method for pushing menstrual period correspondence information)
In combination with the basic implementation of the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides further preferred implementations as follows: the specific steps executed when the system pushes the corresponding information of the menstrual period to the user are as follows:
acquiring shopping place information of the transaction identified by the selling equipment terminal;
acquiring one or more of merchant information and service information stored in a system background memory, wherein the merchant information and the service information both comprise geographical position information;
matching the shopping place information with the geographic position information, judging the distance between the shopping place information and the geographic position information by a system, and if the distance is less than or equal to d, pushing merchant information and/or service information corresponding to the geographic position information to a user by the system; preferably, d is less than or equal to 5000 meters, more preferably less than or equal to 4000 meters, more preferably less than or equal to 3000 meters, more preferably less than or equal to 2000 meters, more preferably less than or equal to 1000 meters, and more preferably less than or equal to 500 meters.
In one specific example, the shopping location information obtained by the system when the user transacts is cantonese, and the system obtains one or more of merchant information and service information in a storage thereof, wherein the information comprises geographic location information. The system can judge the direct position distance between the geographical position information and the shopping place information, for example, if the merchant information is true kungfu and the geographical position information is florist hut, the system can judge the position distance between the florist hut and Guangzhou west tower, and if the system judges that the distance between the florist hut and the Guangzhou west tower is less than 1000 meters, the system can push the merchant information to the user. The rest of the merchant information or service information is available in the same way.
As a more preferable embodiment, when the system pushes the menstrual period correspondence information to the user, the following steps are performed:
judging whether the cargo type is a sanitary towel or not; if yes, the system pushes the cotton sliver education information to the user. The tampon educational information refers to information that helps a user to understand the effect of the tampon. For helping a user to know the condition of another product when the user selects the sanitary napkin.
Embodiment 5 (a system for collecting and/or pushing information based on user information of a vending machine)
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a system for collecting and/or pushing information based on the user information of the vending equipment, which is taken as a basic implementation mode and comprises the following steps:
the first module is used for acquiring user information identified by the selling equipment terminal; the user information is at least one of shopping information, biological information and user characteristic information of the user;
the second module is used for analyzing the user characteristic parameters of the acquired user information;
the second module determines the user characteristic parameters by the following method in the analysis:
the method comprises the steps that a server obtains at least one of shopping information, biological information and user characteristic information which are identified and sent by a vending device, the information is classified and identified, and different information is transmitted to different algorithm modules to be calculated to obtain user characteristic parameter values;
in another preferred embodiment, in combination with the basic embodiment, the system further includes a third module configured to match corresponding information in the system background memory with the user characteristic parameter value calculated by the second module and push the information;
preferably, the matching process is implemented by:
carrying out data identification according to the category of the characteristic parameters of the user, searching and matching databases with the same identification in the storage by the processor, and calling out information contents in the databases by the processor;
in a possible embodiment, the vending apparatus is a vending apparatus;
in a further preferred embodiment, the goods sold by the vending apparatus include feminine menstrual products; more preferably, the feminine menstrual product comprises a feminine menstrual daily product or feminine menstrual health product; more preferably, the feminine hygiene article is one or more of a sanitary napkin, a tampon;
more preferably, the feminine hygiene product further comprises a wet wipe.
In one possible implementation manner, the second module implements an analysis method by using at least one of a regression algorithm, a decision tree algorithm, a clustering algorithm, a neural network algorithm, a deep learning algorithm, and a dimensionality reduction algorithm in an artificial intelligence algorithm.
The technology adopted by the first module acquisition process comprises one or more of probes, web crawlers, Flume architecture analysis and Kafka architecture.
With reference to all the foregoing embodiments, in another preferred embodiment, the apparatus further includes a fourth module for acquiring mobile terminal identification information of a user or acquiring a user interface;
preferably, the vending apparatus has a pre-generated label thereon; the tag is used for the mobile terminal to collect;
in some possible embodiments, the tag is an optical signal, a radio signal, an infrared signal, a digital watermark signal, an audio signal, or a magnetic signal; more specifically, the optical signal is a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code or image information subjected to data modulation; possibly, the label is constant or variable; also possibly, the tag is generated during a device wake-up process or a goods selection process or a goods payment process;
preferably, the system obtains at least one of the biometric information or the user characteristic information through interaction of the mobile terminal after obtaining the identification information of the mobile terminal of the user or obtaining the user interface.
In a specific application scene, a user can acquire biological information of the user, such as voiceprint information, fingerprint information and the like, through interaction with a mobile terminal; similarly, user characteristic information, such as a working situation, a love and marriage situation, and the like, can be acquired through a question and answer mechanism, for example.
Preferably, the pushing in the third module is performed to the user mobile terminal through the system; alternatively, the pushing is by the system to the display of the vending apparatus.
In the classification of the information, in one possible classification case, the shopping information comprises one or more of the goods type, the purchase amount, the payment time and the shopping place; the cargo category is at least one or more of a sanitary towel and a tampon; the cargo category also includes wet wipes.
Preferably, the minimum purchase quantity unit of the sanitary towel/the sanitary cotton strip is 1 piece/1 strip;
preferably, the user characteristic parameter comprises a user physiological period parameter; the user physiological period parameter comprises a menstrual period judgment value;

the determining the user characteristic parameter of the user according to the shopping category information or the shopping category information and the purchase quantity information includes:

the determining the user characteristic parameter of the user according to the shopping category information or the shopping category information and the purchase quantity information includes:
when the item currently purchased by the user is determined to comprise a female menstrual product according to the shopping category information, outputting a menstrual judgment value indicating that the user is currently in a menstrual period; preferably, when the article currently purchased by the user is determined to be a sanitary towel or a tampon according to the shopping category information, a menstrual period judgment value indicating that the user is currently in a menstrual period is output;
or, when the shopping category information determines that the articles currently purchased by the user include sanitary towels or tampons, judging whether the number of purchased sheets/number of purchased tampons is not more than a specified number, if so, outputting a menstrual period judgment value indicating that the user is currently in a menstrual period, and preferably, the specified number is 2.

when the output is a menstrual period judgment value indicating that the user is currently in a menstrual period, carrying out information matching according to the menstrual period judgment value, and pushing matched menstrual period corresponding information to the user;
preferably, matched menstrual period corresponding information is pushed to the user on the day when a menstrual period judgment value indicating that the user is currently in a menstrual period is output, or the matched menstrual period corresponding information is pushed to the user for m days continuously from the day when the menstrual period judgment value indicating that the user is currently in the menstrual period is output, wherein m is equal to N and m is less than or equal to 9; preferably, m.ltoreq.7 or m.ltoreq.5;

8. An information pushing method is applied to a vending device, and comprises the following steps:

and sending the shopping information to a server, so that the server determines the user characteristic parameters of the user according to the shopping type information or the shopping type information and the purchasing quantity information, performs information matching according to the user characteristic parameters, and pushes the matched information to the user.
