The interaction method is used in the field of moving vehicles or doorbells and comprises the following steps: receiving a code uploaded after an APP client scans an appointed two-dimensional code, determining a client corresponding to the appointed two-dimensional code according to the code, and associating the client with the appointed two-dimensional code, wherein the appointed two-dimensional code is provided by an APP development end; receiving an interactive message prompt request with interactive conditions sent by an APP client; acquiring an interaction request sent by a requesting user side after scanning a specified two-dimensional code; and judging whether the interactive request meets the interactive condition, and sending the interactive request to the APP client for message prompt when the interactive request meets the interactive condition.
