9. The multi-function wearable device according to claim 6, comprising a blue light baffle disposed on a side of the degree adjustment device proximate to the user, the blue light baffle being connected to the frame.
10. The multi-function wearing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, comprising a detector for monitoring a viewing state of the user, the detector being provided on an edge of the frame adjacent to a side of the user.
