the method comprises the following steps: the multifunctional digital thermometer with low power consumption is moved through a lifting buckle (4), the top ends of buckles (3) are moved towards the oblique lower parts of two sides of a thermometer protection box (1) respectively, the buckles (3) rotate on a clamping shaft (13) through rotating holes (12), the buckles (3) rotate and move to be separated from a protection box cover (2), the buckles (3) are suspended on the thermometer protection box (1) through connecting blocks (14), the protection box cover (2) is opened towards the oblique upper part, the front end of the protection box cover (2) is separated from the thermometer protection box (1), meanwhile, box cover protection cotton (11) leaves a measuring thermometer (5), the measuring thermometer (5) is exposed, the measuring thermometer (5) is held by two hands, and the measuring thermometer (5) is taken out from a protection groove (10) on a box body protection cotton (9);
step two: taking out the measuring thermometer (5) to be placed at a position where temperature needs to be measured, moving the holding connecting shaft (17) to pull the lead (18), enabling the temperature measuring probe (8) to be located above liquid with the measured temperature, inserting the probe protection shell (15) into the liquid with the measured temperature, forming electromotive force at two ends of the lead (18) according to thermoelectric power due to the difference between the measured liquid and the basic temperature set by the low-power multifunctional digital thermometer, forming current in the lead (18) through the electromotive force, forming current through the nickel nameplate (23) and the constantan sheet (24), circulating a current loop (25) on the circuit board (21), displaying the liquid temperature on the temperature display screen (6) through the current loop (25) through the screen display induction chip (22), and moving the rubber ring (19) to the rear end of the holding connecting shaft (17) after the temperature of the measured liquid is finished, the rubber ring (19) is separated from the snap ring (16), the probe protective shell (15) is taken down from the temperature measuring probe (8), then the probe protective shell (15) is cleaned, when the low-power-consumption multifunctional digital thermometer is not used for a long time, the screen display induction chip (22) detects that no current flows in the low-power-consumption multifunctional digital thermometer, and the screen display induction chip (22) automatically closes the low-power-consumption multifunctional digital thermometer.
