The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the screw connection is characterised by a combined rotary and axial movement of the screw which compresses the sealing ring to effect sealing, which is beneficial, and the rotary movement of the screw shears the friction sealing ring, which is detrimental. The seal ring is sheared, so that scratches appear on the surface of the seal ring, the seal ring is damaged due to overlarge shearing deformation, and the sealing effect is lost. For a conventional M6 screw, the lead is 1mm, that is, for each rotation of the M6 screw, the M6 screw moves 1mm axially, that is, if the M6 screw needs to move 1mm axially to compress the sealing ring, the M6 screw needs to rotate 360 degrees, that is, the M6 screw and the sealing ring have 360 degrees of relative movement, which is a source of damage to the sealing ring.
The screw lead is increased, when the lead is increased by 15mm, the axial advancing distance is 1mm after the screw rotates for 360 degrees every time, and is about 15 times of the screw in the original scheme. I.e. the same amount of compression is applied to the sealing ring, the angle of rotation of the screw is about one-fifteenth of the original scheme. The problem to be solved by the invention is that in the original scheme, the compression amount of the sealing ring is about 10%, the screw needs to rotate clockwise about 80 degrees, the relative movement distance of about 7mm is about 7mm in the circumferential direction on the contact surface of the sealing ring and the screw, when the anti-theft lock is used, the compression amount of the sealing ring is about 10%, the screw needs to rotate clockwise about 5 degrees, the relative movement distance of about 0.5mm in the circumferential direction on the contact surface of the sealing ring and the screw is greatly reduced, the shearing action and the friction action of the screw on the sealing ring in the circumferential direction are greatly reduced, the scratch and the shearing damage on the surface of the sealing ring are avoided, the sealing reliability of the technical hole is ensured, and the reliable exertion of the functions of the warhead is ensured.
The lead increase has a fatal problem that the larger the lead of the thread, the worse the self-locking capability. Most screws need to have self-locking. That is, after the screw is tightened, the screw cannot be loosened automatically, that is, after the screw is tightened, an axial force is generated, and the axial force cannot drive the screw to rotate anticlockwise so as to be loosened. The self-locking capacity of the screw is increased along with the decrease of the lead, and the self-locking capacity of the screw is decreased along with the increase of the lead, so that the screw can rotate anticlockwise under the action of axial force, and the screw does not have the function which the screw should have, and therefore the screw cannot be used independently. The M6 screw has greatly increased thread pitch, and the screw immediately rotates anticlockwise and loosens as long as external force disappears after the screw is screwed down, so the second middle connecting rod uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction is arranged between the screw and the head, the second middle connecting rod can elastically deform, and the second middle connecting rod can keep continuous torque after elastic deformation, so the screw 2 with torque is prevented from loosening, and the other problem of increasing the screw lead is that the thread meshing contact surface between the screw and a threaded hole is reduced, namely the thread meshing force between the screw and the threaded hole is reduced, the single thread of the conventional screw is changed into the four-thread, namely 4 threads which are parallel to each other are arranged on the outer side of the screw, the thread meshing contact surface area between the screw and the threaded hole is increased, the capacity of transmitting force is increased, and the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring can be better compressed, the sealing reliability is improved.
In addition, the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene has the defect of peristalsis, namely after excessive compression, the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene loses the elastic rebound effect, generates permanent deformation, cannot be tightly attached to adjacent metal parts and loses the sealing effect.
The second middle connecting rod of the invention is twisted to generate torque and permanently keep the torque effect, when the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring wriggles, the screw 2 with the torque can continuously compress the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring 3 to be tightly attached again due to the existence of the torque, and the durable sealing effect is generated
The second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 is positioned in the first oblique V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1, the first oblique V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1 is composed of two surfaces, the surface positioned on the anticlockwise side of the overlooking direction of the perforated cover plate 1 in the two surfaces of the first oblique V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1 is coplanar with the axis of the first double-step hole, the surface positioned on the anticlockwise side of the overlooking direction of the perforated cover plate 1 in the two surfaces of the first oblique V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1 is parallel to the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2, therefore,
the second rectangular boss of the torque screw 2 can be clamped by the surface of the two surfaces of the first inclined V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1, which is positioned on the counterclockwise side of the overlooking direction of the perforated cover plate 1, the torque screw 2 cannot rotate counterclockwise, and the counterclockwise rotation of the torque screw 2 is the reverse stroke, so that the reverse stroke of the torque screw 2 is self-locked.
The surface of the two surfaces of the first inclined V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1, which is positioned on the clockwise side in the overlooking direction of the perforated cover plate 1, and the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 have a certain included angle, and the included angle is smaller, so that the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 can slide along the surface of the two surfaces of the first inclined V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1, which is positioned on the clockwise side in the overlooking direction of the perforated cover plate 1,
the second rectangular boss of the torque screw 2 cannot be locked by the surface located on the clockwise side in the overlooking direction of the holed cover plate 1 in the two surfaces of the first inclined V-shaped groove of the holed cover plate 1, the torque screw 2 can rotate clockwise, and the clockwise rotation of the torque screw 2 is a forward stroke, so that the forward stroke of the torque screw 2 is smooth.
Therefore, the screw 2 with the torque can only rotate clockwise and then generate larger torque through reverse stroke self-locking and smooth forward stroke, and the reverse stroke self-locking cannot move in the reverse stroke, so that the torque can be saved and a continuous torsion effect can be generated.
When the lead of the second external thread of the screw 2 with the torque is too small, the screw 2 with the torque compresses the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring 3 to generate the same compression amount, the torsion angle of the screw 2 with the torque is too large, the relative movement distance between the screw 2 with the torque and the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring 3 is too large, the shearing friction distance is too large, and shearing damage and scratches are easily generated to cause leakage; when the lead of the second external thread of the screw 2 with torque is too large, the axial force generated by the same torque is too small, the compression force for compressing the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring 3 is too small, and the sealing reliability is too low. Through a large amount of experiments, when the helical pitch of taking the second external thread of moment of torsion screw 2 was 13 ~ 15mm, above-mentioned problem all can be avoided, and above-mentioned function all can be realized, satisfies the operation requirement.
In the present embodiment, the lead of the second external thread of the torque screw 2 is 13 mm;
the number of the first inclined V-shaped grooves of the cover plate with the holes 1 is the same as that of the second rectangular bosses with the torque screws 2. When the number of the first inclined V-shaped grooves of the cover plate with the holes 1 is too small, the angles of the two adjacent first inclined V-shaped grooves are too large, and the screws 2 with the torques are clamped by the first inclined V-shaped grooves, so that the screws 2 with the torques are positioned at the angles of the first inclined V-shaped grooves, if the angles of the two adjacent first inclined V-shaped grooves are too large, the screws 2 with the torques cannot be clamped on the next first inclined V-shaped groove and can only be clamped in the last first inclined V-shaped groove, the torsional angle is too small, the generated torque is too small, the adjustable creeping effect is too small, and the effect of the invention is lost; when the number of the first inclined V-shaped grooves of the perforated cover plate 1 is too large, the angle of the first inclined V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1 is too small, the size of the first inclined V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1 is too small, the first inclined V-shaped groove of the perforated cover plate 1 is too shallow, the capability of clamping the second rectangular boss of the main belt torque screw 2 is reduced, once the main belt torque screw cannot be clamped, the reverse stroke cannot be self-locked, and the effect of the invention is lost. A large number of experiments show that the problems can be avoided when the number of the first inclined V-shaped grooves of the cover plate with the holes 1 is 36-42, the functions can be realized, and the use requirements are met.
In this embodiment, the number of the first inclined V-shaped grooves of the cover plate with holes 1 is 36;
when the thickness of the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 along the circumferential direction of the torque screw 2 is too thick, the rigidity is too large, the capacity of the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 for generating elastic deformation is too low, once the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 cannot perfectly exert elastic deformation, the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 can be clamped clockwise, the positive stroke of the torque screw 2 is also self-locked, and the effect of the invention is lost.
When the thickness of the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 along the circumferential direction of the torque screw 2 is too thin, the rigidity is too small, the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 has too strong capability of generating elastic deformation and is too easy to deform, once the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 has too strong capability of generating deformation, the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 can also rotate in the anticlockwise direction through the elastic deformation, the reverse stroke of the torque screw 2 also has no self-locking effect, and the effect of the invention is lost. Through a large amount of experiments, the thickness of the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 along the circumferential direction of the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 is 1.2-1.4 mm, the problems can be avoided, the functions can be realized, and the use requirement is met.
In the embodiment, the thickness of the second rectangular boss with the torque screw 2 along the circumferential direction of the torque screw 2 is 1.2 mm;
if the diameter of the second middle connecting rod with the torque screw 2 is too small, the strength of the second middle connecting rod with the torque screw 2 is too poor, and the second middle connecting rod with the torque screw 2 is damaged by an excessive torsional moment. Therefore, excessive torque cannot be conserved in the second intermediate connecting rod of the torqued screw 2. When the diameter of the second middle connecting rod with the torque screw 2 is too large, the rigidity of the second middle connecting rod with the torque screw 2 is too large, the capacity of elastic deformation which can occur in the second middle connecting rod with the torque screw 2 is too poor, the rotating angle of the second middle connecting rod with the torque screw 2 is too small under the same torque, once the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is deformed in a creeping manner, the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring needs to be continuously extruded by the rotating motion of the torque screw 2 to generate a sealing effect, and if the torque screw 2 rotates, the creeping of the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring cannot be further compensated. Only take the second middle part connecting rod elastic capacity of moment of torsion screw 2 good, take the rotatory back of moment of torsion screw 2, take the second middle part connecting rod of moment of torsion screw 2 to have the elastic effect, there is continuous moment of torsion in addition, and this just can produce lasting sealed effect. Through a large amount of experiments, the diameter of the second middle connecting rod with the torque screws 2 is 0.8-1.0 mm, the problems can be avoided, the functions can be realized, and the use requirement is met.

processing 100 liquid-phase powder-filled warhead cover plates, wherein the specification of a process hole thread is M6, the thickness of a warhead perforated plate is 11-13 mm, the inner diameter of an expanded tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is 6.3-6.5 mm, the outer diameter of the expanded tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is 9.4-9.6 mm, the thickness of the expanded tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is 4.2-4.6 mm, the expansion pressure of a high-energy fuel body in the liquid-phase powder-filled warhead is not more than 0.4MPa, wherein 50 warhead perforated cover plates are sealed by the original scheme, the other 50 perforated cover plates are sealed by the device provided by the invention, liquid-phase fuel is filled in the warhead, the temperature is increased to 70 ℃, and the warhead is kept for two months. The original solution had 50 warhead perforated covers, of which 5 had leaked. The 50 perforated cover plates in the present invention were all well sealed.
The invention discloses a reverse-stroke self-locking durable torque output device, which brings technical effects that:
the thread specification of a technical hole on a cover plate of a liquid-phase powder-filled warhead is M6, the thickness of a plate with a hole cover of the warhead is 11-13 mm, the inner diameter of an expanded tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is 6.3-6.5 mm, the outer diameter of the expanded tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is 9.4-9.6 mm, the thickness of the expanded tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is 4.2-4.6 mm, and the expansion pressure of a high-energy fuel body in the liquid-phase powder-filled warhead is not more than 0.4 MPa. In addition, the bolt is provided with lasting torque, and when the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring is loosened, the bolt continuously compresses the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring to carry out lasting extrusion on the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, so that a lasting tight attaching effect is generated, and a lasting sealing effect is ensured.
