Claims (10)

1. An intelligent baking all-in-one machine device for preparing a printed circuit board is characterized by comprising a box body (1), a moving part (2), a grabbing part (3), a heating part (4) and a control part (5),
a grabbing part (3) is arranged above the box body (1) and used for grabbing the circuit board;
a moving part (2) is arranged above the grabbing part (3) and used for moving the grabbing part (3) and the circuit board;
the side wall of the box body (1) is rotatably provided with a heating part (4) for baking the circuit board in the box body (1);
the box body (1) is further provided with a control part (5), and the control part (5) is respectively connected with the moving part (2), the grabbing part (3) and the heating part (4) and is used for controlling the operation of the moving part (2), the grabbing part (3) and the heating part (4).
2. The smart toasting integrated machine device according to claim 1, wherein the moving part (2) comprises: a first electric telescopic rod (21), an upper cover plate (22) and a fixed frame (23);
one end of the first electric telescopic rod (21) is arranged on the fixed frame (23) in a sliding mode, and the other end of the first electric telescopic rod (21) is connected with the upper cover plate (22) and used for driving the upper cover plate (22) to move up and down;
when the circuit board is baked, the upper cover plate (22) moves downwards to be connected with the upper opening of the box body (1) in a sealing mode.

The smart toasting integrated machine apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the gripping section (3) comprises: a connecting block (31), a frame body (32), a second electric telescopic rod (33), a transverse plate (34), a connecting rod (35), a first rotating rod (36), a second rotating rod (37), a rotating block (38) and a clamping block (39),
one end of the connecting block (31) is connected with the bottom surface of the upper cover plate (22), and the other end of the connecting block (31) is connected with one end of a second electric telescopic rod (33);
a transverse plate (34) is arranged at the other end of the second electric telescopic rod (33), two ends of the transverse plate (34) are respectively hinged with one end of a connecting rod (35), and the other end of the connecting rod (35) is respectively hinged with a rotating block (38);
the two sides of the connecting block (31) are respectively connected with one end of the frame body (32), the other end of the frame body (32) is hinged with the joint of the first rotating rod (36) and the rotating block (38), the first rotating rod (36) is further hinged with the second rotating rod (37), and the second rotating rod (37) and the rotating block (38) are respectively hinged with the two sides of the upper part of the clamping block (39);
the clamping block (39) is driven to move by the extension and retraction of the second electric telescopic rod (33) so as to clamp the circuit board.
4. The smart toasting integrated machine device according to claim 1, wherein the heating part (4) comprises: a heating plate (41), a fixed seat (42), a rotating shaft (43), a driving motor (44) and a transmission component,
the heating plate (41) is connected with the fixed seat (42) through a rotating shaft (43), and the fixed seat (42) is fixed on the inner side wall of the box body (1);
the driving motor (44) is connected with the rotating shaft (43) through the transmission assembly, and the rotating shaft (43) is driven to rotate through the rotation of the driving motor (44) so as to drive the heating plate (41) to rotate.
5. Intelligent toasting all-in-one machine device according to claim 4, characterized in that said transmission assembly comprises a worm (45) and a worm wheel (46),
one end of the worm (45) is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor (44), the other end of the worm (45) penetrates through the side wall of the box body (1) to be connected with the worm wheel (46), and the worm wheel (46) is fixed at one end of the rotating shaft (43).
6. The intelligent baking all-in-one machine device according to claim 1, further comprising a filter box (6) arranged at one side of the box body (1),
the filter box (6) is communicated with the box body (1) through a pipeline and is used for filtering harmful gas in the box body (1).
7. The intelligent baking all-in-one machine equipment as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a hot air blower (7) arranged at the bottom of the box body (1),
the air outlet of the air heater (7) is obliquely arranged towards the center of the box body (1).

the fixing mechanism (8) comprises an outer frame body (81) and a rubber strip (82) arranged on the inner side of the outer frame body (81), and a groove used for clamping the circuit board is formed in the rubber strip (82).

The intelligent baking all-in-one machine device according to claim 8, wherein the fixing mechanism (8) further comprises at least two inner baffles (83), the inner baffles (83) are arranged inside the outer frame body (81), and the inner baffles (83) and the outer frame body (81) are connected through a third electric telescopic rod (84).
