the rotating seat (3) comprises two groups of support plates (31) fixedly connected to two sides of the upper end of the alarm body (1), a cross beam rod (32) is fixedly connected to the upper end of each support plate (31), a gear (33) is fixedly sleeved on the periphery of each cross beam rod (32), the power generation plates (4) are rotatably connected to two ends of each cross beam rod (32), and the angle adjusting mechanisms are in meshing transmission fit with the gears (33);
