Abstract
The invention provides a connecting device and an air conditioner indoor unit with the same. The connecting device comprises a connecting assembly, the connecting assembly comprises a connecting pipe joint, a fixing piece and a quick-release piece, the fixing piece is used for being connected with the first connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe joint is used for being connected with the second connecting pipe; the fixing piece is connected with the connecting pipe joint, and at least part of the position of the fixing piece is adjustably arranged to be clamped with or separated from the first connecting pipe; the quick release member is connected with the connecting pipe joint and adjustably arranged relative to the connecting pipe joint so that the quick release member can prop open at least part of the fixing member. The connecting device solves the problem that the drain pipe of the air conditioner indoor unit in the prior art is difficult to assemble.

Technical Field

Background
The indoor unit of the air conditioner can produce a large amount of condensed water in the refrigerating process, the condensed water needs to be discharged to the outdoor or a sewer pipe through a drainage connecting pipe, and the current drainage connecting pipe has the following problems in structural design:

The invention provides a connecting device, please refer to fig. 1 to 15, which comprises a connecting assembly 20, wherein the connecting assembly 20 comprises a connecting pipe joint 21, a fixing piece 22 and a quick-release piece 23, the fixing piece 22 is used for connecting with a first connecting pipe 10, and the connecting pipe joint 21 is used for connecting with a second connecting pipe 30; the fixing member 22 is connected to the coupling pipe joint 21, and at least a portion of the fixing member 22 is adjustably positioned to be engaged with the first coupling pipe 10 or to be separated from the first coupling pipe 10; the quick release member 23 is connected to the nipple 21 and is adjustably positionable relative to the nipple 21 such that the quick release member 23 distracts at least a portion of the anchor 22.
The connecting device of the present invention is used to connect and communicate the first connecting pipe 10 and the second connecting pipe 30 to transfer fluid. The quick release part 23 of the coupling device is connected to the adapter 21 and is adjustably positioned relative to the adapter 21 so that the quick release part 23 can spread at least part of the fastener 22 and the first connecting tube 10 can be removed from the fastener 22 after spreading at least part of the fastener 22. The connecting device realizes quick clamping and quick disassembly of the first connecting pipe 10 and the connecting device, is simple and convenient to operate, high in production efficiency, low in labor intensity and easy to realize assembly automation.
The second connecting pipe 30 is fixedly connected with the connecting pipe joint 21, and the second connecting pipe 30 is a drain pipe of the air conditioner indoor unit in the background art, so that the problem of difficulty in installing the drain pipe is solved.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 22 includes a snap-in portion 221, and the snap-in portion 221 is position-adjustably set; the first connecting pipe 10 is provided with a clamping protrusion 11, and the clamping portion 221 is used for clamping with the clamping protrusion 11. This arrangement facilitates the mounting and dismounting of the fixing member 22 and the first connecting pipe 10; moreover, the clamping portion 221 and the clamping protrusion 11 can lock the first connecting pipe 10 and the connecting assembly 20, so that the connecting assembly 20 is prevented from being disengaged.

In this embodiment, the clamping portion 221 includes at least two fasteners 222, the at least two fasteners 222 are disposed at intervals, and the positions of the fasteners 222 are adjustably set; the catch 222 includes an arcuate plate 226 and an arcuate projection 227 disposed on the arcuate plate 226; the clamping protrusion 11 is arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped protrusion 227 is used for being clamped on the clamping protrusion 11.

The stopper portion 231 is used to lock the quick release member 23 to the coupling boss 21, and the quick release member 23 is movable only in the axial direction of the coupling boss 21. When the adjustment portion 232 is pressed against at least a portion of the fixture 22, at least a portion of the fixture 22 flares outward, i.e., each catch 222 flares outward.
In one embodiment, two limiting portions 231 and two second mounting holes 214 are provided, and each limiting portion 231 is mounted in the corresponding second mounting hole 214. Of course, the number of the stopper 231 and the second mounting hole 214 may be plural.

The coupling assembly 20 of the coupling device includes a coupling boss 21, a fixing member 22 and a quick release member 23, the fixing member 22 is used for coupling with the first coupling pipe 10, and the coupling boss 21 is used for coupling with the second coupling pipe 30, so that the first coupling pipe 10 and the second coupling pipe 30 are coupled and communicated through the coupling assembly 20. At least part of the fixing member 22 of the connecting device is adjustably positioned to be engaged with the first connecting pipe 10 or to be disengaged from the first connecting pipe 10, that is, at least part of the fixing member 22 encloses an adjustment space 50, and at least part of the fixing member 22 is adjustably positioned to adjust the size of the adjustment space 50, thereby allowing the first connecting pipe 10 to be inserted into at least part of the fixing member 22 or removed from at least part of the fixing member 22. The quick release part 23 of the coupling device is connected to the adapter 21 and is adjustably positioned relative to the adapter 21 so that the quick release part 23 can spread at least part of the fastener 22 and the first connecting tube 10 can be removed from the fastener 22 after spreading at least part of the fastener 22. The connecting device realizes quick clamping and quick disassembly of the first connecting pipe 10 and the connecting device, is simple and convenient to operate, high in production efficiency, low in labor intensity and easy to realize assembly automation.

Claims (10)
1. A connecting device, characterized by comprising a connecting assembly (20), wherein the connecting assembly (20) comprises a connecting pipe joint (21), a fixing piece (22) and a quick-release piece (23), the fixing piece (22) is used for being connected with a first connecting pipe (10), and the connecting pipe joint (21) is used for being connected with a second connecting pipe (30);
the fixing piece (22) is connected with the connecting pipe joint (21), and at least part of the fixing piece (22) is adjustably arranged to be clamped with the first connecting pipe (10) or separated from the first connecting pipe (10);
the quick release element (23) is connected to the connector fitting (21) and is arranged so as to be positionally adjustable relative to the connector fitting (21) in order to spread apart at least part of the fastening element (22) by the quick release element (23).

The connecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing member (22) comprises a snap-in portion (221), the snap-in portion (221) being position-adjustably arranged; first connecting pipe (10) are provided with joint arch (11), joint portion (221) be used for with joint arch (11) joint.
3. The connecting device according to claim 2, wherein the clamping portion (221) comprises at least two buckles (222), the at least two buckles (222) are arranged at intervals, and the positions of the buckles (222) are adjustably arranged;
the buckle (222) comprises an arc-shaped plate (226) and an arc-shaped bulge (227) arranged on the arc-shaped plate (226); the joint is protruding (11) and is the arc, arc arch (227) are used for the card to establish on joint arch (11).
4. The connection device according to claim 2, characterized in that the connection pipe joint (21) is provided with a first mounting hole (212); the fixing piece (22) further comprises a fixing portion (223), and the fixing portion (223) is inserted in the first mounting hole (212).
5. The connecting device according to claim 4, wherein the fixing member (22) further comprises a fixing member main body (224), the catching portion (221) and the fixing portion (223) are both provided on the fixing member main body (224), and the fixing member main body (224) is provided in the connecting tube joint (21); the fastener body (224) is a first loop-shaped structure;
the connecting device further comprises a sealing ring (40), and the sealing ring (40) is clamped between one end of the fixing piece main body (224) and a first step (213) in the connecting pipe joint (21).

The connection device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the connection pipe joint (21) is provided with a second mounting hole (214); the quick-release piece (23) comprises a limiting part (231) and an adjusting part (232), and the limiting part (231) is movably arranged in the second mounting hole (214) along the axial direction of the connecting pipe joint (21); during the process that the quick-release piece (23) moves towards at least part of the fixing piece (22), at least part of the fixing piece (22) is expanded outwards under the pushing of the adjusting part (232).

The connecting device according to claim 6, characterized in that the quick-release member (23) further comprises a quick-release member main body (233), the limiting portion (231) and the adjusting portion (232) are both disposed on the quick-release member main body (233), at least a portion of the quick-release member main body (233) is disposed within the connector fitting (21), and the quick-release member main body (233) is of a second annular configuration.
8. The connecting device according to claim 7, characterized in that the quick release member (23) further comprises an operating handle (234), the operating handle (234) being connected with the quick release member body (233).
9. A connecting device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the fixing element (22) is provided, at least in part, with a first guide surface (225);
a second guide surface (111) is arranged on the clamping protrusion (11), and the second guide surface (111) is movably arranged along the first guide surface (225); and/or
The quick-release part (23) is provided with a third guide surface (235), and the third guide surface (235) and the first guide surface (225) are movably arranged along the first guide surface (225).
10. An air-conditioning indoor unit, comprising an air-conditioning indoor unit body, a connecting device and a second connecting pipe (30), wherein the air-conditioning indoor unit body comprises a first connecting pipe (10), and the first connecting pipe (10) and the second connecting pipe (30) are connected and communicated through the connecting device, so that condensed water generated by the air-conditioning indoor unit body is discharged through the first connecting pipe (10) and the second connecting pipe (30), and the air-conditioning indoor unit is characterized in that the connecting device is the connecting device of any one of claims 1 to 9.
