The offshore unmanned platform medicament injection system comprises a plurality of medicament storage tanks arranged on an manned platform;
each medicament storage tank is communicated with a corresponding medicament injection point on the unmanned platform through a medicament pipeline;
in the offshore unmanned platform medicament injection system, the medicament pipeline is provided with the medicament injection pump, and the outlet pressure of the medicament injection pump meets the pressure requirement of the medicament injection point of the unmanned platform.
The medicament storage tank is used for storing chemical medicaments required to be injected into the unmanned platform, and the medicament storage tank can be arranged in a combined mode if the unmanned platform and the manned platform have the same type of chemical medicament injection requirements; and the combined medicament storage tanks are communicated with corresponding medicament injection points on the manned platform through the medicament pipelines.
In the offshore unmanned platform medicament injection system, the plurality of medicament pipelines are integrated in a medicament cable, and one or more medicament pipelines can be contained in the medicament cable and used for conveying different types of medicaments.
In the offshore unmanned platform medicament injection system, the medicament pipeline is integrated in the medicament cable through a medicament cable distribution terminal;
the two ends of the medicament cable are respectively matched with a medicament cable distribution terminal;
the two agent cable distribution terminals are respectively arranged on the manned platform and the unmanned platform, so that the agent pipelines connected with the agent storage tanks on the manned platform are integrated and then connected with the agent cables, and the agent cables are distributed and then connected with the agent pipelines of injection points on the unmanned platform.
Specifically, the medicament cable distribution terminal is used as a connecting device of a medicament pipeline and a medicament cable on the platform; one or more chemical agent pipelines on the manned platform enter the chemical agent cable distribution terminal, one chemical agent pipeline corresponds to one pipeline in the chemical agent cable, or a plurality of chemical agent pipelines correspond to one pipeline in the chemical agent cable after being synthesized in the chemical agent cable distribution terminal. The outlet of the medicament cable is connected with the unmanned platform medicament cable distribution terminal, and one or more platform medicament pipelines can be divided into one or more platform medicament pipelines according to the medicament injection point requirements of each medicament pipeline in the medicament cable and are respectively connected to each injection point.
The offshore unmanned platform medicament injection system has the following advantages:
the chemical agent system is intensively arranged on the manned platform, so that the equipment moving of the unmanned platform is reduced, the failure risk of the agent system is reduced, and the operation cost for personnel to log in the unmanned platform to supplement the agent is saved; meanwhile, the risk of possible production shutdown when the platform cannot be supplemented with the medicament in severe weather is reduced, and the inspection frequency of the unmanned platform can be properly reduced according to operation experience in the later period.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the offshore unmanned platform medicament injection system of the present invention comprises a plurality of medicament storage tanks 1, medicament injection pumps 2, medicament cable distribution terminals 3 and medicament cables 4 arranged on an unmanned platform.
In the injection system, each medicament storage tank 1 is communicated with a corresponding medicament injection point on the unmanned platform through a medicament pipeline (not shown), a medicament injection pump 2 is arranged on the medicament pipeline connected with the medicament storage tanks 1, and the outlet pressure of the medicament injection pump 2 meets the pressure requirement of the medicament injection point of the unmanned platform. The medicament storage tank 1 is used for storing chemical medicaments required to be injected into the unmanned platform, and if the unmanned platform and the manned platform have the same type of chemical medicament injection requirements, the medicament storage tanks 1 can be combined and arranged, and the combined medicament storage tanks 1 are communicated with corresponding medicament injection points on the manned platform through medicament pipelines.
In the injection system of the invention, three medicament pipelines are integrated in the medicament cable distribution terminal 3 and then connected with the medicament cable 4, and the medicament is conveyed from the central platform to the unmanned platform. The unmanned platform is provided with a medicament cable distribution terminal 3 which is connected with a medicament cable outlet and distributes three medicament pipelines to respective medicament injection points.
The agents that can be injected by the injection system of the invention include diesel oil, corrosion inhibitors, wax inhibitors, bactericides, demulsifiers and the like.
The working process of the injection system of the invention is as follows:
when the unmanned platform needs to inject the medicament, a medicament injection pump for the unmanned platform on the manned platform is started. The medicament is pressurized by the medicament injection pump 2 and then is conveyed to the medicament cable distribution terminal 3 through the platform medicament pipeline, one or more medicament pipelines enter the medicament cable 4 through the medicament cable distribution terminal 3 and then enter the medicament pipeline on the platform and are conveyed to each injection point after passing through the medicament cable distribution terminal 4 on the unmanned platform.
The unmanned platform can be supplemented with the medicament within 10 days, the medicament supply of the unmanned platform is guaranteed, the inspection frequency of the unmanned platform can be properly reduced according to the production experience, and the operation cost is saved.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the present invention, and the structure, connection method, etc. of each device may be changed, and all equivalent changes and modifications based on the technical solution of the present invention should not be excluded from the protection scope of the present invention.
