Abstract
The invention particularly relates to a construction method for a drum-shaped connecting structure of an inclined cross steel column; the method is characterized in that: the steel plate is used as a cross-shaped steel column, an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate which are connected by H-shaped steel, and a cross-shaped steel column inner conversion plate (11), wherein four cross-shaped steel column inner conversion plates are arranged inside a connection node, the angle of a section is 35 degrees, and the cross-shaped steel column inner conversion plates are completely welded with a steel column body; and sequentially welding all the constructed rest parts. The connection mode of the cross-shaped steel column and the H-shaped steel is very rare in engineering, and is generally realized by adopting cast steel nodes and other forms. The construction method adopts a steel plate drum-shaped connection mode and adopts a mode of an inner arc-shaped conversion plate, an outer arc-shaped conversion plate and a reinforcing plate, the processing and the manufacturing are time-saving and labor-saving, the stress safety is met, the building appearance requirement is met, and the processing period is shortened.

Background
In the design process of a steel structure, the steel columns and the steel beams mostly adopt the cross section forms of rectangles, H-shaped and round tubes and the like as the main forms, and the connecting modes between the beams and the columns also mostly adopt the rectangular steel plates to form all-welded, all-bolted and bolted connection forms. In the steel column connection node in the cross-shaped inclined state, the cross section of the connection node is not a rectangle, an H-shaped, a circular tube type, and the like, and thus, the conventional connection form cannot be completely applied to the connection node in the inclined state.

step 2, using a t =30mm thick steel plate as a cross-shaped steel column inner conversion plate, wherein the bending radius R =650mm, and the specific form is determined according to the outer contour of a steel column;
step 3, arranging four cross-shaped steel column inner conversion plates in the connection node, wherein the section angle is 35 degrees, and the cross-shaped steel column inner conversion plates are completely welded with the steel column body;
step 4, welding the steel beam and the steel column connecting steel plate with a bevel of the cross-shaped steel column inner conversion plate, wherein the bevel angle is 35 degrees, and welding seam overlapping is avoided during welding;
step 5, using a steel plate with the thickness of t =20mm as the upper surface and the lower surface of a steel column and steel beam connecting plate to form double-sided V-shaped grooves, and completely melting and welding the double-sided V-shaped grooves with an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate;
step 6, welding a steel plate with the thickness of t =30mm serving as an external reinforcing steel plate with a steel beam connecting plate groove, wherein the groove angle is 35 degrees;
and 7, sequentially welding all the constructed rest parts.
The connection mode of the cross-shaped steel column and the H-shaped steel is very rare in engineering, and is generally realized by adopting cast steel nodes and other forms. and 7, welding the connecting steel plates in sequence: welding between an internal conversion steel plate No. 12 weld crater and a steel column → welding between internal conversion steel plates of a steel beam connecting plate No. 13 weld craters → welding between upper and lower opposite type weld craters and a steel beam connecting plate No. 14 weld craters, and welding between an external reinforcing steel plate and a steel beam connecting plate No. 16 weld craters; wherein, the steel material is Q355NHD, the welding adopts the special welding wire of weathering resistant steel, the welding wire brand TH-500-NQ-II carries on the welding.
