Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the assembled waterproof layer of the present invention, the waterproof layer 3 includes a plurality of splicing units and a splicing fastener 5 for splicing adjacent splicing units, the edges of the splicing units are provided with a protrusion and a groove, the protrusion of the splicing unit is adapted to the groove of the adjacent splicing unit in size and in a position opposite to the groove, the splicing fastener 5 includes a male buckle 11 sleeved on the protrusion and a female buckle 10 embedded in the groove, and the female buckle 10 is fastened to the male buckle 11.
Adopt SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane to construct waterproof layer 2 among the prior art, this waterproof layer is very easily damaged, and most waterproof layer 2's area is great, consequently, protects waterproof layer 2 through the waterproof protective layer 3 of concatenation form to improve waterproof effect, and make things convenient for other process constructions. Realize quick concatenation through lug and recess and concatenation fastener 5, and the compactness after the concatenation is high, is difficult for droing.
Preferably, the splicing unit is provided with a plurality of the bumps and a plurality of the grooves along the edge one by one, the number of the splicing fasteners 5 is multiple, and the plurality of the splicing fasteners 5 are distributed between the plurality of bumps and the plurality of the grooves of two adjacent splicing units in one-to-one correspondence.
The concave-convex arranged grooves and convex blocks are adopted on one side of the splicing units, the convex blocks and the concave grooves are arranged on the other side in a staggered mode, the tightness of connection of the splicing units can be improved through the splicing ports, and damage to the waterproof layer 2 and the structural bottom plate 4 constructed on the waterproof protective layer 3 is reduced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the male buckle 11 and the female buckle 10 are both U-shaped buckles, and the outer side wall of the male buckle 11 is adapted to the inner side wall of the female buckle 10.
The inside wall of this pin thread 11 and the outside wall looks adaptation of lug make this pin thread 11 can be inseparable cup joint on this lug, the inside wall looks adaptation of the outside wall of this box 10 and recess makes this box 10 can be inseparable scarf joint in this recess, cooperates this pin thread 11 and this box 10's lock joint, and then makes adjacent concatenation unit can closely splice, is difficult for droing.
Preferably, the outer side wall of the female buckle 10 is provided with a first buckling block 7, and the groove is provided with a first buckling groove 8 for clamping the first buckling block 7.
This box 10 passes through first knot and connects 7 the card on the first knot groove 8 in the recess to reduce the condition of droing of box 10. Rivets can be nailed into the inner side of the female buckle 10 to further fix the female buckle 10 and the groove.
Preferably, a second fastening block 6 is disposed on the protrusion, and a second fastening groove 6 for the second fastening block 6 to be fastened is disposed on an inner side wall of the male buckle 11.
