Description

Preparation process of environment-friendly anti-myopia paper
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking, in particular to a preparation process of environment-friendly myopia-preventing paper.
Background
Most of the paper used in the current books is white and is characterized by strong brightness. The human eye perceives the character by the color and brightness contrast of the paper to the character, the whiter the paper the stronger the reflected light, which causes the greatest visual fatigue while causing the greatest brightness contrast. The stronger the light, the greater the degree of visual fatigue, regardless of the length of the visual range, the ciliary muscle is in the excessive contraction state, the forward movement of the visual point, and the visual environment becomes the reason of the approach of the visual range, which is very easy to cause myopia.
The myopia-preventing paper can emit colored light with specific frequency, create a safe and comfortable visual environment, reduce visual fatigue to the maximum extent, fully exert two visual functions of color sensing and light sensing, and effectively eliminate objective factors causing myopia. The myopia prevention paper can be used for preventing and treating myopia simply, conveniently and effectively, and meanwhile, pseudomyopia can be recovered to be normal automatically in a good visual environment, so that true myopia is not deepened any more, and the myopia prevention paper has an incomparable effect and is particularly suitable for teachers and students.
The prior myopia-preventing paper is generally manufactured by adding a proper amount of yellow dye into bleached white paper pulp, so that the paper becomes yellow, the wavelength of reflected light of the paper is changed, the stimulation of the reflected light to human eyes is reduced, and the purpose of preventing myopia is achieved.
Chinese patent CN103225235A discloses a myopia-preventing paper and a preparation method and application thereof, comprising the following steps: a. crushing wheat straw; b. adding sodium sulfite, sodium hydroxide and anthraquinone into wheat straw fiber, and fully mixing; c. b, putting the mixture prepared in the step b into water for cooking to form paper pulp, and sieving the cooked pulp to remove coarse impurities; d. c, adding liquid chlorine, sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite into the pulp prepared in the step c, and bleaching the pulp; e. adding alkaline bright yellow, acid violet, aluminum sulfate, rosin size, dithionous acid oil and a surface sizing fixative into the slurry prepared in the step d to adjust the color of the paper pulp; f. and finally, according to the thickness requirement of the myopia-preventing paper, spreading the paper pulp prepared in the step e on a forming net to obtain the finished myopia-preventing paper.
For another example, chinese patent CN104611983A discloses a method for producing myopia-preventing paper, which comprises the following steps: (1) crushing waste paper or wheat straw into paper pulp by a pulper; (2) sieving the obtained paper pulp through a pressure sieve; (3) performing fiber separation on the shredded paper pulp by using a fiber separator; (4) mixing and coloring the separated fiber, and adding the alkaline bright yellow, aluminum sulfate and rosin size into the fiber slurry; (5) and (4) dewatering and forming, namely drying, dewatering and forming the mixed pulp to obtain the myopia-preventing paper.
The two inventions are that the color of the paper pulp is adjusted by adding dye and fixing agent after the paper pulp is bleached, so as to prepare the anti-myopia paper. However, the use of bleaching agents and dyes causes a certain pollution to the environment, and destroys the ecological environment. And not all yellow papers can play a role in preventing myopia.
Chinese patent CN104611983A discloses a production method of myopia-preventing paper, which comprises the following steps: (1) respectively preparing waste tissue paper deinking pulp, softwood pulp and wheat straw pulp; (2) uniformly mixing the waste tissue paper deinking pulp, the softwood pulp and the wheat straw pulp to obtain mixed pulp, wherein the weight percentages of the waste tissue paper deinking pulp, the softwood pulp and the wheat straw pulp are as follows: 55-65% of waste brochure paper deinking pulp, 10-15% of softwood pulp and the balance of wheat straw pulp to 100%; (3) sieving the obtained mixed pulp by a pressure sieve, and performing fiber separation on the mixed pulp by a fiber separator to control the fiber purity to be more than 95 percent and the impurity removal rate to be more than 95 percent; (4) adding the alkaline light yellow, the lemon yellow and the light fast yellow into the separated fiber slurry, and uniformly mixing to obtain coloring slurry; (5) and adding a papermaking auxiliary agent into the upper color sizing material, and feeding the mixture into a paper machine for papermaking, dewatering and drying to obtain the myopia-preventing paper. The anti-myopia paper is prepared from waste brochure paper deinking pulp, softwood pulp and wheat straw pulp, wastes are recycled, but the alkaline light yellow, lemon yellow and sun-proof yellow are compounded for use, and dyes can cause certain pollution to the environment.
