Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fabric dyeing, in particular to a short-process low-temperature dyeing process for a nylon fabric.
Background
The nylon fabric is a fabric formed by forming yarns into loops by using a knitting needle and then mutually interlooping the loops, is divided into two categories of weft knitting and warp knitting, and is widely applied to aspects of production and life. The spinning process of the nylon fabric on a knitting machine can be divided into three stages: feeding yarn, looping and winding.
The advantages and the disadvantages also exist in the semi-continuous CPB dyeing process of knitwear. The advantages are that: the method has low energy consumption and small occupied space of equipment; the fabric dyed by the method has no fluffing phenomenon; the batch size is flexible. Has the following defects: the method still can not carry out continuous production, the time required by color fixation is longer, and the tension of the fabric is not uniform in the padding process; the transition from laboratory to actual production is difficult; the problem of batch color difference exists; the use of large amounts of silicone oil is disadvantageous.
The continuous dyeing experience of the woven fabric is used for reference, and the continuous dyeing process is used for the nylon fabric. The objective requirements for continuous dyeing of cotton and elastic fiber blended polyamide fabrics by using reactive dyes include: the fabric tension is low; the appearance performance is good (no fluffing phenomenon); the hand feeling is better; the water consumption is low; the consumption of chemical materials (such as salts) is low; the treatment time is short; the energy consumption is low; color matching in a laboratory is rapid; the reproducibility is good; the cost is low. And the following 3 points need to be considered: the dyed nylon fabric must be properly treated to be suitable for continuous processing; continuous dyeing equipment must be particularly suitable for processing processes and textile materials. For nylon fabrics containing elastic fibers, the fabric must be pre-shaped before dyeing to ensure the quality of the fabric.
