Claims (6)
1. The crank type flat seam sewing machine is characterized by comprising a rack and a shaft sleeve (2) fixed on the rack, wherein a main shaft (1) is arranged in the shaft sleeve (2), one end of the main shaft (1) is connected through a driving motor, and the other end of the main shaft (1) is in transmission connection with a driving force transmission mechanism;
a gap between the outer wall of the main shaft (1) and the inner wall of the shaft sleeve (2) forms an oil passing gap (16), a plurality of annular oil storage grooves (11) which are arranged at intervals along the axial direction are formed in the corresponding positions of the outer periphery of the main shaft (1) on the two sides of the shaft sleeve (2), the main shaft (1) between the adjacent annular oil storage grooves (11) forms an annular lubricating part (12), and the annular oil storage grooves (11) are communicated with the oil passing gap (16); an annular oil storage cavity (21) is formed in one side, close to the driving motor, of the shaft sleeve (2), an oil injection nozzle (22) communicated with the oil storage cavity (21) is arranged on the outer wall of the shaft sleeve (2), and the oil injection nozzle (22) is communicated with an external oil supply system through a pipeline; and a communication channel (23) for communication is arranged between the oil storage cavity (21) and the oil passing gap (16) close to one side of the driving motor.

A crank type sewing machine for lockstitch according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of spiral communication grooves (13) communicating with adjacent annular oil storage grooves (11) are provided on the outer side surface of the annular lubricating portion (12), and the spiral communication grooves (13) have the same rotation direction.

A crank type sewing machine for lockstitch according to claim 2, wherein a chute (14) communicating with the spiral communicating groove (13) is provided on the outer side surface of the annular lubricating portion (12), and the direction of rotation of the chute (14) is opposite to the direction of rotation of the spiral communicating groove (13).

A crank type lockstitch sewing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that a sealing groove (24) is provided in the middle of the inner side of the shaft sleeve (2), an installation groove (15) matching with the sealing groove (24) is correspondingly provided on the outer side of the main shaft (1), and the installation groove (15) and the sealing groove (24) together form a sealing cavity (3) for installing a first sealing ring; first sealing washer suit is outside mounting groove (15), the medial surface sealing fit of the lateral surface of first sealing washer and seal groove (24), first sealing washer is provided with first toper lip limit (34) towards mounting groove (15) one side, first toper lip limit (34) are close to mounting groove (15) one side and are laminated with mounting groove (15) medial surface along keeping away from the driving motor direction gradually.

A crank type sewing machine for lockstitch according to claim 4, characterized in that a second sealing ring (35) is arranged in the mounting groove (15) on the side of the first sealing ring (33) far away from the driving motor, the second sealing ring (35) is in sealing fit with the sealing groove (24), and a spring (37) is arranged between the second sealing ring (35) and the first sealing ring (33); and a second tapered lip (36) is arranged on the outer side of the second sealing ring (35), and the second tapered lip (36) is pressed against the inner side surface of the first tapered lip (34).

A crank type sewing machine for lockstitch according to claim 5, characterized in that a first damping component (31) is sleeved in the sealing groove (24) of the first sealing ring (33) facing to the driving motor, a second damping component (32) matched with the first damping component (31) is arranged in the mounting groove (15), a plurality of annular fins arranged at intervals are arranged on the opposite sides of the first damping component (31) and the second damping component (32), and the annular fins of the first damping component (31) and the annular fins of the second damping component are arranged in a staggered manner and form an S-shaped channel for lubricating oil to pass through.
